i am using N8. I am conguired my office mail in exchange but its reciving and sending any mails through this account. My contact are sync and its gone. Please anyone help me to get my contacts and work my mail.

Windows Server 2012 R1 with Exchange 2013 SP1
Windows XP SP3 with Outlook 2010 (14.0.4760.1000) computer is on the same network, but not a part of the domain.
When I try to configure Outlook profile for the user, I manually enter exchange server name and user name.
Check User button underlines server name and user name and profile gets created successfully.
Once I try to open outlook for the user I get

If I search the content of the log files under
X:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Logging\RPC Client Access
I can’t find any records indicating a connection attempt from the client’s IP or references to the version of the outlook used, however I can see a 3 way handshake followed by a 4 RCP packets and then 4 nspi bind requests and responses when outlook opens
up and then connection is torn down.

That version of Outlook 2010 (14.0.4760.1000) is not supported with Exchange 2013 and will not be able to connect. It need to be on at least SP1 +
Outlook 2010 November 2012 update (14.0.6126.5000)

Configuring exchange 2013 with MS PKI

while trying to configure exchange to work with certificates issued from my internal MS PKI, I deleted the self signed certificates. and now I can't access exchange. the good thing is that this is not a production environment yet. I was looking around and
I couldn't find a documentation on how to request certificates from an internal CA. and how to assign the certificate to exchange.
I need help regarding this, if any one has a working environment with CAS and MB on different server, how the certificates are assigned in IIS.

First, I would like to share some information on Self-signed certificate and PKI certificate.
1. Self-signed certificate.
This self-signed certificate is used to encrypt communications between the Client Access server and the Mailbox server. The Client Access server trusts the self-signed certificate on the Mailbox server automatically, so no third-party
certificate is needed on the Mailbox server.
By default, the digital certificate installed on the Mailbox server or servers is a self-signed certificate. You don’t need to replace the self-signed certificate on the Mailbox servers in your organization with a trusted third-party certificate. The
Client Access server automatically trusts the self-signed certificate on the Mailbox server and no other configuration is needed for certificates on the Mailbox server.
2. PKI certificate.
If you obtain certificates from a domain-joined Windows CA, you can use the CA to request or sign certificates to issue to your own servers or computers on your network. This enables you to use a PKI that resembles a third-party certificate vendor,
but is less expensive. These PKI certificates can't be deployed publicly, as other types of certificates can be.
The steps for deploying a PKI-generated certificate resemble those required for deploying a self-signed certificate. You must still install a copy of the trusted root certificate from the PKI to the trusted root certificate store of the computers or
mobile devices that you want to be able to establish an SSL connection to Microsoft Exchange.
Note: One problem with self-signed and PKI-based certificates is that, because the certificate is not automatically trusted by the client computer or mobile device, you must make sure that you import the certificate into
the trusted root certificate store on client computers and devices.

During Mail for Exchange in Nokia C6, ALL contacts...

hey,
today i setup new account Mail for Exchange in Nokia C 6. I used my gmail id and entered google.com as a domain name and server.
It asked me to
Keep contacts in phone or
delete contacts.
I selected Keep contacts in phone.
after a moment, when i saw , there wasn't any contacts in my phone memory. while there were 161 contacts.
Please tell me how can i get back my contacs ? that's v. imp to me.

Hey Kitharass, This is extremely unfortunate!
Have you got any previous backups of your device saved on Nokia Suite? Plug your device into Nokia suite and try and recover your phone from any previous backups you may have created to try and retrieve your contacts.

Configuring Exchange Activesync on Supervised iPads

I am working on a deployment for a school district. We are using Apple Configurator to supervise and manage the devices. Since they are being handed to children under 18, they need to be highly restricted. They want students to be able to access their email without being able to add other accounts (personal apple IDs, Facebook, YouTube, etc). I am running into problems with the Exchange Activesync profile. It prompts for a password, but not a username. How do I configure this profile in order for students to enter their own email addresses without having access to adding other accounts? Thanks

The calendar is synced to an external service, or most likely more than one of them, that also has a calendar. Yahoo, Gmail, and Hotmail offer such services.

I entered correct server URL, even my admin himself entered this but still facing same problem. Other are operating exchange through iPhone..

