Problem in rem

Dear pp guru!
I have faced one problem.how to activate reporting point backflush in rem profile.for a particular operation for example
EX: I have 10 operations.I want activate reporting point  backflush for 5th operation.plz explain
Thanks
mnk

Hi Mnk Vekat.
To activate Reporting point,  u have set optional or mandtoty reporting point at Rem profile  and same should be assigned for Mrp view of materail.
For reporting point Opertaion u have set milestone control key indicator 1 (= milestone confirmation) at 5 th operation. All pervious opreations should have  without milestone confirmation control key

  • Dispatching problem in REM Planning Table

    Hi,
I have encountered a problem in REM planning Table, from REM planning table when i m accessing Bar char planning table and try to dispatch the planned order it is not dispatching the order. I have checked the scenario is previously it was working fine but now it is not working with same settings can u guide me tht which settings affect the planning table dispatch. neither it was showing the capacity requirements, i have maintained the rate formulas is work centre and formula was working fine, i doubt it relate to SPRO settings kinldy give me hints where i can check n wht standard settings i have to make for planning table..

Plz give some suggestion on this....

  • Problem in REM Planning table.

    Hi PP Gurus,
We created one material with REM profile 0004 with MRP1, 2, 3, 4, BD1, 2, Accounting 1, 2, Costing 1, 2 and Work scheduling views. In Work scheduling view weu2019ve not maintained any Production Scheduler and Production Scheduling Profile except Production storage location. Whenever weu2019re accessing Planning table (MF50) getting the errors
    1.     Date adjust. level incorrect: Plant 1001 /ord.type PE / prod.sched. *
    2.     No lead time scheduling: Plant 1001 / order type PE / prod.sched. *
    3.     No capa. data determined: Plant 1001 / Ord. type PE / Prod. sched. *
One more thing. If we donu2019t put any sales order OR PIR using MD61 Planning table is not showing any details in Material Data rows of Planning Table. And system is not allowing to create any Planned Order manually. What might be the problem?
If we put any Sales order or PIR using MD61 though the Rows in Material Data get visible but system is not showing any calculation changes in u2018Complete capacity datau2019 rows. We mean to say system is showing Available capacity but not showing any Required Capacity at Production line.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Abu Arbab

    Hi,
In OPU5 Rate base scheduling active tick mark for scheduling and generate capacity with selection ID 02.
    Scheduling level -rate-based scheduling
    Scheduling type- Backward.
Then check the planning table section parameter
    SPROProductionRepetitive ManufacturingPlanningPlanning Table--Maintain Entry Parameters.
Please check scheduling level and other parameters?
I hope u have not maintained any prod scheduler at work scheduling view.
Please change this and try again run MRP with planning mode -3 deleted and recreated with lead time scheduling and check the result
The production line what u have selected at planning table should be same with, production line define at "production version"

  • Separation of GI and GR in REM

    Hi Experts,
I am having problem in REM for separtion of Gr from GI in backflush.
Clients want to do GR first and GI on next day for same planned order. I tried by removing tick for GR/GI backflush in REM profile. But it does not work. We can do either GR or GI only. If I do GR backflush, same planned order is not available for GI backflush on next day.
Is there need to use Process control profile in REM profile for separation of GR and GI backflush? If yes please provide me step by step process. or is there any other method?
    Thanks,
    Mil

    Hi,
For separating backflush process u have to define and assign the process control profile at REM profile.
Execute Good Issue  at MF70 separately. i think u cannot execute the separating backflush for Planned order.
If u are working with MTS, u cannot execute the separating backflush with reference to the Planned order.Inthat case system will cumulate the GR quantity based on the selection criteria which u would have given at MF70 and will issue the components.
For more details please go through below sap Help.

  • Costing in rem scenario

    Hai gurus,
i have one small problem in rem costing.
    1) i am having the job flow as Roh to halb to fert.
    2) I had initially done standard cost estimate for fert using T.C CK11n and CK24, on doing this
cost is updated in costing view 2 under future cost.
    3) The problem now is ,when i am doing  MFBF for the fert the system through the error as
" No active standard cost estimate exist".
    NOTE;
i had already done standard cost estimate for halb and also done MFBF for halb and the required qty
        is available at storage location.
waiting for the positive feed  back.
    with regards,
    sekar chand

