wen i m checking 2lis_02_itm in rsa3 its giiving short dump wid the following error can anyone let me know why its coming

The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR', was

procedure "MCEX_BW_LO_API" "(FUNCTION)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
clause.
Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
During import the system discovered that the target object has
a different length than the object to be imported.

Deleted records problem w/ 2LIS_02_ITM

hi,
i had always thought that the queued delta method would record changes in sequence of their entry in the system. i discovered that it might not be the case, as in the problem i have below:
i have a PO ODS wherein i don't like to retain entries that have been deleted. my approach was to manage the correction via the recordmode/rocancel fields. however, i just found out that it doesn't hold true for all PO document types - in my scenario, i have a sequence of entries like so:
1- create po
2- flag po item as delivery completed
3- delete po
but, when i load it into BW it comes in as:
1- create po
3- delete po
2- flag as delivery completed
what happens now is that my ODS retains the last entry, since it comes in after the deletion. how do i work around this scenario?
btw, i don't have the deletion indicator in my extractor anymore - took it out as i wanted to rely on the queued delta management for the end result i wanted to achieve.

i didn't tamper with the way the extractor is giving me the records in any way - they are stored there as they are given to me. so for the most part it's standard, except for the fact that i already took fields out of the standard extractor (retained only what i thought i'd need). i also checked the note you mentioned, and unfortunately, we're way beyond that patch level already...
of course the end-all i'm thinking of to solve my problem is to just include the deletion flag, and after everything is loaded and activated, postprocess the ODS to remove all entries that have a non-empty deletion flag.
hoping for more answers from everyone around, before i give up and just serve my head in a platter for my superiors to mangle (what with the requests and all)... :-O

2LIS_02_ITM problems with 0deliveries

Hi friends!
I'm having problems with 2LIS_02_ITM specifically with cancellations of goods receipts.
If there where a goods receipt canceled I get a record for the GR and a record for the cancellation but the last one doesn´t delivers negative values so the total quantities are wrong.
In the other hand, If I run that datasource for a document with just an item and a good receipt I get more than one record, some of them with 0REVERSEDOC = X and we can´t understand why if there is no cancellation
It's a bit difficult to explain but I hope some of you had work with this source and had the same problem.
In case it´s useful if you check query 0PUR_C01_Q01 you will get wrong values for 0DELIVERIES if the purchase order in the cube has a cancellation.

may be this helps, see note 381267
we are on that scenario and we must get reversals and returns to discount 0DELIVERIES
for example
1. Goods receipt: ALIEF: 1
2. Reversal GR: ALIEF: 0
3. Goods receipt: ALIEF: 1
but also we need to decrease received quantity. One main problem is that there is no data available on 2LIS_02_ITM indicating that certain record means a reversal or a cancelation record. If it were the case we could reverse values "by hand"...but not.

R/3 archiving - wrong calculated field on 2LIS_02_ITM extractor

Hello.
An info and a question for who developed an archiving with r/3..
We have found an issue related with the R/3 archiving and LIS_02_ITM.
A calculed field (Delivery Quantity Variance in %); (field name = MABW) (you can see it at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/58/f6383fdb800804e10000000a114084/frameset.htm )gives wrong data.
The MABW is calculated using MSEG infos.
MSEG infos were archived (and deleted), so, the calculation goes bad and returns wrong value.
In front of the archiving process, we potentially will find problems due to the standard extractor behaviour.
Have you ever noticed the same behaviour because of the wrong calculation onto the fields?

We have a R/3 PRODUCTION system (called MP0), connected with three BW
ones (MP2,
MP4, AP4).
Someone performed an R/3 data archiving, using an archiving tool
(IXOS).They archived the data with a one-to-one object approach :
FI_DOCUMNT archived 18 months from clearing date.
MM_MATBEL archived 24 mesi from posting date
SD_VBRK archived 24 mesi from posting date
RV_LIKP archived 24 mesi from posting date
SD_VBAK archived 24 mesi from posting date
MM_ACCTIT 18 months from posting date
OIG_SHIPMNT 24 months from posting date
MM_INV_BEL 24 months from posting date
RL_TA 12 months from posting date
RL_TB 12 months from posting date
In the R/3 system, after the archiving, those documents were deleted.
Our BW systems extract data using custom extractors and standard ones.

