Problem in Maintenance workbench

Hi all,
I created a Set Name and made a schedule and it was been forecasted into work orders. Then in that same Set Name, i made another Schedule and while forecasting(implementing into work orders), the error occurs as
" previous Sequence Work Orders have not been either selected or implemented. Please Check your Selection."
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Thanks
Dinesh

Hi,
If you already have 12.0.6 installed, then you should have this patchset included.
Patchset 7292303 - Oracle Supply Chain Management Update Pack 6 for 12.0 (R12.SCM_PF.A.DELTA.6) is included in (Patch 6728000 ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.0.6 RELEASE UPDATE PACK (RUP6)). So, no additional patches are required.

Hussein

    Sir,
I will explain wot i had done in steps
    1. Created a Set Name by name Electrical Monthly Set
    2. Made a new Schedule
    3. In maintenance user workbench, forecasted it and implemented it.
    4. the work orders have been generated as lik they do
    5. Then again for another asset number i defined an new monthly schedule in the same Set name
    6. In maintenance workbench i forecasted it and while implementing all the selected works, i receive the error "The entitiy with header id(3) generated the following error(s) "
    7. I closed the form and re-run the forecast work, it ran successfully and half of the work orders shows the action as "No Action" and remaining as "Create".
    8. It shows dat the Action implies "No Action" shows the Work Orders r already generated.
    9. But the fact is i have never generated since it generated the above said error.
Hope you understand sir.. Can you get me??
    Thanks
    Dinesh

  • Help me to tackle Errors in Maintenance Workbench

    Hi all,
We r in a middle of an implementation project. In eAM Maintenance Workbench, while updating a scheduled work. Errors occur.
1.FRM-40735:ON UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062
2.ORA-04062: Signature of package "APPS:EAM_WORKORDER_PKG" has been changed
Although, the invalid packages have been cleared. errors occur. Two days back we had applied three patches especially for errors in maintenance workbench. pls help me

    Dinesh,
i cannot able to implement it and the error message again shows "Preventive Maintenance Work Orders have not been either selected or implemented. Please check your selection"You are not supposed to receive this error if you have applied the patch in the following document successfully. If you still receive the same error, I believe you need to log a SR.

  • Problems using the workbench to migrate mysql to Oracle

    Hi.
I have ran into couple of problems using Oracle workbench
    migration tool.
I was wondering if anyone out there has any insight.
    1. If a date field in a mysql table has a default (let's say
9999-12-31) the script for oracle table will also have
9999-12-31 as a default field. This doesn't seem to work in
Oracle because Oracle expects to see something like to_date
    ('9999-12-31','yyyy-mm-dd'). I couldn't find a way to modify
    that in the Workbench.
    2. If a numeric field is defined in the mysql database as
smallint, the workbench creates a corresponding Oracle field
as num(250), while oracle would expect the presicion no more
than 38. Again, I couldn't find a way to fix it in the
    workbench.
    3. If I'm attempting to modify a oracle field's parameters in
the workbench,it won't let me to move to another table
without asking "do you want to save the changes" and won't
move on unless I click on "No".
I would appreciate any comments on these issues
    tia

Check your trash can on the desktop. The old version is automatically moved to the trashcan. You should be able to move it from the trashcan back to the Apps folder within the iTunes folder. The update that was pushed out was for iBooks to work with iOS 7 not iPhone 5. iOS 7 was released today.

