Dear all,
We are into IC Webclient implementation for our client,
I need help for you to solve the following problem.
How can we assing telephone number to IC Webclient agent?
Does this telephony number come from Telephony Vedor or do we need to setup a new number?
I had come acrss transaction like 'CRMM_IC_SPHQ

  • Problem with assigning Quotation number to notification number

    Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where when a Quotation number is created using IW52 transaction it should get assigned to notification number. The problem am facing is as  below.
    1) As you all know QMEL is the header table for Notification number, we have added a custom field ZZ_VBELN of type KDAUF to QMEL tabel.
    2) When i try to create Quotation number without clicking on the SAVE button Quotation number is getting assigned to notification number. This Quotation number is saved in VBELN field of QMEL.
    3) However when i click on SAVE button after creating Quotation number, the quotation number is moved to ZZ_VBELN field as a result Quotation number is not getting assigned to notification number.
My question why this is happening?  In what way i should approach to solve this problem?
    Thanks
    Balu

when you press the save button the strcture of notification number not there ,
when you press the save button that time find user exit and pass this values to standard strcture..
use this exit , it may be usefull

  • Problem in assigning number range to support desk messages

    Gurus ,
we are in the process of configuring service desk in solution manager
    7.0 .
so far the following steps were done ,
    - implemented note 898614
-Activate Solution Manager Services via SICF
-activated BC sets for service desk
    -Fetched SAP components vis DSWP
-Assigned number range for ABA notification via DNO_CUST01
but while assigning the support desk for service messages via ,
SPRO--> SAP Solution Manager --> Basic Settings --> SAP Solution
Manager System --> Service Desk --> Number Ranges for Notifications.
Then press the execute icon ( ) next to Assign number range for Service
    Desk Messages.,
when assigning internal number as '01' and external number as '02' and clicking on save button we
get the error as "Enter valid number range interval '

    Hi Susin,
you may have a look at this to get more information about number ranges
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/2a/fa02fd493111d182b70000e829fbfe/frameset.htm
A number range is a range of numbers which are assigned to objects uniquely.
Such numbers are some kind of identifiers (which may be used to describe obejcts). In your case the ABA / Basis notifications are identified by those unique numbers.
Hope this clarifies things a bit.

    Hi,
I'm attempting to create a simple interface which converts cutomer data from a flat file and loads it into a SAP enterprise system as an DEBMAS06 IDoc type. I am getting the error message Error - ATTRIBUTE_IDOC_METADATA - EDI: Error while assigning IDoc number in the XI message monitor.
Has anyone come accross this error before and if so, what is the resolution???

    Hi Jayakrishnan,
thanks a lot for your answer.
SM59 is working finde. In IDX1 I got the the correct RFC destination entered and a double click works fine also.
The other way around R3 -> XI -> mq series is working fine. Here we are trying mq -> XI -> R3 and it stops sending from XI to R/3.
How to check the IDOC type?

  • Facing problem of Assigned Value in CJ33

    Hi All,
I am facinfg a problem with Assigned value shown in CJ33 T code. My Sceneraio is like this.....
    1. I have activated availiblity controll on Released Budget.
    2. I have maintained tolerence limit  only for PR and PO.
Now My problem is  that I budgeted one of my WBS as INR2000, Same amount is released also. I created a PR  for INR500. The same PR is converted to a Purchase order of INR500.
Now in CJ33 T code my assigned value is comming as INR1000. Which is not correct for me because i have only used INR500 for my INR2000 budget and i want to use my Remaining INR1500 budget for another PR, But system is giving me Budget excedded error.
Please advise. It would be a great help of all of you.
    Regards
    Rahul

    Hi Rahul,
    Refer this thread,
    Assigned Values For Project
I had a strong feelilng that you were using ECC 5.0. I had come across the same issue. Just refer the note and try to apply the notes mentioned there. I am not sure which one i had applied but you can try out with the note number that Muraleedharan has mentiond in the thread. It should work.
    Kindly revert.

  • Assign batch number from sale order to production order automatic

Dear all, I have a question for all. Please help me in this case
My scenario is make to order
I have a sale order, when i create sale order, i have assigned batch number at each line item.
When i run MRP for sale order (MD50), the system generate a planned order for it and I've converted to production order.
So when I view production order, I think that batch number what I've assigned to sale order will be assign to production order but that is not happen.
So, can you help me solve this problem. I think that sap can assign batch number from sale order to production order automatic but i don't know how to configure that
    Thanks all

    Hi,
To the best of my knowledge, when system is generating planned order / production order from sales order system doesnt copy batch number from sales order.
In fact , you are following wrong practice for generating batch no.
    Follow procedure like this :
Create sales order without any batch assigning there. Run MRP with MD50 and then convert planned order to Production Order.
While creation / releasing of Production order, you have option to generate batch automatically by following way :
Go to OPKP (Production Scheduling Profile) -> Take your plant & give suitable name to Production scheduling profile-> Batch Management tab -
    > Automatic Batch creation in the order maintain this field as
1     Automatic batch creation at order creation
    or
2     Autom. batch creation at order release
This will generate batch number automatically at the time of creation or release of order.
Then follow same process i.e. Goods Issue, Confirmation & GR for production order.
So you will get sales order stock in the form of batch managed.
Check & revert if any issue in above flow.

