Problem: failed to create task or type nb-copyliblets Cause: The name is undefined.

I imported TestIMletListener.zip into netbeans, tried to run the project and got this error:

Cause: The name is undefined.
Action: Check the spelling.

Any idea what went wrong?

Hello user12608886,
have a look on this answer. Re: homework review. You can click on the link (in the Netbeans output window) and comment the line out.

  • Could not create task or type of type: validateTask

    While writing a master Ant script which calls the build.xml of individual BPEL processes, the following exception is thrown.
    validateTask:
    [echo]

    [echo] | Validating workflow

    <build file>:210: The following error occurred while executing this line:
    <build file>:49: Could not create task or type of type: validateTask.
    Ant could not find the task or a class this task relies upon.
    I have tried the following options;
    1.) The same build.xml is successfully compiled when executed from JDeveloper
    2.) Both Ant versions are one and the same (Apache Ant 1.7.0)
    3.) Oracle_home points to the SOA installation folder
    4.) Appropriate classpath is set
    I am unable to drill down on this issue further. Is there any small setting (like additional classpaths, oracle_home etc..) that I am missing out here? or is there a jar file that is required by the external Ant builder to execute the <validateTask> and other custom bpel ant tasks?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!
    Regards,
    Sathya

    Hi James,
    Let me clear this again. Whenever i try to compile the build.xml of a BPEL process in JDeveloper IDE, I am able to do so without any issues. However, when i try to execute or call the build.xml from a command prompt, I am facing the following error. The "validateTask" ant task is the first task and I dont think that has anything to do with the connection settings as this task will get executed the first in any BPEL process even before <bpelc> (Compilation) or <deployProcess> (deployment) tasks.
    I think I am missing some classpath/libraries/ant settings required for calling the build.xml externally.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • Order types, why do we need to create our order types and not use the stand

    HI
    Order types, why do we need to create our order types and not use the standard ones during implementation.

    Hi Raj,
    Well there is no hard and fast rule that you have to copy nad create a new order type. Its just to meet our own requirements that we copy the standard and make the changes if required to meet our business needs.
    And by this way we keep unchanged the standard order type for further use.
    If you are sure that the standard order type satisfies your need you can directly use that only.
    I hope this clarifies the issue.

  • How to Create a Class, do something, and return the name of the child class

    Hello Java Experts,
    I am relatively new to using java. Particularly when it comes to creating something on my own (ie without some of the good samples sun and o'reilly provide!).
    Here is what I am trying to learn how to do:
    I want a class, I am calling in Message. The Message
    class with have various message types. I know what I want to call these message types: one example is what I will call a "ZeroSpace" ("0 143321 4 070302") message, another type is BracketHex, and yet another is BracketNN ("[99]").
    I will test a string (which will be a message received via a serial port, java serial, etc). Then after testing the string (like "0 143321 4 070302"). I will look for the "0" and the space (chr(32)) and want to return ZeroSpace as the message type. Not a string "ZeroSpace". Something like an enumeration in C or Delphi Pascal (ordinal list??)
    the hierarchy is like this: class Message msg;
    msg zsp = new ZeroSpace();
    msg bhex = new BracketHex();
    etc. Depending on the message type I what to do different processing - something like class Shape, and Circle, Square, etc are shapes, but their areas are different, etc
    any tips will help!
    Thank you
    eric w. holzapfel

    one way is to make Message an abstract class, make it a factory, eg with public static Message Create( String str ) method. have it check the string in determining the subclass to instantiate and return. eg if begins with "0 ..", then return new ZeroSpace( str ), where ZeroSpace extends Message. similar for BracketHex and BracketNN.

  • TS3293 i hardly entered my password in my ipad1 and now i can't even type on it cause the password tab is not diplayed the screen is writting go to itunes . but when i am connected to itunes the upload redirect me to the Pad again

    can someone help me to restart my Ipad ?