We have found problems with 2LIS_02_ITM;
During the delta extraction, we found records related with Purchase
Order, with GR archived, that have MBAW field (Delivery Quantity
Variance in %
) with "-100" value; the correct value should be "0" (because the
Purchase Order was completed).
MP0 is a 40B R/3 SYSTEM SP 83, PLUGIN 2004.1

Hi Waldemar,
LOEKZ (Deletion indicator in purchasing document) is not available in standard extract structure we have append that field with append structure in RSA 6.
BUKRS is available in standard extract structure :
In lo-cockpit open extract structure and select BUKRS(Company code) field transfer to left side .
2. click data source maintenance check BUKRS field .
you will get BUKRS field in 2lis_o2_ITM

2LIS_02_SCL : Extracting problem

Hi,
I tried to load 0PUR_C01 with 2LIS_02_SCL ( FULL method ),
but in the monitoring I've got 0 record and an Extraction error which deals with data selection.
Note : I do no selection in my infopackage.
In R/3 my setup tables are filled :
MC02M_0ITMSETUP
MC02M_0SCLSETUP
When I check with RSA3 I've got a lot of records.
For information, I had the same problem with 2LIS_02_ITM
when I used INIT or DELTA infopackage.
But it's work with a FULL infopackage.
Nevertheless, nothing work with 2LIS_02_SCL.
What can i do ?

1. Replicate the data sources and activate the info source.
2. Check the update rules and activate them.
3. Double click on the step -by step in load monitor, what does the error say?
4. Can you copy and paste the error message here we can look at .

2LIS_02_HDR and 0PUR_C04 (701)

Hi,
I encounter problems while trying to activate BI content MM-PUR.
Release = 701 0006 SAPKW70106 EHP 1
Cube 0PUR_C04 is linked to infosource 2LIS_02_HDR version 3x.
Datasource 2LIS_02_HDR is on version 7 and is linked to another infosource 2LIS_02_HDR which is on version 7.
I'm not able to find something to reconciliate this problem with the BI content catalogue.
The replication is automatically with version 7.
There is no transfer rules.
I encounder the same problems with 2LIS_02_ITM and other infoproviders DSO/cubes.
Can someone help me, give me a tip on that issue?

Hi Fab,
This is happening because of your BI content version. Please request your basis to upgrade your BI content to version 3 (703) and level 16. That should solve your issue. We also had similar issue and we found a solution in the above mentioned version of BI content. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi ROB,
Before performing the above setup filling steps, please make sure that you have deleted the 02 application data from TCODE SMQ1 or LBWQ. You could select the queue and directly delete the data in it, or Run a V3 update. This could be scheduled from TCODE LBWE.
Before filling in the setup tables, you have to first empty the contents of the previously filled setup tables. This could be done by TCODE SBIW.

Problem with Purchase Contract Item Price - 2lis_02_itm

I used 2lis_02_itm extractor in order to extract the Purchase contracts (transaction me33k in R/3) with Item Prices. The problem is that the extractor takes the price
from ekpo table but the Contract item prices exist in konp table and its very complicate to calculate the net price.
Somebody know the solution ?

I found out that all the subtotal1-6 are empty in my extractor.
If you interest I found in R3 transaction ME3P
That update the prices from konp in EKPO and all my problems solved.

2LIS_02_ITM - Adding field problem

While adding field KTWRT from LBWE to 2LIS_02_ITM ,I get the error as below.
Entries for application 02 still exist in the extraction queue ->

Diagnosis
Changing extraction structure MC02M_0ITM for application 02 is forbidden, because there are entries that have not yet been processed into an extraction queue for application 02 for at least one client.
If an extraction structure is changed to the entries that are still open in an extraction queue, then these are no longer able to be read and can cause terminations with the collective update.
Procedure
Start the collective update using the function "Job Control" in the Logistics Extraction Structures Customizing Cockpit.
To get an overview of the logistics extraction queues, see the Logistics Queue Overview.
Sounds stupid ,however activities i carried out as listed below to ensure all the steps i covered.
PS -
All the contents from LBWQ,SM13,RSA7,Setup table in all the clients available in R/3 system has been deleted.
Deactivated the update.

I also ran the collective update using job control with immediate option. There were zero LUW's that were processed.
But, still the error is returned,

2LIS_02_ITM extraction problem...

