Hi Experts,
i am using Batch input program RFBIDE00 to upload customer data.
It is working fine in Foreground. when i am executing it in background.
It is giving Error ' No batch input data for screen SAPMF02D 0111' .
even though message type is S. pls give me some idea . it's urgent.

Check first in which screen and which field is showing missing. delete that entry from the recording.

I used the Object: 0010 GL A/C Master Record, and the Method: 0001 Hier. structure.
I can create massives Accounts but I can't create Same Accounts with differents Company Codes.
Please, somebody can explain me, how create Same Accounts with differents Company Code in masive form with LSMW?

                 I have uploaded infotyep 0002 using LSMW wiath a project id , now i have to upload another
infotype 0006 ,as per the documentation i have found that i can use only one project for all my infotypes.
so i created one project zproject , zsubproject,zobject.
in the step 1) Maintain object Attributes>Bath input Recording> Recording Name It0002>Recording IT0002
          setpe 2) MaintainSourceStructures >Source Structure >z0002
          step3) Maintain source feilds > i have given structre exactly what is there in my flat file

Hi,
As you specified in in your details you need only on Project that means we can create multiple Sunprojects and Objects under same Project.
If you want only one Project, Subproject, Object for Infotypes 0002, 0006 then you need to do
1. Create Separe two recording for Infotypes ZHR_0002, ZHR_0006 and specify both in first step (Maintainn objrct attribute), here we can assign multiple recording.
2. Create one souce structure for all required fields of 0002, 0006
3. Assign Source structure to different target structure
4. In Maintain field mapping and conversion rules do mapping for all fields
But here you need to implement some login
In Source structure create one more field to store Infotype number.
then when mapped for PERNR,
if zsource-infty = '0002'.
ztarget-pernr = zsource-pernr.
else. "If fails means it will skip whole record and goes to second recordin
skip_record.
endif.
In second recording you need to check
if zsource-infty = '0006'.
ztarget-pernr = zsource-pernr.
else.
skip_record.
endif.
But you must specify in flat file the Infotype number 0002 02 0006, based on this number mapping will refer to corresponding recording.
Instead of this Create one Project, Subproject and Multiple Objects for different Infotypes. This is good to avoid complexity.

Problem in lsmw. step: display field mapping and conversion rule

hi,
The IDOC structure to be mapped is missing in step 5[lsmw using IDOC]. Hence target structures are missing in auto gnerated conversion program.
As a result the the step Convert Data step is failing.[Converted data cant be generated]
I am using standard BAPI charcteristics as my Basic Type.
Anyone having idea why the target structure is missing??..

The problem is solved....The field mapping was missing coz i didnt assign the target structure properly....

Problem with LSMW infotype 1950 recording

Hi !
When I use The LSMW recording facility to play in a PO10 Properties (HR infotype 1950) I get error in the process step when the pgm action to the =UPD command is to clear all the screens fields (pgm MP195000 screen 2000).
I see that when LSMW process step is running sets sy-datar to "X" when MP195000 screen 2000 is executing and then a clear step executes
....but it do not be the same with manually infotyp input by the same screens.
Can some one help me with this problem?

Can I import it from the QA Client....there are lot of recording in this project , in which I just want to export/import only one project , how can I do that .

Problem in lsmw idoc method

iam uploading material master data(MATMAS) using Idoc method, iam getting the
I doc status as 51(i.e document is not posted) when i checked the error it is giving the error as material number is not entered ........
can any one help on this.

Check the converted data in LSMW. if material no. is not getting populated.. go to conversion program (LSMW--> go to-user menu -- display conversion program) and set a break point while populating IDoc data and check what's going wrong. and rectify the problem...

I am using LSMW-IDOC to create the condition record for transcation code(XK15) when i am executing i am generating successfully idoc i can see the updated vales in TK15 tcode, the data base is getting updated the problem is the scale id is increaminting automatically i should increament the scaleid i am passing the scale id that scale id should be displayed in Tk15 but the scale id is increamenting.......

I have a question in chang pointer.
When I change the values in the table( Segment data ) for IDOCs, an IDOC should be generated
Other words, When I change any application, an IDOC should be generate.
What should I do, I think Change pointer is required for this to geneate idoc for change of application/data.
In BD50 I see the change pointer is active for my custom message type.
May be I'm misunderstanding about change pointer.

Problem during lsmw - bdc

HI,
There is reqirment from client to change the aternate bom text in mass.
Now problem is using lsmw or bdc value is not getting change during recording. this problem is specific to this field stext (alternate bom text) only.
BOM's were created using maste recipe, so i had tried to change the bom using master recipe, here data is change succefully using lsmw but problem is inactive bom's, because inactive bom's can not be change using c202.
Any input regarding above issue

I just did a quick recording to see if I could change the Alt.Text in BOM header & I was able to.
Below is the values of recording (only partial i.e. from the time I was in header screen & when I clicked Alt. Text). Please ensure you click on Alternative Long Text during your recording & then enter at least 2 lines of text as that is one of the pre-requisite. You can ask your abaper to compare the below with your recording to see if is the same & incorporate the below in your BDC program. It should work fine.

Problem In LSMW during creating position

hi all,
my scenrio is i am creating a unit of type O and after this i have to create position for it.
i create a single recording for this. first i create a unit then position will create. but during creating position it will take a object ID of unit. but position has internal range it will assigned internaly but in my case it is taking object id of unit that is been created.
how to get object ID of position???

there is one problem, when i m running my lsmw in my system it is running fine. but when i run my lsmw in other system , in my recording , it automatically assigning object id to the field object id which is blank.
i dont know y this is so?