I increased logging in the NWA (Configuration -> Log Configuration) - and increased the some things here to log ALL. So that from the NWA (Monitoring -> Logs and Traces) I see a little more information (but does not follow that with which the user is a problem).<br>
    <br>
Here are some interesting logs ...<br>
I was most rash or irritation of those that say about the lack of credentials u2013 I must use Viusal Administrator and set good service ...<br>
    <br>
    What do I have done:<br>
In the Visual Administrator -> Cluster -> Server -> Services -> SLD Data Supplier<br>
I have set in the HTTP Settings tab the host and port SLD, the user name and password is also entered as it is in the SLD. To be sure, already have set for the user entered here such roles as:<br>
    SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR<br>
    SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR<br>
    SAP_SLD_DEVELOPER<br>
    SAP_SLD_GUEST<br>
    SAP_SLD_ORGANIZER<br>
Maybe we are talking in this place about a different user?<br>
    <br>
Similarly, when it comes to tab CIM Client Generation Settings - here's all the same thing done. CIMClient test shows that everything is OK.<br>
When I click the button: This trigger the transfer of data to the SLD gets the message that everything was shipped correctly. Indeed, I received an instance of JAVA in SLD<br>
Also clicked on this icon: Assign application roles to user group - got information that everything is attached properly.<br>
    <br>
By ABAP side, the connections: INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI, SAPSLDAPI, LCRSAPRFC, AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER and AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER work correctly, ie I can perform the test - which means that programs ID are properly positioned in JCO Provider in VA.<br>
    <br>
    Puzzling is this message:<br>
    The SLD data is inconsistent.<br>
    <br>
Strange also that the message (from the ABAP everything is available in SMGW no errors):<br>
    Connect to SAP gateway failed<br>
    <br>
    And what is this error:<br>
    <br>
    could not sync ExchangeProfile: <br>

    Hi all,
I am having problems migrating my Toplink Workbench project from 9.0.4.5 to 10.1.3.1.0! I used the Toplink Workbench to open and convert the existing project. The conversion succeeded, but when I tried to export the mappings I got this:

  • Problem with Maintenance Optimizer...

    Hello gurus,
    I had a problem which I didn´t reached a solution...
When I create a new maintenance optimizer transaction and choose, on first step "Plan Maintenance", a type of Product Version I don´t have all systems which I configure on this Product Version on SMSY (System Landscape Directory).
For instance: I configure in SMSY the Product version (group) SAP ECC 6.0 which contains three systems DEV ; QAS ; PRD.
When I open/create a new maintenance optimizer transaction and choose the SAP ECC 6.0 I only see one system, the DEV system, within his, and I want to see all three systems which I configure in SMSY!
    Help me please...! TKS
    Best regards,
    Joao Dimas

    Hi Vijay,
When I press in that URL - http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000679533& - does not appear anything about maintenance optimizer guide... it show me a notify "This folder needs to be reviewed" and I can´t see anything like you describe... I´m newest in SAP and still I have difficulties on search sometimes some things...
The link above, have you sure that's correct?
What´s the exactly name of document that you refer??
    Thanks in advance,
    Best regards,
    Joao Dimas

  • A serious problem in Migration workbench - BUG!

When migrating a MS SQL Server 2000 database to Oracle
using Migration WOrkbench 2.0.2 I've run to a serious problem.
Capturing the source database went OK, then creating the
Oracle model started and it finished after some time, but -
after looking at the Oracle model pane I could see no
    objects mapped!
SInce it looked almost impossible to get any technical
support I started to hack thru the Workbench repository
myself and found out that the objects were actually mapped,
but the user which owned them was not mapped to some reason.
    Namely, when issuing the query
    SELECT obj_owner, count(*) FROM om_obj_info GROUP BY obj_owner;
I saw most of the objects owned by the user named
'<DOMAIN>_Administrator' (that what was captured from MS SQL)
while the user mapped in the Oracle model was named simply
"Administrator". After updating manually the obj_owner
field for all those records with 'Administrator' I could
see the migrated objects on the Oracle Model pane.
However that way of doing the job seems rather owful for
me since I will be to perform migration many times for
individual objects - I want them to appear immediately, not
    after hacking thru repository!
Who may help to find a GOOD workaround?
I may provide the export file of the Migration Workbench
    repository if needed.

    Vitaly,
can you use the sp_changedbowner with the parameter "sa" if the database you are migrating is not already
owned by "sa". If this does not help you, please send the error.log file which can be found in the
%ORACLE_HOME%\Omwb\logs directory as well as a zipped version of the repository, if possible,
to [email protected] and we will be happy to investigate the problem further.
    Regards,
    Tom - Team OMWB.