    If you mean that you are being redirected to enter the password, you are now to the point where you have to restore the iPad. But frankly, I'm not sure I totally understand what you are saying.
    if you saw the iTunes logo and the USB cable of the iPad screen - that means that you have to restore the iPad. Is that what you are seeing? If so, and you keep being instructed to enter the password, you will have to use Recovery Mode to restore the iPad. Instructions here.

  • HT2480 When I type a text message the name it puts as "to" does not match the name that I have on my contact. i.e. shows John and Jane Doe when contact just has Jane Doe. Is there some old data that should be cleared? Can I stop the auto selection?

    See question above

    Do you have Facebook contacts turned on? It may be at some time you got an email message from them and that is the way they have their return address set. All previously used addresses are in a cache on the phone and the only way to clear that is to restore the phone as a new device, which deletes all data from the phone. You cannot restore from a backup because the information is in that and will just be put back on the phone.

    Hi,
    The error message tells you that something is referencing a NULL value in the code of the UMRepositoryManager class. This is generally a sign of poor error detection in the code and not checking for NULL's before trying to use them! If I were you I would try the following:
    1. Check your User Management Engine (UME) configuration
    2. Check the KM UM Repository Manager configuration
    I would say that because the code is standard SAP code the problem is somewhere in the configuration of your system (i.e. the code is expecting something to be configured but it is not). I would also recommend checking SAP OSS notes for a possible solution.
    Hope this gets you started towards finding the solution.
    BRgds,
    Simon

  • Startx on a vmware is throwing a "failed to create screen resources"

    The Bottom line error is:
    Fatal server error:
    [ 1431.076] (EE) failed to create screen resources(EE)
    I am trying to get a browsers running on my new Arch Linux, so I can cut and paste better for questions. I have installed xorg, chromium, firefox. If I try and start "startx", it say the server did not start. I think it is the failed to create screen resources.
    I have edit the video settings to give it 32meg of memory. Also I hack the .vmx file to enable the 3d opttion. I have installed all the vmtools (open version) Again, new to Arch Linux so I sure it is something stupid.
    Not sure if it helps but here are the errors when I try and run the browsers.

    Thanks, that all sounds correct to me, unfortunalte I can't provide more help as I've never used vmware.  But a couple pointers for pacman use:
    There is no need to use that pipe, `pacman -Q <searchterm>` will work.
    The reason you don't see the mouse package is that grep is case sensitive.  `pacman -Q | grep -i vmware` should also show the mouse package, but this would be much easier as `pacman -Qs vmware` which allows pacman to do the search.  Pacman's search is case-insensitive by default and is a bit more effient that listing all packages and grepping through them.
    Got it. Yes using the 'vmware' the vmmouse shows up. Also searching 'svga' shows Mesa DRI drivers. That is another advantage for letting pacman search, since my search term was svga and what was dispalayed did not have that in the string, pacman search can see behind the covers. :-)
    All this learning is good, now if I could just figure out why 'startx' is failing to create screen resource. ;-)
    Question, does it matter what tty it starts on? I am using 0 (obvious from the log name), could that be an issue? Just thinking out loud.

