Problem in replication from R/3 for Relationship type BUR011 in BP

Hi Experts,
My issue is, when I create a customer in R/3 it should be replicated to CRM which it is doing.We just want only 3-4 responsible persons i.e for relationship type 'BUR011', so we need to replace the employee number which does not exist in CRM for BUR011 relationship and i feel tht it should be done during runtime.
Any one who can suggest me a BADI or FM to do tht..

Well,i feel tht badi we can not use it here. Let me make my scenario understand to u.
I want to make the relationship BUR011.The sales employess is present in R/3 where i am actually making this BP,but tht employess i not available in CRM,How do i make sure tht the employess which is not availble is always shown with any of the available employee, as if this does not happen,the records will not be created in CRM becoz of wrong sales employee.
I hope i was able to make u understand my issue.
Some badi must be there to do so.
Ur inputs will be highly appriciated.

Procedure to Purge data from WF tables for Item Type POERROR

Hi,
I have executed concurrent program "Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data" to purge old data for Item Type "REQAPPRV". After execution of the concurrent program i re-query to WF_ITEMS table to get the count of the records for "REQAPPRV" but all records did not get purged as "REQAPPRV" is present as PARENT_ITEM_KEY for Item Type "POERROR" in WF_ITEMS table.
Now to purge records of "REQAPPRV" i need to first Purge records of "POERROR". Now the problem is END_DATE of those POERROR records is NULL at WF_ITEMS table that is why concurrent program "Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data" does not able to purge them. How can i resolve this issue?? Please guide..

I have already gone thorugh MOS doc, cross checked the queries provided in document and found that status of PARENT_ITEM_TYPE [REQAPPRV] is "COMPLETE" and the status of Chilld ITEM_TYPE [POERROR] is "ACTIVE". I want to close or Purge the child ITEM_TYPE. Can you guide how can we achive that ??

Problem booting up from the CD for Mac OS Version 10.6.2

Hello everyone,
I have a 27" iMAC which I have been using for awhile. A few months back, I managed to set up Boot Camp successfully on the iMAC and been using the Windows OS for that period. Whenever I turn on the computer, I will definitely hit Alt/Option key, type in the password and select the Windows Hard Disk to boot up in. I'm finally done with my personal project and wanted to go back onto my Snow Leopard OS. Lo and Behold, whenever I select the Mac Hard Disk, the grey Apple logo with a loading sign appears and the problem is this screen is a permanent one. So I would like to seek your help in assisting me to solve this problem.
In addition, I tried inserting the CD and booting from the CD by pressing 'C' but I still get the grey apple and loading icon. I also tried restarting in safe mode(Hold down shift mode) but that didn't work either.
I will gladly provide any details if there is a need and also perform any actions that you recommend. Thank you everyone for your help.

Problem while printing from SAP GUI for HTML

We are trying to print a delivery confirmation from the portal using SAP GUI for HTML. We have followed note 771683 to do this. However we are facing the following problems:
1) The print action(PDF creation) is not triggered until the user performs some action
2) the PDF that is created is corrupted(does not open)
In order to correct this we tried to implement note 957292. However, the changes to the object FRONTEND_PRINTPOLL_FRONT_REQUEST.HTM mentioned in this note created problems. So we decided to do the changes to this object manually. But we see that the SAP note doesn't contain any information on changes that should be implemented for this object.
Question:
Is the note 957292 only way to solve the printing(PDF) problem? If not, how can we trigger the automatic creation of the PDF and remove the error from the PDF file?
If yes, any idea what is causing the problem during the note implementation?
We are on NW2004s - EP7.0 SP10

Problem sending emails from Entourage 04 for Mac

Hello, hope this is the right forum, does anyone use Microsoft's Office/Entourage 04 for Macintosh for email? Perhaps you can help:
Suddenly I can't SEND emails from six "sub" accounts I have, and get the error message "From: address not verified". These are all normally sent via a single primary (BTInternet.com) address which is entered in the "Sending Mail" account section and has been been set up like this for a year on my iMac.
A seventh sub-account used by my partner on a different computer (PC using Outlook) also sends emails via the same primary address - and works fine..
Obviously there is a problem logging to this primary address specifically in my Entourage.
There is nothing wrong with the primary's own set-up because I can send messages from that (and the "sending" info is identical).
(Also note: I can RECEIVE emails to all the accounts, no problem).
Unless I've inadvertently clicked something I shouldn't, I'm mystified.
I'm stuck as I use use one of the "subs" all the time. Help!

