Problem in Ad Hoc Query displaying Personnel Number field

Hello,
while creating a query through transaction S_ph0_48000510 I select for display the field "Personnel Number". However while running the query , in the results part , under the field "Personnel Number" , instead of the personnel number , the employee name is displayed.
How can it be ?

In Ad hoc query t.code S_PH0_48000510 ,infoset(/SAPQUERY/HR_ADM) when I select personnel no & issue output, system is displaying personnel name instead of personnel no. Is there any changes need to be done or is it a system bug ECC6.

Defining ad hoc query you can select personnel number as output field by right clicking on "Personnel number" in "Key fields" group. In the context menu you can find "Output" and three possibilities:
1. Only text - which is default and means an employee's name,
2. Only value - which means personnel number,
3. Value and text - in this case two columns are displayed: personnel number and the employee's name.

Personnel number field mandatory in service entry sheet

Hello,
My FI team has made the personnel number field mandatory in FSTV for GL.
Now when i am making a service entry sheet this is creating a problem with error "Field selection personnel number mandatory for GL account XXXXXX".
How can i map this in MM module.

PA30 - Personnel Number field greyed out - No input help available.

Hi Experts,
In our System in DEV, & Quality in PA30, we are unable to select employees either by directly giving the number (greyed out) or by selecting through F4 (No input help is available).
But in Production System we can directly give Pernr or select through F4.
Any body tell me what is the reason behind this.

Hi Hariprasath,
It is not the issue with NUMKR, The number Ranges are already maintained, and are defaulted in NUMKR feature.
This is showing same in DEV / QA/ Prod.
Issue is in DEV / QA, The Personnel Number Field is Greyed out, and not able to select any number.
For that we are going to PA20, open the personnel number first, and open PA30 in another window, then we are changing the data of the employee.
But we want to give Personnel Number in PA30 itself as per SAP Standard.
Any Idea, why it is like this.

Drop down in Personnel number field in FBCJ

Hi,
There is a personnel number field in FBCJ. When i press F4 for drop down list, i get list of employees in Quality client & development client.
But in Production Client, i pressed F4 for the list of employees but i was unable to get that list.
All the masters are uploaded through HR module.
Let me know why the employee dropdown is not appearing in production client & its appearing in developement client.

There might be a search help developed for PERNR in Dev & Test Client which might not have transported to Production Server. Check with your ABAPER about the Search Help of PERNR. In Standard SAP there is no search help for PERNR in FI Transactions this has to be developed.

Filter Accounts With Required Personnel Number Field

Hello, SAP experts.
I have a task to make a report which will list all the G/L accounts which have required Personnel Number field.
I know one way to do this:
First of all, I run SE16N , enter table name T004F, and then I can see all the field status groups.
My company has a field status variant with 3 field status groups which have mandatory Personnel Number field - Z040, Z073 and Z074
I can see that all the three groups have the + sign at the 18th place in the Field Selection field. This marks the Personnel Number field.
Then I go back to the beginning of SE16N, choose the table SKB1, enter those three groups in the Field Status Group multiple selection screen, and hit the Execute button. Now I have the list of the accounts that I was looking for.
I was wondering if there is simpler way to do this. It would be perfect if I could make a custom report (using SQVI for example) with the algorithm which will do something like this:
FOR ALL G/L ACCOUNTS
     GET THE ACCOUNT'S FIELD STATUS GROUP
     IF FIELD_SELECTION[18]=='+' THEN
          ADD THE ACCOUNT TO THE LIST;
     END IF;
END FOR;

Of course, I don't insist on using SQVI. I could as well make a custom report using SQ01..03, but I'm not sure how to check if a particular field_selection character is equal to '+'. To be more precise, I would like to know how to translate the pseudo-instruction...

          ADD THE ACCOUNT TO THE LIST;
     END IF;
...into "real" ABAP instructions.
If you or anybody else can help me with that ABAP part, I'd be grateful

Out put problem in Ad hoc query reports

Hi Gurus,
I am tryting to generate a report through Ad hoc query in S_PH0_48000510 - Ad Hoc Query SAP/Query/HR_ADM - > Selected several options like personnel number / employee name / entry date / leaving date.
But when we select it shows the input details but when i try for output the entry date / leaving date even the names of the employees are not reflecting.
But the age/date of birth other fields are coming in output.
Kindly let me know the solution to get a out put. If there is any changes need to be done in the back end. Pls advice with the path details.

Query on personnel number

Dear Experts,
I want the internal Personnel Number to be generated after the Personal Data information i.e IT0002. Is that feasible?
Right now the number is generated after the action screen is executed then we fill the IT 0001, 0002.