  • Failing to create HA nfs storage on a shared 3310 HW Raid cluster 3.2

    Hi,
    I'm working on testing clustering on a couple v240s, running identitcal Sol10 10/08 and Sun Cluster 3.2. In trying things, I may have messed up the cluster. I may want to backout the cluster and start over. Is that possible, or do I need to install Solaris fresh.
    But first, the problem. I have the array connect to both machines and working. I mount 1 LUN on /global/nfs using the device /dev/did/dsk/d4s0. Then I ran the commands:
    # clrt register SUNW.nfs
    # clrt register SUNW.HAStoragePlus
    # clrt list -v
    Resource Type Node List
    SUNW.LogicalHostname:2 <All>
    SUNW.SharedAddress:2 <All>
    SUNW.nfs:3.2 <All>
    SUNW.HAStoragePlus:6 <All>
    # clrg create -n stnv240a,stnv240b -p PathPrefix=/global/nfs/admin nfs-rg
    I enabled them just now so:
    # clrg status
    Cluster Resource Groups ===
    Group Name Node Name Suspended Status
    nfs-rg stnv240a No Online
    stnv240b No Offline
    Then:
    # clrslh create -g nfs-rg cluster
    # clrslh status
    Cluster Resources ===
    Resource Name Node Name State Status Message
    cluster stnv240a Online Online - LogicalHostname online.
    stnv240b Offline Offline
    I'm guessing that 'b' is offline because it's the backup.
    Finally, I get:
    # clrs create -t HAStoragePlus -g nfs-rg -p AffinityOn=true -p FilesystemMountPoints=/global/nfs nfs-stor
    clrs: stnv240b - Invalid global device path /dev/did/dsk/d4s0 detected.
    clrs: (C189917) VALIDATE on resource nfs-stor, resource group nfs-rg, exited with non-zero exit status.
    clrs: (C720144) Validation of resource nfs-stor in resource group nfs-rg on node stnv240b failed.
    clrs: (C891200) Failed to create resource "nfs-stor".
    On stnv240a:
    # df -h /global/nfs
    Filesystem size used avail capacity Mounted on
    /dev/did/dsk/d4s0 49G 20G 29G 41% /global/nfs
    and on stnv240b:
    # df -h /global/nfs
    Filesystem size used avail capacity Mounted on
    /dev/did/dsk/d4s0 49G 20G 29G 41% /global/nfs
    Any help? Like I said, this is a test setup. I've started over once. So I can start over if I did something irreversible.

    I still have the issue. I reinstalled from scratch and installed the cluster. Then I did the following:
    $ vi /etc/default/nfs
    GRACE_PERIOD=10
    $ ls /global//nfs
    $ mount /global/nfs
    $ df -h
    Filesystem size used avail capacity Mounted on
    /dev/global/dsk/d4s0 49G 20G 29G 41% /global/nfs
    $ clrt register SUNW.nfs
    $ clrt register SUNW.HAStoragePlus
    $ clrt list -v
    Resource Type Node List
    SUNW.LogicalHostname:2 <All>
    SUNW.SharedAddress:2 <All>
    SUNW.nfs:3.2 <All>
    SUNW.HAStoragePlus:6 <All>

    $ clrslh create -g nfs-rg cluster

    clrs: (C891200) Failed to create resource "nfs-stor".
    Now, on the second machine (stnv240b), /dev/global does not exist, but the file system mounts anyway. I guess that's cluster magic?
    $ cat /etc/vfstab
    /dev/global/dsk/d4s0 /dev/global/dsk/d4s0 /global/nfs ufs 1 yes global
    $ df -h /global/nfs
    Filesystem size used avail capacity Mounted on
    /dev/global/dsk/d4s0 49G 20G 29G 41% /global/nfs
    $ ls -l /dev/global
    /dev/global: No such file or directory
    I followed the other thread. devfsadm and scgdevs
    One other thing I notice. Both nodes mount my global on node@1
    /dev/md/dsk/d6 723M 3.5M 662M 1% /global/.devices/node@1
    /dev/md/dsk/d6 723M 3.5M 662M 1% /global/.devices/node@1

    Hi,
    I have had this problem also with CS6 and found a solution.  If I try to open a script UI panel with a project open, I get this message, but if I close the project and then launch the scripts, they write without hassle.  Then I re-open my project.  Hope that helps.

  • Error while creating task: The server was unable to save the form at this time. Please try again. (SharePoint 2013)

    I get the following error while saving a task inside task list:
    "The server was unable to save the form at this time. Please try again."
    I tried restarting "search service host controller".
    The server has 8 GB RAM and according to task manager, 6.67 GB is being used.
    I logged into the site with user which is the owner of the site. I tried creating tasks from client as well as the SharePoint server itself. Same error is shown in both the cases.
    How do I find information on the exact problem that is causing the error? What are possible solutions?

    Hi robikshrestha,
    This error message often shows when there is low memory that can be used, the workaround restart the “SharePoint Search Hosting Controller” service is to release some memory, and make it work. Whether restart the service release memory
    in your situation?
    Would you please check whether this issue happens all the time in task list, or happens sometimes when the memory is lower to use. If it doesn’t have a large impact, you can restart the server, check the result. have a look at the event
    log and ULS log, see whether there is related information.
    If it happens all the time, would you please use other browsers, whether the results are same? This may be caused by some add-ons in IE, like Free Download Manager I have seen.