    Dear,
This error is dur to there is no standard cost estimate for current period of material.
I think u have not released the Std cost for Current period.
    1. in CK11N , please ensure that the cost estimate is without errors (check the log and ensure that green colour light is turned on).
    2. In CK24 , first mark the estimate.( ensure that the costing variant used in CK11N is the same used here for marking also) .Once the estimate is marked (check the status: Marked without errors)
then , release the estimate.(check the status: Released without errors)
    3. Now check whether the price has been updated in Material master , in Costing2 view. (Only when mark & release is successful in CK24 , the price will be updated here).
Or for all material go ahead with CK40N

Oracle has now found the Bug in 9.0.1 and assigned bug number: 1335603. This bug will be fixed in Oracle 9.0.2.
    Workaround
After creating the database with CREATE DATABASE ...., disconnect and reconnect again, just before running the admin scripts, this solves the problem.

  • ITunes won't open because it has an issue w/ Quick Time...

I went to use my new iPod Shuffle, and I got the above error message. I tried to uninstall and re-install quick-time, as recommended, but each time I do, it claims that an instillation of quick-time is already running. It goes on to say that I should complete that instillation before staring another one. The thing of it is, I installed both iTunes and quick-time a looooooooooooooooong time ago.
So here I am stuck, unable to remove/un-install quick-time, and so I also can't re-install it, or open iTunes, or use my new iPod. The only thing that I can think of is to tyr and remove itunes as well, the re-install them both. I am loathe to do this however, as I don't want the added headache of having to re-create my entire library after the fact...

Sadly no... In point of fact, it seems that quicktime may not be the only culprit at work here. I tred method 1, 3, 4, & 5. I was able to finally remove the QT Systems folder, which contained the last vestiges of the old quick time program. The problem that remais, is even in trying to un-register then re-register the installer is the same for un & re-installing quick time. Apparently there is a program that is STILL in the process of being installed. It may have not been a duplicate, unfinished copy of quick time but of some other program instead. When I tried to un-register the installer, at first I got an 'unspecified error'. Then I got the 'an instillation is in progress, you must finish it before starting another one, etc, etc....' I think that I may have to either have someone try 'Method 11' instead, as it is Waaaaaaaaay beyond my limited abilities. That, or I may have to do a total system restore (after backing up all those lovely modifications and tweaks that I've made over the last 6 or 7 years, groan.... Either way it's gonna be a headache. Why is it that the windows installer doesn't allow teh user to monitor progress of any installs, and get rid of a stalled operation that's clogging the system? headdesk

  • Batch Charactersitcs

    Dear All
I am facing the problem during REM backflush. My material is handaled in batches where i also attached characteristics. But when i do backflush by MFBF system should ask for characterstics.but it is not asking.
plz help me out from this problem
    thanks
    KK

    Dear,
SproLogistics general > Batch Management > Batch valuation > Valuation for Goods Movement in Inventory Management > Activate Batch Classification for Goods Movements3 Classification always in foreground all batches
Then go to SPROProductionRepetitive Manufacturing-Backflushing-Maintain Global Settings for Confirmation and LIS here you need to maintain Batch Classification Active.
If you wan users to enter the characteristics values mandatorily in the Batch Classification then in CT04 for these characteristics activate Entry required indicator in "Basic Data" Tab

  • MFBF LINK TO COGI

    Dear Gurus,
I am facing one problem in REM.10 planned orders are there ,I have done the production booking for 10 planned orders using MFBF.FG GR(131) has happened for 10 orders. So  10  material documents are created. The component is not there in stock. So it went to COGI.In COGI 10 errors are there. Now the component material has come for 10.When I clear cogi, only one material document is created eventhouh I have cleared for 10 error (for 10 planned orders). Now my requirement is to link the one material document (which I have cleared in COGI for 261) to 10 material document(131 FG).Through some light. Please let me know the table link.
    Gideon .

    Dear Gideon,
I guess you must have executed  COGI report with the option for summarized record(in the input screen) and however you can
choose the option for summarized or individual record option after executing to check the individual error quantity and reason
    for the same material.
If executing in summarized mode, the system shows the splitup during posting or correcting the error records before posting
and in this case only one material document gets generated and to check the details, goto MB51 and execute for the
    movement,plant,posting date,user name combination.
Double click on the document no and it displays the material document in detail view, where in you can check the 10 line
items, quantity against each item, and the respective order(production order).
In your case since it's REM related you may get only the product cost collector no as order no against each line item and you
may not get the planned order details.
    Check and revert.