Hi,
One ODS contains data from 2LIS_02_ITM in the INIT mode.
ODS has last 5 year data. I want to load the data for
last 2 years as a result of some enhancement.
When I do I full repair request on this ODS with the
selection on 0Doc_date for last 2 years, I get 0 records.
When I do the selection on Posting , even then I get the 0 records
from this datasource.
Can somebody let me know the reason for this?

Hi,
You need some Ideal time to oad the setuptables, because no postings should done at the time of filling the setuptables for all
LO datasources. Just follow the sequence.
Suppose today night you are filling the setuptables..
1. clear all Queues i.e. SMQ1/LBWQ and delete setuptables and lock all Users Ids and fill the setuptable. If it is having date range, just give from data is one month befor i.e. Sep and todate is Todate only and load Init data to BW and fill the setuptables with other date ranges and load full loads to BW and after that set delta.

LO Extraction 2LIS_02_ITM Problem

Hi guys,
Me again. I tried using V3 updating to extract data for business content cube 0PUR_C01. I also installed only one of the 4 update rules (the one that uses 2LIS_02_ITM as its datasource) for this cube.
Everything went fine, up to the point wherein i was supposed to perform the [Delete set-up tables / perform extraction] part of the process.
This is what the procedure i used (please tell me if i did something wrong):
1. Maintained extract structure for 2LIS_02_ITM (LBWE)
2. transfered datasource 2LIS_02_ITM using tcode RSA5
3. Checked transfer in RSA6
4. Maintained datasource 2LIS_02_ITM in LBWE
5. replicated datasource in BW
6. installed business content cube 0PUR_C01 with all dependent InfoObjects but with only 1 update rule (the one that uses 2LIS_02_ITM as its datasource).
7. Assigned infosource 2LIS_02_ITM to datasource 2LIS_02_ITM
8. chacked activated business content cube 0PUR_C01 and update rules. (although not all key figures where activated, some of them, those without attached routines from the business content, did not have assigned key figures.
9. Activated datasource in LBWE
10. set parameters for job control in LBWE
11. Chose V3 serialized update as the update mode in LBWE
12. Created an infopackage for datasource and infosource 2LIS_02_ITM.
13. Started scheduling.
An error in the monitoring came up. It said that:
No data available
Diagnosis
The data request was a full update.
In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not
contain any data.
System response
Info IDoc received with status 8.
Therefor, no data could be seen in the infocube. Please do help me! I don't know what i did wrong.

Problems to activate transfer rules and infosource 2lis_02_itm and 2lis_02_

hello,
now I am working with the 0PUR_C01 cube of purchasing and I want to active the data flow before for it.
I try to do it directly selecting data flow before in the activation settings of the cube, but I coludn´t
after that, I try to do it activating the transfer rules and the infosource separately but I get some errors, teh most important thing (because I have the same situation in other areas) is:
The creation of the export DataSource failed
Message no. RSBM035
Diagnosis
The creation of the DataSource &v1& was unsuccessful.
System Response
Whilst generating the export InfoSource, the metadata for a DataSource must be generated. An error arose when doing this.
Procedure
Consult the appropriate developer (function module: RSB1_OLTPSOURCE_GENERATE).

I activated others Infocubes, but I have the same problem for Infocubes with ODS inside they data flow,
I tried with some notes like: 538052 and I enter the client but not the user or the server, I proved the RFC Connection too.
But the bug issue is the export data source creation that failled everytime, right now I try to solve this and the log says some error about the syntax error in transfer routine for the infobject 0GN_R3_SSY this object exist as characteristic and his convertion routine is ok (because I verificated) and exist as part of the transfer rule but I don't know how to go to the routine creator for check this point.

Problem with delta in 2LIS_02_ITM

Hi All,
I tried to load delta data from 2LIS_02_ITM, but when the Job to populate the delta queue, the job was terminated with dump.
I scheduled the job in transaction LBWE and when the job was run I received the short dump "MESSAGE_TYPE_X".
Anybody knows How can I resolved this issue?

I did do that!!
I delete the delta queue in RSA7 and the setup data in LBWG. After that, I initialization the delta process of this datasource.
When I schedule the job to populated delta queue, I received this short dump.
Is there another thing that I need to do?