  • Problem with Collaborator Workbench

Hi everyone, i have a problem with Demantra's Collaborator Workbench, after I'm creating a new data model. When I try to log in to collaborator to see my new levels that I've created, i am welcomed with the login error " Invalid user name or password".
I've created a new user with full permission level, but it was in vain.
    What should I do?
    Thanks

tnx. I have read those notes on metalink but it doesn't help me verry much. Now I can't even finish compile the new data model that I created, because of this error :
    *" Error-ORA-20001:Error in Procedure Build_Model ORA-20001:Procedure ADD_Column ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows ORA-06512: at DEMANT-Problem with procedure EP_BUILD_MODEL!! "*
    Cheers.

  • Problem In Maintenance View

    Hi,
I am facing  a problem as this is the first time I am handling the requirement.
My requirement is to create a table maintenance generator for the standard table
so I have created a Z-view and then created table maintenance generator and attached the z-tcode but when I am try to save the entries for each single record it is asking me the transport request.
why is it so ...any guidance plz ...
awaiting for all your replies....really apprecitated with lot's of points..
    Regards,
    Ravi V Ganji

    Hi,
What table are you creating a view for? The fact that it's asking for a change request is because of the table delivery class.
To work around this, you'll have to use a custom recording routine - take a look at Environment -> Modification -> Events in the maintenance dialog maintenance.
You need to handle the following events:
10 After creating the header entries for the change task (E071)
11 After changing a key entry for the change task (E071K)
12 After changing the key entries for the change task (E071K)
I've never done this, but doing the above <i>should</i> work. Er, I think

  • Problem with Maintenance Manager

    Hello,
I have a Lenovo T61 6457-E3G wth Windows XP. The Windows is updated on the last available version, and so the lenovo sofware too.
    Weeks ago, the problem started:
When I shut down the computer the Lenovo task: "AWAYSCH" can't be closed by windows. (So I have to do that on my one by every shut down)
Also the Maintenance Manager can't be started (I pushed the Maintenance-Manager button, but the programm will not start, without a problem description).
    Can some help me?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Refer to this URL: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-70681
Seems "AwaySch.exe" does not support most T61s with Intel GM965 video chipsets. This could explain why the application will not launch.

  • Patch confirm problem in maintenance optimizer.

    Dear Experts,
i had configured solution manager maintenance optimizer.
previously while starting i had a problem with
    and it was solved.
After, going in to Solution_manager in the selected solution,
i had selected the server and component, for which i need to download the
support package files and upgrade my application components.
and after selecting the required files,i'm able to see the selected files in download
basket manager. But, i'm not able to see the files in popup coming to confirm the
    components.
i have no idea on what went wrong.
i got stuck up here, since after confirming the selected packages,it will go to
    Perform imlementation and to END.
anyway i had saved the status.
i request you to give your inputs for solving the problem.
one warning i'm getting while starting "solution_manager"
    is as follows:-
Profile parameter icm/host_name_full is not set correctly (see long text)
    thanking you in advance.
    by
    raghav

    Hi,
I think you need to set the profile parameter "icm/host_name_full" in rz10 T-Code
in instance profile it should in the following manner <b>"host name of your server.your company name.com"</b>
    e.g.:mycomputer.mycompany.com

  • Smart Playlist-problem after  maintenance

I ran a maintenance utility on my PB , after that; one of my smart playlists on my itunes would not open causing itunes to shut down.
I deleted the Splaylist and created a new one.
While creating the rule :[ MY RATING IS GREATER THAN] [* ] the star field would not accept 3 stars. Would click Only 1,2,4,or 5 stars . !!!! Isnt that strange.?
    How do I fix it.?

This problem is discussed a couple of times and there's also an article with a workaround (problem will probably be fixed in a future update).
iTunes 6.0.2: Wrong number of rating stars when configuring Smart Playlist rule
