Problem in downloading games on ipod

i want to download games on my ipod. when i go to istore and click on the down arrow next to apps, there is no option saying "ipod clickwheel games" . what should i do?

Yes. I haven't seen any support articles about it yet, but if I do, I'll go ahead and post one. If you are up for it, call Apple's technical support and see what they say.

Cannot play downloaded game on ipod

I recently bought an ipod game form the itunes web site, it was successfully downloaded to my itunes downloads, but I can not figure out how to sinc it over to my ipod. Normally you can drag new songs to your playlists but this one has got me stuck.. Can you help?

What model iPod do you have? Games can only be played on the 5th gen iPod (iPod video).
I ask because you are posting in the forum for older iPods which do not support games from iTunes.

About the many Apps problems, I don't think so, I don't have so much Apps in mine. Just 6.1GB used.(ipod is 32GB) It's just 18% used. However maybe i was wrong about that.

in my case theres a O besides my carrier's name. and also I already contacted the apple tech support for this and they told me that there must be a UNFINISH update with my app store or in my safari which is true theres a no. 2 in the icon of my app store and they told me that the "could not activate cellular data network" is that the fone is actually trying to connect to the internet and trying to update the unfinish update of the apps. AND I also contacted my service provider and they told me the same, so basically all I need to do is finish the unfinish update in the app store and the pop up message will be removed.

When touch the game icon just "blink" (tremor)for one momentend not start games, a lot of games,aleator ,never apps sistem to the factory.After restore to the factory seting and redownload is posible to run once or twice corectly and after that the trouble begin again.

Honestly, these are WAGs but they're all that I can think of.
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
Finally, if the Restore doesn't work, let the battery drain completely. Then recharge for at least an hour and Restore again.

DOWNLOAD NEW GAMES FOR IPOD "TETRIS"

If only there were better games for ipod.
Some sources say that they are looking to make new ones.
Although they will probably not be good and just take up more memory. 30gb yeah right more like 27.5gb.
Tetris would be nice though.
Any other ideas for simple games?

Q1 - with what do I press buttons?
Q2 - how do I hold my coffee?
PS - Saying iPod video is just for music + video is like saying TV is only for TV and not for DVD/Video/Photos/Games via consoles etc.
PPS - I am new to Mac and wonder if this widening of iPod horizons to include mini-games is touching on a sensitive area......... anyway my only aim is maybe for Apple to look at the number of responses / views on this particular topic and maybe do somthing about it (we have the technology...)

You have a 2G iPod. That App requires at least a 3G iPod..
To more easily find compatible apps:
iOSSearch - search the iTunes store for compatible apps.
Apple Club - filter apps by iOS version.
Starting when iOS 7 was released, Apple now allows downloading the last compatible version of some apps (iOS 4.2.1 and later only)
App Store: Downloading Older Versions of Apps on iOS - Apple Club
App Store: Install the latest compatible version of an app
You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
