Problem in Fieldcatalog

Hi
In the ALV report, the last column is showing the same value as the previous column value in alv report.
I am using Resuse_alv_grid_display.
    perform append_field tables t_fieldcat using:  l_comps-name 'EKORG' 'WYT3' 'EKORG' '' '',
                                                       l_comps-name 'LIFN2' 'LFA1' 'LIFNR' '' text-c11,
                                                       l_comps-name 'NAME1' 'LFA1' 'NAME1' '' text-c12,
                                                       l_comps-name 'LOEVM' 'LFA1' 'LOEVM' '' text-c13,
                                                       l_comps-name 'SPERM' 'LFA1' 'SPERM' '' text-c14.
The last column SPERM showing same value as LOEVM.
I would like to know, how to solve it. While debugging fieldcatalog and output internal table showing correct values.

You mean In the Field Header or in the Data.  If it is in Field Header (column Heading) check the Text Element text-014 has same name.!! Or If You are getting same value in ALV Table Data., Check the Internal Table while Populating in the ALV.,
I mean in loop at itab into wa.
assigning wa to wa_fin.  " heare while assigning you may assign the same field name for both fields
append wa_fin to itab_fin.
clear wa.
endloop.

    I´m really having problems with the column titles that are display in my ALV report and I cannot figure out why. I want to be able to print the text either in Spanish or in English, depending on the company code in the selection criteria screen.   • Problem with coloring cells in dynamic fieldcatalog

    I am trying to color cells based on the values in the cells. Here we are using dynamic fieldcatalog and internal table to build the ALV grid.I am getting problem in adding a field to the fieldcatlog which is of type lvc_t_scol. This Part of the code is used to build fieldcatlog dynamically.

    It is not possible with the METHOD cl_alv_table_create=>create_dynamic_table to include another table inside that newly generated table.
    I have tried to do it with the code and I got the dynamic table created after at the end of the program.

  • Fieldcatalog Problem

    Dear Experts,
    I am pretparing one ALV. It is almost done but i m facing one problem:
    I hv to print a record which is a combination of values of two fields belonging to two different tables.
    i.e.
    field3 = table1-field1 + table2-field2 (This i combines by using concatenate operator).
    now field3 should be of size of field1 + field2 . So i declare it as
    field3(40) type c.
    now how should i mention this field in FIELDCATALOG.
    bcoz this field doesnot belong to any table ..
    Later on i hv created one custom table and mention the field name there.
    but when this tablename along with fieldname is mentioned in fieldcatalog it is displaying the value of the field just prior to it.

    Please provide a Text element instead of referring to any table field in field Catalog and provide the description value in text element for that column.

    i am creating the filed catalog to display the currency field, my requirement is display the currency field and do the sum on it .
    but problem is the currency field is make it as editable because user can edit this one . after edit this find the difference with these currency fields . while saving the data is not displaying correctly example if i enter 1000 it takes as 10.00 so i use filed catlog field inital = 'CURR' . then it is working but sum is not working even i set do_sum = 'X' .

    gs_fcat-INTTYPE = 'CURR" <----- INTTYPE is long one CHAR only, probably you should set GS_FCAT-DATATYPE = 'CURR' and (but I'm not sure) GS_FCAT-INTTYPE = 'P'.
    If you use a currency field, you need to indicate the reference field (GS_FCAT-CFIELDNAME = ??????) where the currency is placed

  • Problem in ALV report

    Hi Friends,
    I have the following 2 problems in ALV report
    1) Logo is not getting displayed in the report.
    2) When i click on the Purchase order number in the report  the interactive report is not working,i am not able to see report of First interactive level.

