Problem in FF7A after creation of FTR_CREATE an FD document

Hello Freinds
I had created an Fixed deposit document in FTR_CREATE for a company code with a BP number for a year period for Rs. 1000000/- in INR.
But after saving the document i could not able to find out the details of the transaction in FF7A....
1. I had not settled the created document in FTR_EDIT
2. Do i need to settle or make any rollover the FD for viewing in FF7A ?
3. Or simply I can view the document posted FD in FF7A ?
Can anyone please help me out in finding the exact problem in this ?

i am able to find out the answers for the queries posted in this session.
After posting the FD document and settling it, now i am able to view the cash position in the transaction FF7A, along with the liquidity position of the FD and its flows.

Problem in customizations after Issue Output of a Billing Document (VF02)

Dear Friends,
I am facing some problem while I do repeat output of a Billing Transaction. (VF02->GoTo->Header->Output). There are some customizations done in our system that whenever an Output is processed in our system, an xml file should be created and placed on application server (Which would then be printed in some Legacy system).
The custmizations for this has been done SPRO -> Sales and Distribution -> Billing Documents -> Invoice Lists ->Maintain Output for Invoice Lists -> Output Type.
Now my problem is that XML file creation program works in the Dialog mode and I am able to create the XML file and make an entry of this file in a Z table as per my program logic.
But when the processing is automatically through some files coming from application server, some of the files are missed. I want to figure out under which conditions my program to create XML file fails.
I tried debugging this program by puttinga hard coded break-point as well but the control does not stops there.
Could any one please help me how can we debug the program in such scenario.

There was some issue in the RFC setup of our system because of which when fies were processed in bulk, some of them were missed out. It was like connection issue. Hence I did not put the soln here as I could not get the answer of this problem by doing some thing in ABAP.

Document Series Error after creation of a new Posting Period

While Creation of a new Document Series for user created UDO (after creation of new Posting Period
with Period Indicator) on update its showing a message box
"Application Error occurred, Dump file created in path C\Program Files\SAP\..\Log......"
And soon SAP B1 gets exit.
Can any one help me to come out of this problem.

Baseline date in Accounting document changed after creation of Invoice List

Hi all,
1) User Requirement:-
Creation of Invoice document(using VF01), Transfer u201CGoods Issue Dateu201D to FI accounting as a Baseline date instead of Invoice creation date.
To meet the above requirement I did enhancement name: SDVFX008 user exit: EXIT_SAPLV60B_008.
Its working fine and transfered goods issue date to Accounting(as baseline date) insted of invoice date.
2) Problem:-
After Creation of Invoice List (VF21) system again overwriting baseline date iwith invoice list date.
Does anyone know how to Stop overwriting baseline date in accounting while creation of invoice list.

Problem in Purchase Requisition Creation

Dear Experts:
We are facing a problem while purchase requisition creation. We have created an Internal order No. 600406 and an Asset in Company Code AB01 but while creation of Purchase Requisition level when we are selection that Order and Asset in Purchase Requisition system automatically changing my Order no. 600020 instead of 600406. I've checked OKB9 where Order no. maintained as 600020 against Company code AB01 which I deleted and save but after that Purchase requisition asking for Order Number that means we have to maintain Order number in OKB9. Now can you please advise how can we get my current order number in requisition instead of any default number.

We have created a Contract/Subscription and the corresponding Rev Rec document that got posted is with fiscal/period as 0000/00.
Revenue Recognition: Fiscal/Period updated as 0000/00 for a Rev rec document created after creation of a Contract.
We have not executed VF45 or any revenue recognition process.
What amay be the reasons and how can we proceed further on this ?

Problem of this you did not maintain the provision account in your revenue account determination. Please go to vkoa transaction and maintatin this provisional account any account number.
eg; application: v. condition type: kofk, chart of account: int, sales org: 0001, revenue account: 89999, provisional account 788888 (something)

Workflow is vanishing after creation

Hi,
using MDM 5.5 SP6.
I'm connecting via the rich clients from my desktop pc th the server.
Visio is installed locally.
Visio enhancement / plugin is installed.
I'm just trying to get to know the workflows. So far everything ist fine. Found some nice descriptions and "how-to"s about the topic.
Nevertheless - the problem I came across today puzzles me now for some hours.
How come that some of the workflows (in fact most) disappear after creation?
So what do I do?
- having a validation rule created
- adding a new workflow
- giving name and code and description
- designing the workflow with viso - refering to the validation rule
- rule looks like: start - process - validation - approve - stop
- pressing the save button!
- closing visio
- trying to apply the workflow to some records for testing
- then - the context menu - "add to job" is greyed out - there is no workflow available
- back to the workflow table - "here it is"
- pressing the viso button (the trhee dots)
- visio opens - but empty...
So what do I do wrong?
Is the workflow file supposed to be saved at a special place on my hard drive?
Maybe someone can give a hint...

Hi Martin,
Your Workflow created in MS Visio is not getting saved correctly thats the reason you are not able to run the workflow.
- Try creating a very simple workflow say Start->Process->Stop and then check if you are able to execute the workflow.
- Also make sure you are using the right compatible version of MS Visio ie 2003 with MDM.
- Also refer the below document to check and see taht you have perform the right settings needed.