Problem in lsmw for purchase order (direct input)

hi friends,
i am trying to upload po using lsmw by direct input method.
only problem is it is not taking delivery date properly.
at the end error message is 'plz enter valid delivery date'.
can any one tell me why it is happning.

Check the format of your date and check the format expected.
sometimes you can have diff like YYYYMMDD, MM.DD.YYYY,...
Look at the converted data.

Problem in LSMW backgound Execution

HI,
my LSMW is working properly in foreground.But it's giving error in back ground.I tested several times.Actually i added two screen fields in the existed recording.In the foreground it's giving info like field RPIPM-SZAEH doesn't exist in the screen SAPLIWP3 201.This is the screen field i added after recording.But i added in the screen SAPLIWP3 201.and one more information it's giving is Cursor field RMIPM-zeit doesn't exist in the screen.actually i did recording with this field , later i deleted this field.What i have to do to solve this problem.In error screen mode also it's showing this two informations, but the record is going to upload successfully.only it's giving error in back ground mode.

Have a look into field list of LSMW. There you will find a line BDC_CURSOR RMIPM-zeit. Delete this line or replace the field with an existing one. During recording, your cursor was placed in a now deleted field - so you have to adjust also this place.
In foreground you stop at an error, but cursor is automatically replaced to an other field - so you can save your entry without further changes. In background obviously first error (not existing field) stops execution.
Second error I can't analyze: you mentioned both times SAPLIWP3 201. Maybe you have to use a different subscreen. You can also create a second recording with just this field -> then you can see and copy correct field names and place in your first (big) recording.

Scheduling problem in LSMW for Sales Order

I am doing LSMW for Sales Order using the BAPI method.
I am able to upload the item details along with their quantities also but the problem that I am now facing is the scheduling problem.I am unable to schedule the item quantities, only the last quantity passed is taken as the final quantity and the consolidated quantity is also getting ignored.
I am using E1BPSCHDL structure, in this structure I am mapping Itm_number , req_date and req_qty(scheduled qty).....
in the structure E1BPSCHDLX, the same fields are mapped as 'X'.
in the structure E1BPSDITM, I am mapping the item info along with the consolidated qty(TARGET_QTY), but this is getting ignored and the last scheduled qty is taken as the final consolidated qty and the rest scheduled qty data is getting rejected.
Please do help... I dont know why this problem is coming... tried n number of alternatives but of no hope... do try to help me

Problem with LSMW Mapping

I am new to SAP. I am facing problem in mapping the Customer master Tax Fields in LSMW. I am uploading customer master records from flat file using LSMW and in KNVI table, I am not able to populate the two tax classification values.I've tried it for one country and was successful. But I am not able to populate for two countries at a time.Any suggestions on this problem?

Just went thru the program documentation and found this.
For taxes, only "valid" records may be transferred, that is, BKNVI-ALAND must be the country of the sales organization or one of the plants belonging to it, and BKNVI-TATYP must be allocated to this country via table TSTL. These two fields must be transferred. Furthermore, note that the tax classification BKNVI-TAXKD for the tax type is permitted (table TSKD).
When transferring tax data using batch input, you should also note that the data is always transferred to the step loop screen 1350 of module pool SAPMF02D. This is also the case if there is only one relevant tax rate (country/tax type/tax classification). In this case, screen 1350 would not apply online and the tax classification would be maintained on screen 0320 (billing document).
In batch input, however, tax data must never be transferred to screen 0320, otherwise a termination occurs.
Screen 1350 follows screen 0320 in the process flow. The complete datasets (KNVI-ALAND, KNVI-TATYP and KNVI-TAXKD) are to be transferred in each case. You should consider the tax determination, and in particular the contents of table KNVI before structuring the batch input process online.

Problems with LSMW and TAXKD

Hello all, first of all I want to state that I'm a total newbie to LSMW
I'm trying to update our customer master with tax classifications.
I have 19 rows to be updated with data and the problem is that the window where
the data should be entered shows only 15 rows so I get the following message: Field KNVI-TAXKD(15) does not exist in the screen SAPMF02D 1350 (the same message for KNVI-TAXKD(16),KNVI-TAXKD(17),KNVI-TAXKD(18),KNVI-TAXKD(19).
It took me alot of time to realize that the rows that gets updated is the first 15 that is visable in the window. Does anyone know how to get around this?

hi,
i have used debmas to extend customer . you can also use this option to create customer. in case your customer is already created and you want to extend it for sales and company code view. use msgfn(message function) as 005 . in case you are creating a customer and all mandatory field values are provided in extract file then you can set value of msgfn as initial(dont map) and then use idoc to populate the data.
this should solve your problem...

Problem on LSMW processing...

I'm doing this mass upload of production Version in MM02 using LSMW. However during batch input processing, the program ignores the "check" function, thus does not display the consistency status (check stat) of the selected parameters. How can i resolve the problem?

Your problem may be with "Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules". Here fields are mapped; (Fifth step)
Ensure that each field is assign with Source Field / Constant Value

I'm trying to load open invoices into SAP from a legacy system using LSMW. I defined all the structures and finished all the step but didn't load any data. I looked at the converted data and everything looks Ok.