I don't think that would be possible.
In table T529A it is impossible for a combination of function code Initial hiring and "Update 0000" checkbox unclicked.
Thus, you at least need the first screen 0000.
When you update the entries in this screen and pass to the next screen, the system needs to store the values entered into the database tables. However, without a key (personnel number in this case) this store procedure is impossible.
Thus, technically speaking, I don't think there is a way of achieving what you require.

I am trying to assign the same (Field-RFPNR) in PREMC I am getting an error message
The Function Module PREMC defined as Search Help exit does not exist and simultaneously when I go to PA30 Screen I am not able to see this field in the header.
Kindly help as I want it go get reflected along with Pernr (Personnel Number) in PA30 screen.

Problem with TCODE PK02 with the warehouse number field.

Hello folks,
I have created a control cycle in the TCODE PK01. When I tried to change it it is not displaying the warehouse number that I have used while saving. Also here it is showing the warehouse number as a mandatory field.
I have input the warehouse number in the PK02 TCODE and saved. I am able to see the warehouse number value updated in the table also. But again if I try to enter the PK02 TCODE , it is displaying empty warehouse number and showing as a mandatory field.
Also in TCODE PK03 tcode , I am not able to see the warehouse number field I have saved.
Can anyone address on the below issues?:
1. how to configure the PK02 warehouse number mandatory field settings and
2. Populating the warehouse number field in the PK02 and PK03.

I do not see warehouse number field in contorl cycle defination..
what type of control cycle is this? Classic or event driven?
Looks like this is a Z screen field..
check if user exit is impliemented properly.

Personnel numbers are stored in HR tables.
You can use the function module BAPI_BUPA_GET_EMPLOYEE_FROM_BP, to get the personnel number of BP.

How to track personnel number field in item level

When transaction fb50 is entered then I can enter personnel number at item level.Now I want to track that personnel number from the table.can anyone suggest which table I can find that ?
If seen in F1 for this field it gives structure as acgl_item and the field as pernr
But this must be getting stored in some table.I want to know that.

Well all the details of line item are stored in Line Item Table ( BSEG ) and all the details of the header are stored in BKPF.

Reg FV60 personnel number field

Hi All,
when using the FV60 transation for parking an invoice along with G/L account number, it parks w/o throwing any error.
When i try to post the invoice, it throws the error that the personnel number is a required field.
Could somebdy tell me agaist which table i need to check the corresponding personnel number for tht particular G/L account?

Go to OBC4 and make required modification for taht FSG (you can get that from FS00 nad Control Data), and additional account assignement-Personnel number as Optional,
Before doing that so please verify the actual requirement with your Client do they want to have a required entry while making actual Posting or not?

Tcode problem for ad hoc query

Hi frdz,
I created user group, infoset, queries in DEV environment and then after I down loaded the all those and uploaded into Quality and working fine.
Now I created T code for each query in DEV and transported the same into Quality, here the problem is Tcode is working fine in DEV but when I try to execute Tcode in Quality the system terminating the programme and throwing Runtime error. so then I gon through dump it is stating LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND and showing the programme name like this Program "AQ80ZHRINDIA_HR=APPL_ADD_NONIN " not found.
But I uploaded the programme is different that is AQFUZHRINDIA_HR=APPL_ADD_NONIN. So could u pls give solution whethet I did right process or not. Is there any other way pls let me know. $ Lakshmi

I found the problem i.e., when ever we upload program in to client it's automatically changing according to client name. So I think query depends on client to client so in this juncture we cant able to create Tcode and transport to another client.
As well as I have created all those in STANDARD client, but if we go through sys it is showing STANDARD and GLOBAL cilents, which is relavent to create the all above process.
Hence pls let me know is there any way to give query authorizations to users.

Debugger Problem: Full data is not displayed in the fields of the ITAB

Hi Guys,
I am having a problem related to ABAP Debugger. Data is not fully displayed in all the field of the internal table. I am using SAPGUI 640 with ECC6. In the debugger I have increased the width (size) of the column but still data is not fully displayed.
Below is the example:
*Actual Data*        *Displayed As*
1141               11...
P42X13             P...
Testing            Tes...
When I bring the curson on the displayed incomplete data, the full data is shown in small popup window.
I have increase the size of the column but still it is not showing the complete data.
I have to download the internal table data to an excel spreadsheet to view the complete data.

I cannot use SAPGUI 710 as my company is not upgrading it to 710. We have to live with 640 for now.