Delegate Calendar Entries disappear seconds after creation

Environment.
Exchange 2010 on prem. Office 2013. CEO and COO have the same Executive Assistant. This person has Manage Full Access Permissions for both CEO and COO.
She regularly adds calendar events to either persons calendar without issue for the past 5 months since she started. Until today. Now, on either calendar, as soon as she creates a Meeting or Appointment, it disappears after 3-10 seconds.
Ran the repair process on Office. Same issue. Removed the Manage Full from both accounts and added it back. Same issue. Had both CEO and COO manually give her delegate access through Outlook. Same issue.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I was faced with the exact similar problem of my COO sharing her calendar with 2 admin assistants whereby one of them was having issues updating
the calendar as they would vanish within 20-25 seconds after creation whereas the other assistant was successfully able to do so without any problems even though she was also on cached mode.
After banging our heads with zillion’s of tests of profile, online mode, offline mode, new profiles, New Laptop, New Configuration, Active Sync
devices such as Apple, BB, Androids and going through lot of hue and cry on forums, I opened up a call with Microsoft and they pointed me to Exchange 2010 registry entries which eventually did the job. I would only like to summarize my solution which is:

Event ID 9646 was being logged under my application event
viewer indicating the following error
Mapi session “ “ exceeded the maximum of 500 objects of type "objtFolder".
RESOLUTION:
To resolve this issue, you simply need to create the following registry keys on each of your mailbox servers.
Navigate to HKLM > System > CurrentControlSet > Services > MSExchangeIS > ParametersSystem. Create a new key in ParametersSystem
named MaxObjsPerMapiSession. In MaxObjsPerMapiSession, create a DWORD named
objtFolder with a decimal value of 600.
Please note that the DWORD keys should have the same upper and lower case combination therefore copy it from the article above and paste
in your registry.
The Information Store will pick up these changes after a few minutes; you do not need to restart the Information Store service. If you continue
to see this error, only this time specifying that the user has exceeded the new 600 object threshold, increase the value of each DWORD by 100 until the errors stop.
Similarly, you can see Event ID 9646 indicating other objects also being exceeded as per the above Tech Note and similarly registry entries need
to be keyed in resolve the issue.
You will also have to see the user side Sync Issue logs under outlook as they keep indicating various error codes which relate to these problems
and many more. At times we tend to ignore such logs however are very meaningful.
Sharing this to minimize a lot of headaches for fellow colleagues who should not suffer the way we did.

I have recently purchased a Mac computer (updated to Maverick) to go with my Epson Stylus Photo RX500 printer which has given excellent service with my old Windows computer. However, when trying to print pictures or photos via Photoshop Elements 11, the best results I can get are using the Colour Management and Epson Colour controls in the printing options box.
My problem is that after printing the first photo or picture, when I come to print a second, both the Colour Management and Epson Colour Controls are greyed out and showing No Colour Management, The only way I can reset the controls is to shut down the printer and computer and restart.
Could there may be a setting somewhere that I need to adjust please? I have been in touch with Epson and they say that the Epson Colour controls are part of the Photoshop Elements software but a post on the Adobe forum brought no results and I am unable to contact Adobe.

Hello Garry. Thanks for the reply. I guess I should have used a different title from "How do I post a question?" That should come after trying to resolved the colour settings first. However, to answer your question, after experimenting with all the different settings in Photoshop Elements and Epson software, I now start with PSE11 Colour settings then click "no colour management" then after clicking Print, I choose "More Options/Colour Management/Colour Handling/Printer Manages Colour" then I choose "Page Setup/Layout/Colour Matching" which then shows Epson Colour Controls but I also choose "Layout/Colour Management" which then shows "Colour Controls/Mode" I then of course choose an Epson printer profile depending on the paper I am using. I get good results but as I said, the Colour Matching and Colour Controls are then greyed out. Hope that makes sense.

I have tried reseting the network settings and forgetting my wireless connection and re-connecting to it. I even backed up my phone on itunes and restored it, factory reseted it. Nothing seems to work.

In the wake of this java problem I resorted to keep working on my old machine, and today in my spare time I tried to fix this new machine.
So I execute $java on prompt, and then try to check the files it has opened, using lsof -p pid
I see it referring to
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.5.0/Home/bin/java
isn't this usually the JAVA_HOME
However, executing $/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.5.0/Home/bin/java
hangs!!
but
$/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.6.0/Home/bin/java
works!!
$ pwd
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.6/Home/bin
$ ./java -version
java version "1.6.0_07"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_07-b06-153)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 1.6.0_07-b06-57, mixed mode)

I got the following

Commands Headers Resources
There is no /Home in here, which is usually the case for /1.5 or /1.6
Anyways, things seems to work for the moment. Lets see if I get problem with using Java.

Problems with Mail after upgrading to 10.9.1

I am running into problems with Mail after installing 10.9.1. I had NO problems with Mail prior to this update.
Problems I have encountered so far are:
- I don't receive some e-mails on my Gmail account.
- I have sent e-mails that supposedly got "sent" but do not show up in my Sent box both on mail and on web Gmail. My Outbox is empty also.
Has anyone encountered the same problems and found a solution?

Yes Paul I have, but no solution. I cannot send email. My ISP uses a smtp mail server for sending and It will not log in. Have had ISP on phone and checked all settings. Can only put it down to Mavericks.
It worked OK for a week after upgrading then stopped. So now having to use web mail to send email.
Strange thing is I receive mail OK, just cant send.