  • Problems with java constructor: "inconsistent data types" in SQL query

    Hi,
    I tried to define a type "point3d" with some member functions, implemented in java, in my database. Therefor I implemented a class Point3dj.java as you can see it below and loaded it with "loadjava -user ... -resolve -verbose Point3dj.java" into the database.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    package spatial.objects;
    import java.sql.*;
    public class Point3dj implements java.sql.SQLData {
    public double x;
    public double y;
    public double z;
    public void readSQL(SQLInput in, String type)
    throws SQLException {
    x = in.readDouble();
    y = in.readDouble();
    z = in.readDouble();
    public void writeSQL(SQLOutput out)
    throws SQLException {
    out.writeDouble(x);
    out.writeDouble(y);
    out.writeDouble(z);
    public String getSQLTypeName() throws SQLException {
    return "Point3dj";
    public Point3dj(double x, double y, double z)
    this.x = x;
    this.y = y;
    this.z = z;
    public static Point3dj create(double x, double y, double z)
    return new Point3dj(x,y,z);
    public double getNumber()
         return Math.sqrt(this.x*this.x + this.y*this.y + this.z*this.z);
    public static double getStaticNumber(double px, double py, double pz)
         return Math.sqrt(px*px+py*py+pz*pz);
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Additionally, I created the corresponding type in SQL by
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE point3dj AS OBJECT EXTERNAL NAME
    'spatial.objects.Point3dj' LANGUAGE JAVA USING SQLDATA (
    x FLOAT EXTERNAL NAME 'x',
    y FLOAT EXTERNAL NAME 'y',
    z FLOAT EXTERNAL NAME 'z',
    MEMBER FUNCTION getNumber RETURN FLOAT
    EXTERNAL NAME 'getNumber() return double',
    STATIC FUNCTION getStaticNumber(xp FLOAT, yp FLOAT, zp FLOAT) RETURN FLOAT
    EXTERNAL NAME 'getStaticNumber(double, double, double) return double')
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    After that I tried some SQL commands:
    create table pointsj of point3dj;
    insert into pointsj values (point3dj(2,1,1));
    SELECT x, a.getnumber() FROM pointsj a;Now, the problem:
    Everything works fine, if I delete the constructor
    public Point3dj(double x, double y, double z)
    this.x = x;
    this.y = y;
    this.z = z;
    in the java class, or if I replace it with a constructor that has no input arguments.
    But with this few code lines in the java file, I get an error when executing the SQL command
    SELECT x, a.getnumber() FROM pointsj a;The Error is:
    "ORA-00932: inconsistent data types: an IN argument at position 1 that is an instance of an Oracle type convertible to an instance of a user defined Java class expected, an Oracle type that could not be converted to a java class received"
    I think, there are some problems with the input argument of the constructor, but why? I don't need the constructor in SQL, but it is used by a routine of another java class, so I can't just delete it.
    Can anybody help me? I would be very glad about that since I already tried a lot and also search in forums and so on, but wasn't successful up to new.
    Thanks!

    Dear Avi,
    This makes sense when it is a short code sample (and i think i've done that across various posts), but sometime this is too long to copy/paste, in these cases, i refer to the freely available code samples, as i did above on this forum; here is the quote.
    Look at examples of VARRAY and Nested TABLES of scalar types in the code samples of my book (chapter 8) http://books.elsevier.com/us//digitalpress/us/subindex.asp?maintarget=companions/defaultindividual.asp&isbn=9781555583293&country=United+States&srccode=&ref=&subcode=&head=&pdf=&basiccode=&txtSearch=&SearchField=&operator=&order=&community=digitalpress
    As you can see, i was not even asking people to buy the book, just telling them where to grab the code samples.
    I appreciate your input on this and as always, your contribution to the forum, Kuassi
