Problem during portal30 login ora-6508 and wwc-44082

Question

During login to portal30.I am encountering an error ORA-6508 pl/sql could not find program unit called WWC-44082.
Package wwpro_portlet_metadata is invalid.I tried to compile it manually but fails with an error IS_REGISTERED_OFFLINE must be declared.
I also tried adding a column to wwpro_provider$ but still the problem persists.
do any one has faced this problem earlier please let me know the solution.

I'm wondering if I can tell from below information if patch 3659289 has been installed properly?
Sorry, I'm kinda new in oracle, not sure how to find more information about patches. so far I know, I can't access metalinks support:(.
