I went to the url to download photoshop and it said it was downloading. However, I've been waiting over an hour for it to even start to download. It there a different way to download it if this isn't working?

I had downloaded PHOTOSHOP CS5 Exceded.trial I just needed το udate and buy it but the system linked me to buy Creative Cloud "Photography plan (one-year, prepaid)" Ι understand that I canot have photoshop cs5 because no licences are given. I also trying download [photoshop from http://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/catalog/desktop.html and i cannot Do i something wrong:; If i cannot have photoshop cs5 i need the most similas program (I suppose photoshop cs6) Thank you

adobe no longer sells cs5 programs.
you can subscribe to cc (Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud) which includes cs6 and later versions, or purchase cs6 programs (Creative Suite 6).

Problems re-downloading Photoshop for Creative Cloud

Man, the support from Adobe has NOT been useful! My hard drive crashed, so I needed to start over with Creative Cloud. At first, all the downloads were temp versions - after more than an hour trying to get some help from Adobe, that problem is fixed, but I had already used MacKeeper to uninstall Photoshop, but it still shows in the CC as "up to date" so it won't allow me to redownload it. How to I get the CC to recognize I do not have this app so I can get it back?

One of the appreciated method is this:-
Remove the OPM.db file and relogin into the Adobe Application Manager using the Adobe ID tied to your subscription.
Mac OS: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \User\<user name>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user Library folder, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion.
Windows: You can locate the OPM.db file in the \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder. To view the hidden AppData folder, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud.

Problem installing downloaded Photoshop Elements 10 for Mac

Just bought this online and downloaded but for past two days having problems on my Macbook Pro 13 running 10.7.3. After FIRST backing up my HD and formatting to non-case sensitive (what?? why did I need to do that?) then reinstalling.... I get this error:

How can I download photoshop - I am getting error message 1935 right at the end of the download and then it reverses all download actions and leaves file empty with no access to the program? I have tried several times and using both methods of download shown against my order on the Adobe website?
It appears to relate to an assembly component.

if you have a dl problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps. typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem.
