  • Property configuration for ccBPM incoming message  size ?

    Hi,
    I got problem using ccBPM in PI 7.0 EHP2.  If the total of incoming records is less than 2000 line then the ccBPM able to process the message. But then if the incoming message more than 2000 always stuck at the ccbPM inbound queue and not able to continue unti i can delete the queue.
    is that any way to configure this ?

    Hi Madhu,
    Actually, the total record that i have tested was 8000 (Header and detail). I have checked also the payload size is around 3.5 MB (i don't think that so big).
    I will continue to investigate what is the root cause because the bpm working fine if i am set the sender communication channel to split the message for every 500 record.

  • Technical error on Lookup in ccBPM

    Hi,
    After we patch Pi server form sp14 to 23 we get error :
    Technical error occurred during Lookup in ccBPM
    And on TCO  SLG1 - Application log is  "Alert category ZFI-CAX_LOOKUP does not exists".
    Any help.

    I patch Pi installation and now We have problem on ccBPM flow to RKI (Lookup Company))
    On  SLG1 - Application log I have som red entry :
    Alert category PROCESS ALERT does not exist Message no. SALERT012 and
    Alert category ZFI-CAX_LOOKUP does not exist Message no. SALERT012. It is the only massages I have .

    i have question regarding cc-bpm,,,
    as far as i know,, at EP side, make to trigger to XI,
    XI can call workflow,,
    my question,  XI can hold workflow which perform several activity step until complete of it's job?
    for example,
    at EP side, create sales order and then send data to xi ,,, xi call workflow,,, workflow call transaction code for creation sales order screen and then user receive an mail contains linked-url,,
    1. question, 
    users need to see mail at EP side in order to follow their own job list,
    so after XI call workflow, how can i pass transaction code for creation sales order to EP side ?
    2. Question
    XI can hold workflow which perform several activity step until complete of it's job?
    does anyone explain regarding BPM forcusing on XI in the rough?

    BPM is used to implement work-flow spanning across multiple application system against embedding the parts of work-flow in application system. Apart from this it also help achive other scenarios like, bridging synch and asynch systems, alert mechanism, multi mapping etc. Check the BPM overview document in SDN download section.

  • CcBPM problems

    Hello Everybody,
    I have a problem, at this moment i don't know how to solve it. The problem is the next.
    there is an interface between SAP ECC and legacy system, this interface had an Integration Process (ccBPM).
    How does it work?, well, by means JDBC sender adapter, the CC do the polling to a table looking for rows
    SELECT COUNT( *) AS TOTAL FROM TABLA WHERE PROCESSED=0
    if there are rows, take the rows and send them passing by the ccBPM  to SAP ECC, but if there aren't rows the interface doesn't execute. In the configuration, the receiver determination has a Local Rule
    p1:MT_NumRegisters_req/row/TOTAL!=0
    if the condition is valid, the message will pass through the Intregration Process, in other case (if TOTAL is 0) not.
    The problem is that the interface has been executed, the communication channels are Inactive (it can't do the polling), in theory the interface shouldn't be executed, but only the last step of the ccBPM (where the message is sent from de ccBPM to ECC) is executing sending a message to ECC. In the sxmb_moni, there are lot of messages to ECC and ECC manage an alert that send mails to somebody, until now 5000 mails was sent!!!. And the interface is working rare.
    Why inside of the ccBPM only the last step is sending a lot of messages to ECC, doing that ECC send a lot of mails. It shouldn't pass because the CC's aren't executing the interface, how i can cancel this message?

    What do you mean by CC are inactive? If CC is polling, then definitely it be active.
    If no row is selected, then the process shouldn't run, not even the BPM. Have you used any deadline in BPM? That is the only situation that I can think of to trigger the IP.

  • Problem in Xpath expression(ccBPM).

    I have given the following expression in the container operation and assigned the xpath /MT_RS2/FIL/substring(FILE_NAME,15,17) to the simple variable that I declared in container data.I used this variable to check the condition in switch.The problem is the switch is always set to false and condition is not being executed.I donot get any XPath error but swtitch step fails.Is there a way to trouble shoot this?