Cant delete/show/configure exchange server

I know this is an old problem but non of the solutions discussed before solved my problem.
I cant configure exchange server.I cant even delete it.And when I try to delete iphone crashes and return to home screen.
I tried
-removing profile
-resetting all settings
-restarting device lots of time
-setting up profile on apple support site.
None of these solved my problem.I dont want to return backup to 3 months back.
So it must have a solution for that.

Configuration Exchange 2013 DAG on two Server Data center 2012 with Hyper -V roles

Dears,
I try to planning and installation two hosts ( Data center 2012 servers) then install Hyper-V role on both this server, then create VM on each Data center server to be install Exchange 2013 on them.
After that I want to configure DAG between Exchanges servers, so what are the prerequisite to do that ?
Note: I use external IBM storage that will be located all VMs and DAG

In addition to Gulab's suggestion, I would like to clarify the following things:
1. Yes, we can use Standard or Datacenter version of the Windows Server 2012 operating system to configure Exchange 2013 DAG.
2. Each member of the DAG should be running the same operating system.
3. The DAG with an even number of members should have a witness server. A witness server is a server outside a DAG that's used to achieve and maintain quorum when the DAG has an even number of members.

Problem in configuring Terms of Payment

Hello Friends,
I'm facing a problem during configuration of payment terms in which i give 15% discount to the customer if paid within 15 days & also the credit period is 15 days for net payment. When i try to configure the same i get an error message FC114 - Enter periods in ascending order, since the cash discount period & the credit period are the same.
Payment Terms - Within 15 days 15% discount, Within 15 days due net

Hi Padmanabhan,
your requirement is not clear, for both the options are on the same day, there should be some difference in days for a discount and net payments in any business, try to collect correct requirement from your client. It may be further 15 days from the due date for discount, then it becomes 30 days.
How do you offer both options to your customers, in any business i did not heard such terms,
correct me if i am wrong.

Problem with configuration of wifi newtork- dhcp

hi.
i've got a small problem with configuration of wi-fi network.
i use dhcp network.
there are some errors about network during boot up (but its to fast for my to write it down)
after log-in i have to setup network access by typing
iwconfig eth2 essid SpeedTouchBCE72F
and then i heve to run this command
dhclient
and after that i've got an access to internet

The easiest way to get Portal to run on Windows is by using the pre-configured zip file distribution. You simply unzip the file and run a quick setup script and then the entire portal with three samples is up and running. The JES installer is not needed.

Problem in configuring third party JMS provider

I am having a problem in configuring Sun MQ 4.4 JMS provider with weblogic 10.3.I tried the following method:-
1. Created a new outbound connection pool.
2.In the properties for the connection pool :-
ConnetionFactory Location :- myTestCF (this is the remote connection factory JNDI)
Factory properties :- java.naming.factory.initial=com.sun.jndi.fscontext.RefFSContextFactory;java.naming.provider.url=file:/C:/my_object_store;java.naming.security.principal=admin;java.naming.security.credentials=admin
3.Provided the username and password also.
But when I am testing it from a SOA composite through a JMS adapter, it is giving me an exception indicating it could not locate the connection factory.I am clueless why this is happening.I've also tried with putting the sun mq jar files inside the <%wl_home%>/user_projects/domains/<%my_domain%>/lib folder.But it did not work.Please help.

In third party process SO / PR / PO should be in integrity. Your manual modification violates this I think (you are making one PO item from two SO item...).

Processing Third-Party Orders in Purchasing
When you save a sales order that contains one or more third-party items, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition in Purchasing. Each third-party item in a sales order automatically generates a corresponding purchase requisition item. During creation of the requisition, the system automatically determines a vendor for each requisition item. If a sales order item has more than one schedule line, the system creates a purchase requisition item for each schedule line.
Purchase orders are created from purchase requisitions in the usual way. For more information about creating purchase orders, see the Purchasing documentation. During creation of the purchase order, the system automatically copies the delivery address of your customer from the corresponding sales order. In a sales order, you can enter purchase order texts for each third-party item. When you create the corresponding purchase order, the texts are automatically copied into the purchase order. The number of the purchase order appears in the document flow information of the sales order.
All changes made in the purchase order are automatically made in the sales order as well. For example, if the vendor confirms quantities and delivery dates different from those you request and enters them in the purchase order, the revised data is automatically copied into the sales order.
