I cant access my email, even after setting up the mail. The mailbox has been created but doesnt receive mail. It automatically disconnects. Plz help..

you need to check the access points and check whether internet is working on you phone first...

I think you have to turn off Private Browsing.
Tap "Private" on Safari Screen to disable Private Browsing. When top of screen is white, Private Browsing is off.

I have problem to connect iChat. Sometime work and some time not working. When it was not working, there was a message on screen and said the mobile be server was not working. I needed to turn off computer and restarted the computer. Then it might. work

I use my iChat to do video chat with my granddaughter. I used to do iChat without any problem to connect with her in New York. However, After Mobil Me account closed, I accounted connection problems frequently. Sometime, I had to turn-off my computer then re-started the computer to make it work again. . When I had this problem to connect on iChat (the Mac did not allow me to choose "available"), the poped out window message said that " the iChat lost the Mobil Me account [email protected]" "The server connection was unexplected disconnect". Do you know what is my problem? My Apple ID for iCloud and previous Mobil Me account should be [email protected] I am no longer using [email protected] for Mobil Me e-mail address. My current iCloud e-mail address is [email protected] is no longer of using [email protected] account for my e-mail. Did just that and now .local's resolve correctly. (make sure to restart the vpn connection to apply the new search).

Problem to connect to mysql from servlet using a javabean

I'm new here and beginner on java to.
I have problem to connect to MySql database, by a connection javabean.
It's the following: a HTML page calls a servlet and this servlet imports the package connection javabean.
It has no problem when I establish the connection inside the servlet, with all its methods (public and private). But i want to separate the code connection from servlet.
Detail: there is no problem, using the javabean to connect to MS Access database.
I put "mysql-connector-java-3.1.12-bin.jar" file inside WEB-INF/lib application and common/lib directories.
I set the classpath:
SET CLASSPATH=%CATALINA_HOME%\COMMON\LIB\mysql-connector-java-3.1.12-bin.jar;%CLASSPATH%
I think that the servlet cannot create an instance of javabean, because passed by catch exception of the servlet init method.
But I don't know why.
Please Why?

Problem when send an email with mail client!

My mail server have MTA front end and Message Store back end with version:

SunOS SMSG 5.10 Generic_139556-08 i86pc i386 i86pcMy users and I are having problem following: Send an email very slow, mail client is connected to front end but mail is not delivered, after that, I stop and resend this email several times then it is can delivered. While the mail was not send, i can telnet to front end with port 25. My users and I are using Thunderbird and Microsoft Outlook. What is problem on my mail server ?
I see time on MTA front end and Message Store are not synchronized, maybe this could be the problem?

Unfortunately, without knowing what exactly the F5 product is trying to do
in terms of SSL, we cannot really know what is going wrong.
In the simplest case, this may be innocuous because the IO exception that
you're getting is that they are opening a connection and once it is
available, they are closing it without making a request. That is my guess
as to what is going on.

Email settings problem; error sending activation email

Hope everyone is doing well
I am having some problems with my latest user registration pages for my site
I am havving problems sending the
activation email
I have set up my server to relay emails and it works ok      I use a linux server and cpenel and outlook expres as my mail client...... I configured an email account in my cpanel called     admin @mysite.com      I used the automatic configure outlook express to configure outlook
   I can send and recieve emails to and from my Yahoo account using my yahoo adress to [email protected]     and I can send emails from outlook ex using     [email protected]     to my yahoo email
I then created the user registration pages for my site with email activation .........
All wen well then I tried to test and got the following error ....
Developer Details:
E-mail couldn't be sent. Error returned: Failed to connect to mail.mysite.com:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out (code: -1, response: )]. (EMAIL_FAILED)
So I looked at my email settings in my control panel........      I have tried every possible combination of information to get it to work and I still get the same error

And it still does not work

The strange thing is that I can send and recieve email from outlook using the email [email protected] , using the mail server    mail.mysite.com
but when I use exactly the same info in addt I get the error
Is driving me crazy
Can someone please tell me the correct information to fill in on my email settings ......?    in detail ........

So Mysite is your ISP. They should be able to describe on their website what settings you need.
(1) Mail Server - the name of their mail server ([email protected]?)
(2) Port - you may need to specify the actual port to be used, I know I do.
(3) Username - The user name you use when you log into your Mysite account
(4) Password - The password you use
Both username and password are case sensitive.
This information should be on one of their admin pages for explanation.

Connecting to email settings

Ever since this morning my Blackberry 9300 hasn't received any mail. I have two accounts set up on it, a Gmail account and my work webmail account.
If I try to go into the email settings, I get message: 'connecting to email settings' and an hour glass and eventually 'your device has a problem connecting to the server'.
I have tried on both the WIFI at work and the Virgin Media mobile network.
Any ideas?

There have been some intermittent internet outages worldwide the past day or so (NOT caused by RIM this time). Your carrier may have been victim to that. I'd suggest you wait until morning and try again. If you still can't get anywhere, let us know then and we'll try some of our magic.

Have you tried the simple things first like a reboot...hold both the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if it appears? Sometimes it is also necessary to remove and reenter a password in case it has been corrupted. And sometimes I have just had a bad connection signal and that has been the issue.

Problems using connection pooling

I'm having problems configuring connection pooling in oc4j. Have specified my datasource/connection pool in my data-sources.xml. I always get the following error when I try to access it with an instance of OracleConnectionPoolDataSource within my apps. The app server dosen't seem to create the connections when started 'cos its not displayed within Oracle dba studio. Can anyone tell what I need to do pls.

TS3899 Device won't connect with email

My ipod touch stopped connecting with email a couple of weeks ago. I went through all the steps on the support website. After deleting the account from the device, I tried to add it back and now all I get is a message that says "the IMAP server "apple.imap.mail.yahoo.com" is not responding". Try resetting your Yahoo password. That is how I resolved your problem on my iPhone.

Contribute 3: Problem with Connection Key

Hi,
I'm having a problem with connecting Contribute 3 to our web
site.
I have Contribute running on two PC's, one running XP Pro
Service Pack 1 and the other Service Pack 2, the one with SP 1 is
at home and connects fine. I used this one to generate a connection
key for my office computer (the one with SP2). Everything should be
fine, but it isn't.
The office PC refused to connect to the site: After double
clicking on the connection key and selecting Open, it presents a
dialog box with the name: Import Connection Key, and I enter a new
username, email and the password for the connection key.
When I click OK, it presents the following message: "Unknown
host. Contribute could not find the server "ftp.myhost.com". Please
check your connection information or contact your administrator."
When I click OK on this dialog box, it presents the following
dialog box: "Contribute could not verify your connection key. A
network connection to the server could not be established. Please
contact your administrator for assistance." Damn,I'm the
adminstrator and I have run out of ideas!
I can connect to the site with WS_FTP without any problems,
but I cannot do so with Contribute, neither with the connection key
containing all the FTP details, nor bypassing the connection key
and simply manually entering the FTP details.
What is going on

which windows version do you have?
connect your phone to your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > your PC should download the drivers also you might want to try SUS