  • Problem Performing 1:N multi-mapping in ccBPM

    Hi,
    I am trying to work out this simple scenario with the help of BPM.
         1. The BPM is receiving a Collection of Purchase Orders(say PO_Collection consisting of N PO).
         2. The Message is split by Transformation state(1:N) to N POs.(PO is Multiline)
         3. I am using a Block mode ForEach. Inside the block I am Checking Vendor Number and Material Code For validity.
    My problem is that the process is not entering the Block(I find it from the Workflow Graphic). But the Status is shown as Completed.
    I am not using any End Condition or Correlation for the Block.
    Please suggest what the problem can be and how to sort it.

    In sxmb_moni , select u r message , use outbound cannel from menu . , In toolbat button u will find some button for technical details. select that. This will give u option to see steps and container ( BPM variables) and its runtime contents.
    u will here input and out put message.
    select output message . in the bottom window u will get some length say 10. click right button and select messages here . If transformation works u will have multiple messages there .
    I hopt i tried to explain , what I suggest if u lost use trial and error( not a better option than this ) to reach there .
    hope u will able to debug the BPM.

  • Java mapping in ccBPM works in PI 7.0 but fails in PI 7.1

    Hi guys,
    at the moment we are upgrading form SAP PI 7.0 to SAP PI 7.11.
    In a scenario for processing of incoming orders we use an ccBPM.
    In this ccBPM there is an mapping where the original xml document of the order are combined with some
    additional information form an web service (multi mapping 2 => 1)
    The result of this mapping is processed further to create an sales order in the backend.
    The multi mapping an java mapping is used.
    Now we are testing the scenario with PI 7.11 and it fails at this mapping step.
    in the workflow log following error occurs.
    An exception with the type CX_ST_MATCH_ELEMENT occ urred, but was neither handled locally, nor de
    Message no. W8899
    I tested the same message on out SAP PI 7.0 system and the whole ccBPM works well.
    When I extract the 2 messages from workflow log and paste them into the test tab of the operation mapping of Enterprise Service Builder of SAP PI 7.11, surrounding by the envelope used by multi mappings

    thanks for your suggest.
    I know this issue, the java class files are compiled using jdk 1.5.
    We made some more tests.
    e.g. created an dummy ccBPM with two mappings, one two spilt the incoming message in two messages (graphical message mapping) and one to merge this two messages to one message again (java mapping)
    the mapping works at design time on test tab, but fails with the same error at rumtime.
    Also we tested one single operation mapping with this two mappings (split via graphical mapping and merge via java mapping)
    This works also at design time but fails at runtime with a similar error shown in smq2
    The error message is Error ST_MATCH_FAIL occured. P1=element-start P2=M
    we tried to add the whole incoming message to the trace by
    getTrace().addWarning()
    but an trace object is never created in for this step in the workflow log.
    it seem whether you can not add trace messages using the command or that the error occures before this command will be used.

  • Problem in A/S Bridge in BPM

    Hello everyone, I have developed an A/S Bridge (SOAP Sync -> ccBPM) and when testing the WSNavigator sometimes works correctly and sometimes shows the error RemoteException: Read Time out in the WSNavigator. Viewing the Workflow Log I see the task S/A Bridge: Response to Synchronous Request appears in status In Process as seen in the following link http://www.freeimagehosting.net/ded5f
    In the transaction SXMB_ADMIN ("Configure Integration Engine"), I configured the parameter CHECK_FOR_ASYNC_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT of the category SA_COMM with the value 120 seconds but has not solved the problem.

    I can't retart the workflow in SWF_XI_SWFR due to this error:

    My problem with mapping exists because of "No payload found".
    The design of the interface is quit simple, and not like the one mentioned in the link.
    To clearify the scenario:
    I receive one message and this is mapped to one message.
    Steps in ccBPM:
    Receive - transformation - switch - transformation1 - send1
                                                      transformation2 - send2
    I don't have any messages stucked in any queues.

    Could you help to advise me, what i should o with this scenario :
    i have ccBPM scenario :
    1. monitoring database table (using JDBC adapter), query filepath information and update
        status accordingly after process.
    2. read xml file (name and path base on the first step).
    my problem is how to pass filepath and filename to file adapter, becase as i know file adapter (sender) only
    can monitoring fix directory and file (patter).