  • Problem :ALV:Deletion Flags not showing in output

    hi all !
    I have a alv program which displays customer data.there are three deletion flags columns in the output.
    First deletion flag will be: KNA1-LOEVM
    Second deletion flag will be: KNB1-LOEVM
    Third deletion flag will be: KNVV-LOEVM

  • Problem displaying drill down STANDARD ALV for a particular record after pressing back button

    I have a simple interactive ALV grid report. NOT 'OO'. It display correctly on initial execution. AT the moment, 6 records. I want it to work such that if i click record '1', a drill-down version of that ALV with only that one record clicked is displayed. This currently occurs correctly. The problem arises when i click the back button and want to click on a new record, say in the 2nd row..this new 2nd row record is not displayed. The first one is displayed again. I tried clearing and fiddling around but then the last record is displayed. I have used the 'ID' field as a 'hotspot' getting picked up by sy-tabindex. Maybe it could be that i shouldn't loop and use  a work area e.g in my select statement. i'm not so sure i've looked around, and tried a few things. I can't get it right yet. My code is below:

                     I wonder why the second select Query is needed at all instead you can use
    ---> Not Needed
    FORM DATA_RETRIEVAL1.

    ENDFORM.
    ----> Instead you can do
       READ TABLE it_zcontact INTO wa_zcontact INDEX p_seltab-tabindex.
      Append wa_zcontact to Second_table.
    And you can use the Second_table to display the second ALV. The second Select Query will affect the performance too.

  • ALV Filter : Not working for a text field - Strange problem

    Dear All,
    I have a Z-program where the ALV filter is not working on a particular text field.
    The output on that text field is as below :
    ABCD
    JKLM
    YYZZ
    ABCD

    YYZZ
    YYZZ
    When we try to filter on YYZZ, it gives blank list. But for other options given abobe it works fine.
    I know it is because of the negative sign , but how can we over come this problem ?

    Hi Sandip,
    Use 'LOWERCASE' in the fieldcatalog.
    For the particular text field when you are appending the Fieldcatalog structure to the Fieldcatalog Table
    ( Suppose LS_FIELDCAT)
    Then check the LOWERCASE field.
    (LS_FIELDCAT-LOWERCASE = 'X' )
    This will serve the purpose.

  • Problem with asset sub no (ANLN2)  urgent

    hi all experts,

    in the asset aquisition report i am getting right output but only one problem is there when asset sub no is changed then i am not getting only aqusition value & Depreciation.

  • AS_API_READ problem in archiving

    Dear experts,
    Recently i worked on one of archiving retrieval scenario where standard infoobject is SAP_FI_DOC_002.
    I fetched data from BSEG,BKPF,WITH_ITEM using archiving FMs ARCHIVE_READ_OBJECT,ARCHIVE_GET_NEXT_RECORD.
    Everything is going fine from retrieval point of view.Problem is performance.
    Reason why its happening is as below:

    In this FM ,if i provide selection field say 'BUKRS' 'GJAHR' 'BUDAT' 'BSTAT' .
    Since only BUKRS GJAHR BUDAT lies in fieldcatalog of infostructure and BSTAT is an optional field,
    so i get all possible combination of BSAT though i may be requiring less records.
    It also adds to performance issue as i am not able provide correct index criteria.
    This is a simple example.In my overall report i am facing this issue at many places where whole
    data is getting retrieved.
    How can i solve this problem. ?
    I do not want to convert SAP_FI_DOC_002 to Z_SAP_FI_DOC_002 and do activation or deactivation because
    i feel using a custom infostructure with standard reports atlast may invite other issues.

    File adapter has the functionality which support the empty file handling.
    Handling of Empty Files
    Specify how empty files (length 0 bytes) are to be handled.
    ○ Do Not Create Message
    No XI messages are created from empty files.
    The files are processed according to the selected Processing Mode.
    For example, if the processing mode is Delete, empty files are deleted in the source directory.
    ○ Process Empty Files
    XI messages are created with an empty main payload.
    The files are processed according to the selected Processing Mode.
    ○ Skip Empty Files
    No XI messages are created from empty files.
    Empty files are skipped and remain in the source directory.

  • Changing FieldCatalog at runtime in an ALv

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement like : On selection-screen I have 2 input parameters and 2 pushbuttons namely. After input, if press one of these pushbuttons a pop up will come which is having 2 radio buttons. Based on the selection of the radiobutton, I need to make some of the fields editable in a fieldcatalog. But what my problem is .... whatever I select[Radio Button] the first time only that fieldcatalog is getting displayed. Hope I am clear in explaining my problem.