    Tejas

  • Regarding problem while assigning logical system

    Hi Friends,
I had a problem while assigning logical system to the client where in both of my systems are having same client number which belong to 2 different systems.
while assigning the sender and receiver logical system to the same client i am facing problem stating that an entry has already been made for the same key.
could any one plz give me a clear idea...while assigning logical systems (cross clients) for 2 different systems having same client number.
    Regards,
    Madhu

    Hello Madhusree,
I'm running with same problem. I've created two logical systems and assigned them to two different clients. But here pops up the issue while generating partner profiles, throwing error "No active plan version exists". Later when I researched about the issue, I came to know that T77S0 table doesn't have any entries regarding plan versions. Basically, I created two clients by doing "client copy" from source client (800 & 100). And I could see plan version entries in the T77S0 of client 800. So, I thought of assigning just defined logical system to the source client 800 itself. But it throws error saying "entry already exists"; as client (800) is already assigned with other logical system.
By coming across your post, gives me leap of hope that two logical systems can be assigned to same client. Could you please share me those troubleshooting steps concerning this issue. Points will be awarded.
    Regards, Anil.

  • Assigning large number if character to a Codepage

Do  we have a tool / process  which can assign large number of character to a code page, which cannot be done by SAP SPUM4. There are 18 languages and 10 code pages.
    Languages listed below,
    French,English,German,Italian,Spanish,Portuguese,Bulgarian,Japanese,Chinese,Danish,Russian,Dutch,Finnish,Malaysian,Czech,Hungarian,Norwegian,Swedish
we run SPUM4 in our Development Environment and found 450.000 words without a language associated. This corresponds to 2,5 months of movements from our ERP  productive clients. After applying a dictionary and language patterns provided by SAP, we have now 274.000 words left (and 150.000 duplicates).  I need to find other ways to decrease this number so that I end up with a workable list of words.

There is no method but assigning them more or less manually or using hints.
You may check for special characters in languages, e. g. the polish ł will be displayed as ³ when you login in English - although this may also be a different character.
We had the same "problem" with 8 languages (including more than one Asian language) so it was cumbersome.

  • Partner number for WebIc Agent

    Hi Experts
I need to get the partner number for the agent in the Web Ic.
e.g. system name = MrMan.  I need to get bp number for MrMan.
When an agent creates an interaction or any type of business transaction, the system username is recorded in the partner number field of the business transaction partner structure.  The agent is to only get visibility on transactions where they are on the person responsible list.
On our mobile sales application creates business transactions, but the person responsible field for the agent gets a bp number.  This is the problem.  I can't compare system username with the bp number.
any help would be greatly appreciated
    Thanks

Use function module 'CRM_CENTRALPERSON_GET' to get the BP GUID based on the user name.
After reading BP GUID ,get BP number .
    Thanks,

  • Problem in assigning the support team automatically-PFAC_RESPO-13200137

    Hi Gurus,
I am facing a problem in assigning the support team automatically.
In the transaction PFAC_RESPO , i maintained responsibilites with rule no. 13200137. I created  criteria for determining partners.
when i simulate the condition @ PFAC_RESPO it is picking correctly the Support team. But when i created a messgae in satellite system, it is not assigning the support team automatically.
Could anyone highlight me with some inputs.
    by
    D.K.VIJAYABHASKAR

    Hi,
In the rule definition and responsibility in tcode: PFAC_RESPO.
i have mentioned some of the Responsibility Specs, like client, installation number. Then when i simulate the condition (@ simulkate rule resolution) by entering the related details system picks the concerned support team.
But when i created message and checked, it is not picking any of the support team. Determination not happening.
I used the standard action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED.
Action Definition : SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER (When message is created, find support team responsible)

  • Assigning a number value to a line from file without array

How do you assign a number value to a line from a file? I want to use the assigned number so that the i can use random number to randomly select a line
Example. i have the lines A,B,C,D,E
    A
    B
    C
    D
    E
i know that a is line 1 b is line 2 so on so on
    (1) A
    (2)B
    (3)C
    (4)D
    (5)E
so from here i would use the random number generator so that i could randomly select one of these. I already know how to code for the number generator but how would i make it so that i can access each individual line as a number?

ya that's what im using but reguarding the code i dont think it does what im looking for. yes it does provide a random line but wen i run it multiple times it gives me the same line repeatedly. also i need to be able to refer to that line in the future so in the code the String line gets replaced each time
    BufferedReader bF = new BufferedReader(new FileReader("someFilePath"));
              String line;
              int someRandomNumber = 9;
              int counter = 0;
              while ((line = bF.readLine()) != null){
                   if (counter == someRandomNumber){
                        break;
                   counter++;
              System.out.println(line); //line at #someRandomNumber in the file

  • Assign a number value to an mc

    hi everyone,
so a while back I asked if it was possible to assign a number value to an mc. So I'm done my early work on it and am ready to try and integrate this function. I'll explain what I'm trying to do and I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
I'm making a small change game. So game is split into five scenes, each scene the person will receive a receipt. The person will have change in their hand (all canadian denominations). They have to look at the receipt and the change in their hand (both mcs), and figure out if its correct. If not they drag change from another pile and place it in the hand. So here's what I'm looking at trying to accomplish. I'd like to have a check change button (simple mc). I'm guessing that each coin needs a numeric value associated with it (no clue on if or how you could do this). If the numbers add up to the predetermined bill value (so I'm guessing I'd give that a numeric value as well), i hit the check button and it'll see if the change in the hand adds up to match what the bill should. So here's where my code sits currently, still tweaking as we speak. I'm still new so be gentle on my code I know its long. If anyone knows any house keeping tips that'd be great!

  • Problem in assigning a coloumn as a Null.

    Hi All,
I m facing a problem to assigning a coloumn as "Allow Null".
    Plz help me..
    Regards
    Yogesh

    Hi Kumar,
You can use UserFieldsMD.Mandatory property to allow the UDF to be empty or not.
Note: You do not have to manage the real database value for the UDF. B1 is responsible to do this.