  • Problem with File Sender

    Hi All,
    I'm using the sync-async bridge for the following scenario.
    An HTTP request(sync) is made to XI and the message is passed to the first receive step of a BPM. The BPM will send the message asynchronously to a business system which has a file adapter and creates a file. Another file adapter polls for this file (Delete Mode), and as soon as the file is created, reads it and sends a message to the Second receive step of the BPM asynchronously. Then the Second Send step will synchronoulsy send this message back and closes the SA-Bridge.
    The problem is in the Second receive step. Instead of sending an asynchronous message after reading the file, the message sent is shown synchronous. The interface used is also asynchronous. Also the file adapter is not deleting the file after picking it up. It continuosly reads the same file and sends many messages.
    Does someone have any idea, why this problem occurs. Note that I'm not using an integration scenario. I have created 3 receiver determinations.

    2. From BPM to File System
    3. From File System to BPM (This step gives the problem)

    A non-SAP system is creating a BPEL file. I have to import that file into XI & create a BPM for it. Then I have to integrate the BPM to SAP MM transactions & EP also in such a way that if user interacts with EP then the processing should take place as per the process defined in BPM.

    Now the issue which I am facing is that how to connect my BPM to SAP transactions. As you told us in training that for every ccBPM a Business workflow is created in SAP. So, as per my understanding, it means the workflow should get triggered when any event is created by user’s action in EP. But the problem is that how to integrate EP & SAP transactions to my ccBPM?
    Please provide your valuable inputs ASAP. It is urgent.

    By useing SAP transaction iView in EP , you can directly interact SAP transaction then where is the portion of XI and ccBPM??

    from EP you can interact Xi through Webservice , this webservice can be created from NWDS , you can edit or EJB also..
    that Webservice ,through SOAP adapter integrate the XI , in XI use ccBPM, whatever you want through RFC /BAPI you can do suitable operation in R#, here you r problem is how to call SAP transaction,..
    here please expalin what is the requirement.. or select suitable BAPI /RFC to do such operation/functionality in R3.

  • Problem in merging two files using BPM

    Hello Frens,
    I am doing a scenario for merging of two files N:1 using BPMu2026
    I have to merge two files into one file. The two input files are as below :
    File1 : Id, Name, Age, Place
    File2 : ID, Street, Adrress
    And output File is : ID, Name, Age,place, street, Address
    For this scenario I have defined three datatypes , message types and  the message interfaces as below :
    For File1:  Mi_file1_ob, Mi_file1_abs
    For File2: Mi_file2_ob, Mi_file2_abs
    For output : mi_output_ib, mi_ouput_abs
    In interface mapping I have selected two source interface and one targetu2026
    For Integration process I have selected two receives as two branches of fork and transformation to collect them and a send..
    In IR part I have defined three communication channels sender1, sender2 and a receiver . I have imported the integration from IP and rest is sameu2026
    I am facing a problem for getting the outputu2026
    When I checked in sxmb_moni  everything is fine  and sxi_cache and the return code is also 0 but I am not getting the outputu2026
    Can anyone help me in finding out the problem..

  • Synchronous send step from ccBPM

    Hello Experts,
    I'd like to ask you if you have an idea how to configure synchronous send step from ccBPM. So scenario is quite simple:
    1. async start of process
    2. sync send to system A
    3. continue of process
    What I already did is:
    I define abstract sync interface everything including names is the same as target sync service interface. Then I define async abstract SI with a name of Request Message type and async abstract SI with a name of Response Message. I of course use Receiver From property set to Send Context...
    In monitoring it looks like this: I successfully call sync interface, but the way back???... First of all process does not wait for response but continue with other steps and response doesn't not have service interface, namespace and receivers properties set(service, interface, namespace)...
    Does anyone already face this problem or do you know how to send sync message from ccBPM in PI 7.1?

    A BPM cannot process further without receiving the response message of the SYnc Send......
    In the req and resp tabs of the Sync Step of BPM you have to use the correspoding Container Variables (which you have defined with the ABS Async Req and Resp MIs).
    I am having few Sync steps defined in some BPMs on PI7.1 and all are waiting for the response and then only proceeding....if any error then BPM wont progress (rather should not).....below are the settings of my Sync Step:
    Mode: Synchronous
    Create New Transaction: Unchecked
    Synchronous Interface: FileDetails_sync_AI
    Request Message: Container variable for Req MI
    Response Message: Container variable for Resp MI
    Receiver From: Send Context
