Problem in FS00 in displaying GL Account

Hi All,
I tried to view a GL account through the transaction FS00 and used the F4 help to get the values but　the value which i choose from the F4 help does not get displayed and a error message saying 'GL account does not exists in the company code' when i checked the table SKA1 the account no is present.What is the reason for this problem?

hi ajay,
first check that GL account is there or not in FS00. (not table).
If it is not there, create it.
that GL account may be there in chart of account level, but may not be created at company code level.
Please check it.

Hi,
Try with FS03.
If the authorization for this is blocked, it means the format what you are expecting cannot be seen.
In the other S_ALR*** reports, the format would change.

Very strange issue when displaying the Account PDF Factsheet.

We have a very odd situation.
We have one users (user1) who has the same business role as everyone else in the office. They can enter the UI (CRM 7), display an account and then click on the PDF Factsheet option. It seems to process and then simple says 'Done', but there's no PDF document displayed. At first I thought it was an Adobe issue, but, if someone in the office (user2) logs into SAP on user1's PC (in the same Windows session), they can perform the same process in the UI and the PDF is displayed, so it can't be a PC related issue, and must somehow be related to user1's SAP profile or role in some way.
Comparing User1 and User2's roles displays no differences, and their SU01 entries are also the same.
Can anyone come up any recommendations as to what it could be?.
I've more or less exhausted all my options.

I think we have discoverd what is causing the problem.
In CRM 7, when you view an Account (BP) the first assignment block to be show is the account details block. If you have this block collapsed (not expanded) or not on the screen at all then PDF fact sheet does not work. If I then expand the Account details block and review the PDF Fact Sheet, it then displays perfectly.
I guess there must be some dependancy of the PDF Fact sheet on the Account details block. I placed a breakpoint (normal and external) in the method of the class CL_UIU_PRN_ACCOUNT, but this code never gets called when the Account details block is collapsed. I'll have to find out what code is executed before this class/method is called.

Problem with hotmail calendar display

Problems with hotmail calendar display.

I am almost a total computer novice and am having what I think is the same problem Just got my first Apple computer (Macbook Pro). MSN Hotmail is my email account. All the events on my 'hotmail' account are now unreadble because they are squished to the left side of the screen and I don't find any instructions as to how to fix this in the system. This problem didn't exist when I first started using my MAC two days ago, but now I'm stuck. Everything else in my 'hotmail' seems to work fine. Don't know what Chrome or Firefox is or if there is a cost for them. Also, have never downloaded a program if any kind.
My calendar is critically important to me and I don't have a clue as to what to do now. Hope you can help.

instead of userName when Deleting a Folder :
A Folder with files & subfolders are deleted.The following sequence events 4656,4663,4660,4658 are logged for parent folder,subfolders
and files in the security event log.For parent folder and subfolders events, the Account Name field of event id 4656 displays the user who deleted the folder,but the Account Name field of event id 4663,4660 diplays the SYSTEM account ie)FileServer Name instead
of username.This is not occuring for files inside the subfolders
Actually we correlate 4663,4660 with handle id and process id to make sure the file/ folder is deleted.Using this above correlation we
can not able to find out user ,because it shows servername$ for folder deletions not files.So my question is why windows logging servername$ in 4663,4660 events only for folder deletions.
The above issue happening only for
* parent folder and sub folders and not for files inside them.
* deletion through network share and not locally.

When you configure the Auditing Entry for the user account on the shared folder, if the setting is Files only, it might be the cause of your problem . If so, you can try to configure "Apply onto" as The folder, subfolders and files.

Problem with repaint of display after a click event

Hi,
I have a problem with repaint of display. In particular in method keyPressed() i inserted a statement that, after i clicked bottom 2 of phone, must draw a string. But this string doesn't drawing.
Instead if i reduce to icon the window, which emulate my application, and then i enlarge it, i see display repainted with the string.
I don't know why.
Any suggestions?
Please help me.

Hotmail advised me to delete all contacts and change the password for that account, which I did on my laptop running windows XP. The change was successful and I was able to send and receive emails with no problem. I then had to change the account password on my iPhone 4s, which I did and it too was successful but when I came to change the password on my iMac, running the latest version of Lion it would not recognise the new password. I have tried to remove the account details and re-install but every time I go to add new account my old details are in the box. This is very frustrating as I use my iMac for all my profects and I need to access my email. Please help.

I had already deleted all reference to the hotmail account in question from the keychain access app, I have also tried to delete and re-instal the account details from within mail. The icon in the side bar dissapears but when I go to Add Account, the old account details are in the new account box. I then input my new password but am told that the server does not recognise it. If I access hotmail via google on the iMac I can get into my account with no problems. I am thinking there must be some other form of security system within the mac software that is blocking the new password. This is driving me nuts. I have been trying to resolve this for the last two days. Thank you for your advise anyway.

Problem with two thunderbolt display's daisychained

i'm having problems with my mac setup. i've got two thunderbolt displays, hooked to a 15" mbp retina laptop.
i've got my iphone hooked to one of the usb ports of the display then i've got a keyboard, a superdrive and a charger for my magic mouse hooked to the displays as well as a firewire hd. two usb 3 hard drives are hooked directly to the mbp.
i also changed the audio midi setup to let the audio pla through both of the displays to get a better sound. the mbp is closed so only those two displays get a video signal.
i have issues when data is transfered along the lines. f.eg my keyboard doesn't work from time to time, my iphone wont be recognized when connected to the dock. not really sure what the problems is a the transfercapacity shouldn't be to it's limit.
could it be a energy problem? that the displays don't get enough power, my power strip has a voltag controller in it, might that be a problem?