  • Consignment reversal from MFBF

    Hi  Guru's,
    Please help.
Problem:  In REM  while doing good issue  using MFBF transcation  for consignment  material system posting  correctly  with stock type K.  But  during reversal using MFBF Document neutral reversal tab system not put in back the consignment stock to the original  consigenment place instead   it is placing back to own stock.
    Thx
    Sathiya

    Document neutral reversal
    http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/12/db12aac30311d1b59b0000e82d81c3/frameset.htm
You can use this function to reverse already backflushed quantities and activities.
Whereas document-specific reversal only allows you to reverse the complete quantity and activities contained in a backflush document, you can use the document-neutral reversal to partly reverse a backflush.
Document-neutral reversal is particularly useful if you separate the backflushing processes. When the backflushing processes are separated, all references to the original document are lost. Therefore, you have to reverse without referencing the document.
Since there's no connection with the original posting you cannot expect the system to find out (from nowhere) what to do. If ou want to post the goods back to their original stock segment you have to use "Document specific  cancellation" function.

    Csaba

  • Problems when creating a new instance of an Input parameter for a REM

I am working in a small demo which calls a Remote Enable Function Module in order to read data from the back end system. Since the function module I need to call ("BP_BUPA_SEARCH_BY_USER") is not Remote Enable I created a copy of it and made it Remote Enable ("Z_BUPA_SEARCH_BY_USER"). I have created the model within webdynpro without any problems but when my application reaches the line where I create a new instance of the object Z_Bupa_Search_By_User_Input (see below the source code), just before to call the remote function, the application stops there. I have exactly the same code in another bapi calls and it works fine. I am wondering if my problem has anything to do with the fact the function module i am calling is the function module I created. Any advice is very welcome.

  • REM firmware problem in blade X6250

did anyone successfully upgraded the REM firmware inside a X6250 blade server, the REM that I have is of the following PN: 371-2658, I downloaded the SIA and tried to boot but the system hangs before launching the sia, also I tried to download the REM firmware packages from the SIA package and putted them on a bootable USB but when the afu.exe utility reads the files, it tells that the flash files does not match this controller!!
does anyone knows exactly where can I get the exact firmware of this specific REM (PN 371-2658),
    thank you.
    BR,

I've found that FreeIPMI works fairly well with Sun Blade X6250, SP ver. 4.0.52 and BIOS ver. 1ADPI040. Caveats: a) You have to use the "-W authcap" workaround option. b) I can't get ipmiconsole to work.
    Example:
    # ipmipower -W authcap -h blade44-sp -u root -p changeme --stat
    blade44-sp: on

  • Problem with xfce4-session.

Hello, I'm not sure whether I'm posting in the correct section of the forums but anyway, here's the problem, after upgrading the system xfce started crashing randomly (It definitely crashes when I try to suspend first time, then it does it correctly). I took a look in Xorg and fglrx log files, they didn't contain any errors. However, dmesg listed a segfault of xfce4-session in libglib, is there any solution for that problem or I just have to wait until the upgrade. Also, I have and AMD E-450 APU, and a proprietary catalyst driver from catalyst-stable. Here is the output from dmesg (the segfault message is in the end):

Yes, it keeps happening even with the default kernel when I try to shut down/suspend the computer (Alt-F4 key combination). I've read on some russian forum that it's the problem in recently upgraded glib2 (as they think), however downgrade didn't help. I'll try to check whether xfce4-session is to blame.
EDIT: It's definitely not xfce4-session, I tried previous version. Also, while running downgrade I saw that there is a newer version of glib2 in ARM, which is much more unstable, so I'm using 2.36.1-1.

We are not able to reach from 172.22.20.x ips 172.27.99.x.
It seems so that the phase2 for this subnet is missing…...... as long as we try to reach from 172.27.99.x any ip in 172.22.20.x.
We are using similar configuration on many sites and it works correctly expect sites with DSL line.
We can exclude problem with NAT,ACL or routing. The connection is working fine as long as “we open all phase 2 manually” . After re-open (idle timeout) the tunnel the problem comes back.
Thanks in advance for your help.
    Regards.

When you define the peer with static tunnel-group entry ASA is looking for peer configuration in static crypto map. If the peer is behind static NAT configure a proper static crypto map with matching acl and proposals.
If the peer is behind dynamic nat refer this example :http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/pix-500-series-security-appliances/81883-ipsec-iosrtr-dyn-pix-nat.html
