Problem in activation of "Certify Completion" Button in LBK1.

Hi Experts,
We are working on LBK1 logbook entry.
The Certify Completion Button in Notification is coming correctly, but in Log Entry this button is not displayed.
How we can activate / display this button in LBK1 ?

i hope its ot an automatic generated field which are created automatically for the amount or quantity fields.
morever if this is not the case then please try to refresh the tree.. u might see the diffrence.

Problem in Activating "Creating Error DTP" Button

I have created a DTP between an InfoCube and an Open Hub destination.
But in the UPDATE tab of the DTP, the "Creating Error DTP" option is not active(its blurred even in edit mode). How should i make the button active??

Complete Button on Purchase Order

Can anyone tell me when the Complete button becomes active on the purchase order? We have had a few POs that have gone into Transaction Complete status even though there are no goods receipts against the PO. It seems that the Complete button only becomes active after a goods receipt has been done against items on the PO.
Has anyone else had this issue where the PO goes into Complete status before the goods receipts are performed? We are in SRM 5.0 using Extended Classic.
Is there any way to undo this?

COMPLETE BUTTON is not visible in OSA-HIGHER MANAGER WORKFLOW

Its pertaining to OSA, we have two level of appraisal Approval system. Employee-Manager and Higher Manager.
The problem is when we send the Appraisal Document to Higher manager for completion of Document, the Complete button doesnt appear in BSP, but when i check the in URL that is being generated after the manager has CLOSED PART APPRAISAL in workflow inbox has COMPLETE button, i copied URL and generated the page but the COMPLETE button here is in Display mode. I am not able to close the document.
I am not able to see the same button in PHAP_ADMIN too.
The same thing working when i tested earlier, but now its not working.
Please help.

Hi Aaditya,
Goto transaction PHAP_CATALOG. Select the templtae for which you have created the document. Goto the tab "status flow" and check the button in the "in process" stage. if the complete button is not there then it will not reflect in the document.
Choose the button as Complete and create again. The templte status has to be changed to cancel release. So delete the document to change the status.

Are you really having this problem with activation, or are you having it after activation when you try to read a book?
If it is for a specific book ...
If it is a loan check it hasn't really expired.
Then verify that ADE and any devices are set to correct time and timezone.
If it is for registration ...
Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.
This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.
In extreme cases on the mac, the following extra step has helped some people. Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash. while you are with the person selling it to you, ask if you can do a complete restore of the software settings->general->reset->reset all
reboot the phone to factory settings and see if that fixes the problem. if not, i wouldn't buy it unless they are selling it to you for less than $50. wifi is crucial for keeping data low and using features like facetime

We implemented PD, ESS/MSS with Portal. As per work flow, my user uploading the appraisal form, supervisor will give the rating and complete the process. So, here if he/she clicks on complete button, status is not going to complete, its in in-process only and user getting lock..
Can anybody tell why its happenning ? is there any authorization problem...?

Active Content W/ Rollover Buttons Help

I'm pretty new to web design, and I've been using dreamweaver
to create webpages. My problem is I have some rollover buttons I
made in fireworks and imported to dreamweaver as fireworks html,
and in IE7 I get the "activate active content" error. I installed
the dreamweaver 8.2 update, thinking that would fix it, but
although I can see that the extension to automatically change the
code so it'll work in IE in my preferences, the option to do so
never comes up. I read somewhere that it doesn't support image
tags, which I think mine are. So my question is: is there an easy
fix for this other than the update, or at least a fix for a
beginner who doesn't know javascript? I've googled to my heart's
content, and everything I've come across has been over my head.
Please someone help me with this. I can also post the code if
that'll help, just let me know. Thanks in advance!

not related to
the "activate active content" issue.
Do you have some Flash or other active content on your page
which is
triggering the "click to activate" which you're confusing
with your
Fireworks buttons?

Web content driven by Javascript is not active content so I'm
not sure what
the issue is or what needs fixing.

Is there any way to change the caption of Complete button? (which appears at the bottom right corner of the workspace)

I dont understand what you are talking.
In ES2, I remember only User Action can change this caption. (Or you may refer the older version of LiveCycle)
The Users Action panel is available only for User Activity. However, the Workspace startpoint doesn't have such an option to configure.

Transaction/Invoice is not completing after Complete button is clicked

Dear Legends
I am facing some problems while performing Period close process.I have to complete some of the incomplete transaction.
I have took the list of incomplete transactions using the report "Incomplete Invoices Report".The following error i am facing is
1.I tried to query the incomplete transaction number.The transaction workbench retrieves the data and the status is also incomplete.
2.When i click complete its showing an error "APP-AR-11080: This transaction has been posted. You can no longer update this field." and gets completed and the Check box "Complete" gets ticked and the "Complete" button changes to "Incomplete".
3.When i try to close the form or save the form its asking for saving the details, If i click save same error pops up."APP-AR-11080: This transaction has been posted. You can no longer update this field."
4.When i click no and exits the transaction number again in the transaction workbench.The status is again changed to incomplete transaction and complete tick is not ticked.
Please try to address this issue guys.

Complete Button not working on ISR form

I have used the IsrFormApprove Application for Processing Workitems at various levels.
Well, I have 2 Scenarios in my workflow.
Scenario-1
The Supervisor will go through the ISR Form and he will have APPROVE/REJECT Functionality i.e. the SUPERVISOR can approve/reject the WORKITEM(I passed the IFV='A' parameter to this IsrFormApprove Application.This scenario has no problems.
Scenario-2
The Supervisor will go through the ISR Form and he has only one action to do - Complete the WorkItem after he gives his comments i.e. this level supervior gives his comments looking over the form and just completes the workitem. Then the control should flow to the next level supervior and do the same. Actually in this scenario, there is no APPROVAL / REJECTION here. It's just COMPLETION of WORKITEM.
Well, I have sent the application parameter IFV = 'P' to this IsrFormApprove application. Well, I am getting only 1 button COMPLETE.
But the functionality for this button is provided in such a way that - When we press COMPLETE the workitem is going to RESERVE Mode. The workitem stays in his own INBOX. The control is not flowing further.
Is there any way of providing the FUNCTIONALITY for COMPLETE button?

If you want to trigger the WebDynpro Action on button click of adobe form, place the 'Submit' button from WebDynpro Native Library.
If you have the same then, remove it once and place it once again.

Problem with ssh and bash-completion

I and a co-worker are having a weird problem with ssh and bash-completion. We have a local config in .ssh/config with hosts we connect everyday. An example:
host foo
hostname foo.org
user foobar
host foobar
hostname foobar.org
user foobar
When we try to type
ssh foo<tab><tab>b<tab>
the console just freeze and we can't type anything, everything we type is ignored, but after about 30 seconds the host is completed.
This works a some time ago, so some upgrade make this happen. Anyone can reproduce this?