I think Apple should extend the warranty if they have a known manufacturing issue. I won't be investing another $1000 on a display from Apple ever again. I can't afford it. I can by an LG, Viewsonic, Dell, or "fill in the blank" for a fraction of the cost.
I expect a $1000 display to last me more than 20 months.

Display Alternative Account in Additional Data screen of FB03

Dear SAP experts,
Transaction code FB03's screen does have an alternative account column. But I want to display
Alternative account when I click on each account (in line item of FB03 screen) or display
alternative account in Additional Data screen of FB03. I don't know how to do it.

Hi,
To display the "Alternative Account Number" field in report of the new General Ledger, please proceed as follows:
1) Implement Note 895609 and 939649.
2) To display "Alternative Account Number" in the line layout variant, proceed as follows:
- Call transaction O7R3 and add BSEG-LOKKT as special field.
- Then change the line layout variant. The system now displays the "Alternative Account Number" field.
3) In the line item display in the classic General Ledger (transaction FBL3N), you could enhance the custom selections in transaction SE36 as described in Note 310886. However, in the new General Ledger, the custom selection in transaction FAGLL03 has different sub-areas. Each of these areas corresponds to a structure:
G/L account master record SKA1_FS
G/L account company code SKB1_FS
G/L account line item BSIS_FS
Since the "Alternative Account Number" is not included in the structure SKB1_FS in the standard delivery, please implement the enhancement as described in Note 945932. To include more fields in the custom selections of transaction FAGLL03, you can enhance the structures using an APPEND.

Display Intercompany Account Payable Posting document

Hi Friends,
We have a query related to Intercompany account payable posting document. In Intercompany process, we are posting the intercompany account posting in receiving company by using standard SAP EDI functionality. It mean once the AR is realized, we post the AP using Outbound & Inbound IDOC. Now when we like to display the account payable document, there are two ways -
1. Go to Account Receivable document, Environment->Document Environment->Relationship Browser-> IDOC->AP Document
2. Change view of billing document, Services for Objests->Display Relationshis->IDOC Number->AP document
Here we have a requirement to display the AP document directly without going to all the above ways, could you please whether any transaction/approach to display the AP document from AR document.

Please take the Invoice Number put "0" in Prefix go to FB03>Document List> remove all the values given in the screen if there is any, enter the Invoice Number with ZERO Prefix in reference Number Field.
This will give you two documents one will by IC-AR and Other will be IC-AP.

On the output screen I am able to see only the

But I need to <b>Display the Account Numbers and its Description</b>.
Note: Is there something to change into the Report Layout.
I have tried this also but no effect.

When you are going in your report to setting report layout you can change the setting. When you click on save in the report this settings are saved.
It is possible that a user had changed this. When you go to report writer you can see have made the change

Problem in Date format display at table leve in 3.1i System

Hi Team,
I am facing an issue in 3.1i Prod System.
When i go and check at SE16 transaction and table name is TCURR. Execute the same i am getting date displayed in an unknown format.
For Eg:
Valid From Date
79908769
When i double click the same record, it displays the correct date format:
12/30/2009
when i download the table contents into excel sheet it should display the correct date format: instead of 79908769 to 12/30/2009.
But my problem is either to display the proper format of date at the table level.
Is there anyway to download the contents in correct dated format without disturbing the data elements or domain at table level.
Please let me know how to solve this problem.

You need to write abap program to download into the required format.
once you get the date field in your work area...
say you have date field in wa_data-budat , after that use the above syntax you will get the required format.
DATA :
v_date type sy-datum.
write wa_data-budat to v_date MM/DD/YYYY.

Problem with lenovo T530 display

I have recently bought lenovo T530, it had win7 pre-installed. and win8 upgrade disks available. I have immediatly upgraded to windows 8 then win8.1.
the problem is that the display is showing yello color instead of white, the yello keep flickering and although I have upgraded the drivers I still see the white colors as having spots of yello.
please help.

Okay here it goes...
1. First you need to save the T/W icc profile from this link: My custom profile
2. Right Click your Desktop and select "Screen Resolution"
3. Click "Advanced Settings"
4. Select "Color Management" Tab
5. Click "Color Management" button
This is where it can get a little confusing but I will try to make it clear.
6. Now that you are at the "Color Management" window, go to the "Advanced" Tab
7. Click the "Change system defaults..." button
Another "Color Management" window will open that looks just like the window you were in before, the only difference is that this one is called "Color Management - System Defaults"
8. Now go to the "Advanced" Tab in this new Window.
9. Next to the "Calibrate display" button there is a little square tick box which says "Use Windows display calibration", normally this does not have a tick in the box. Please tick this box and then press "Close"
You will now be back at the "Color Management" window, not the "Color Management - System Defaults" window.
10. In the "Color Management" window go to the "Devices" Tab
11. Place a tick next to the "Use my settings for this device" box.
12. Below go and press the "Add" button.
13. Browse to where you saved the .icc or .icm profile you want to apply and select it.
14. Now select your profile and press the "Set as Default Profile" button
If all has been done correctly you should notice a big difference on how colors are displayed. It should be for the better. If you want to toggle between having your profile ON and OFF, just tick or untick the "Use my settings for this device" box.
If you've been used to using your display with poorly calibrated colors, the new profile may come as a bit of a shock to your eyes but the colors should now be much closer to being correct than the default factory profile which is not even calibrated for the display. For example, if you are using the Windows 7 theme, you will immediately notice that the greys around boxes are grey now, not a light bluish grey.

I am having the same problem also Thought it was my network and reset everything including Apple TV but still the problem is there . I assume now it is down to iOS 8 prior to that was perfect