After much research and help (on another site forum!) it turns out this is a BTYahoo! mail fault affecting many BT accounts (in the UK at least). Why they are messing accounts around I don't know.
If anyone finds they can't send via a BT account just find another server and enter their details and all will work again - as I've discovered after a day trawling the ether!

Problem with selecting from timestamp field for a particular date

We're running 10g and we have a timestamp field whose values look like this:

I'm trying to run this query, but it returns no rows even though I know there should be some:
select timeinserted from files where timeinserted = '27-MAY-05';
I know I just need to somehow tell it to convert the timestamp to date or something like that. How should I rewrite this query? Thanks...

this is poor coding, you compare a date with a varchar2. Not to mention using 2 digits years...
try something like
select timeinserted from files where timeinserted >= to_timestamp('27-MAY-2005', 'DD-MON-YYYY') and timeinserted<to_timestamp('28-MAY-2005', 'DD-MON-YYYY');

Problem using IDOC_INPUT_DELVRY in ship.conf for msg type SHPCON

Hi Experts,
We are confirming the picked quantity from warehouse for the outbound delivery using the EDI IDOC_INPUT_DELVRY as shipping confirmation using message type SHPCON and process code DELV.
           Problem is that this process is checking the determination of the output type LAVA maintained in NACE before the actual post goods issue take place. since the SAP itself has the requirement check for goods issue status 'C' ( Complete check status ), this output type is not picked while doing the automatic post goods issue using EDI since at that time goods issue status is 'A'. In other words, goods issue has not taken place.
       But when we did manually using VL02N for confirmed picked quantity and did the post goods issue manually it is determining the output type LAVA since while checking the requirement in LAVA has goods issue status 'C' ( Completed ).
In simple words, while doing manually the output type LAVA is determined but while doing
automatic post goods issue using EDI output type LAVA is not determined.
This is very urgent. Please help with this?.

I am receiving the 51 status error message:
"Data of Preceding Document was not transmitted" and
"Essential transfer parameters are missing"
I tried referencing the Sales Order in few places, but I don't seem to have it correct:
E1EDL20-VBELN = Sales Order (Instead of Delivery Number)
AT ITEM LEVEL
E1EDL43-QUALF=C
E1EDL43-BELNR=Sales Order
E1EDL43-POSNR=Sales Order Item Number

Thank you for your reply Garcia, but isn't that for a Business Partner as a Customer? We don't have a Customer. I'm maintaining the business partner in the "Business Partner (Gen)" Role.
I still went ahead and made the settings you suggested but it still doesn't get replicated. I did notice though that the entires in the table are not the same as what show up in the Control tab in the BP transaction.
For eg. Control Tab has Text ID : 0001 as "Correspondence" where as in the table V_CRMTXTID the TextID:0001 is "Sales note for customer".
In transaction PITX I don't get to pick BUT000 as the R/3 Object. Is there a different transaction for Notes at Business Partner level? Do you know what is table CRMC_TEXT used for?

Problem on Material Replication from R/3 to EBP

Hi friends,
I am having a problem on Material replication from R/3 to EBP. I had configured all the required settings in EBP as well as in R/3. Whenever we are starting initial loading R3AS I am getting outbound queues in EBP instead of R/3. I am getting the error like 'The current application triggered a termination'. I could able to replicate Vendor and Locations from R/3 to EBP. If anybody can solve this problem.

Your Desktop Picture settings and Dock items are stored in the files
/Users/your short user name/Library/Preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist and
/Users/your short user name/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist
in the "Preferences" folder in your user library. This looks like the system has trouble to write to these files. Check the permissions on your user library and remove the above files from your user library, then log off and on again.
Your user library is hidden in Lion and Mt. Lion. To reveal it, use the Finder's "Go" menu. Select "Go" in the Finder's main menu bar and hold down the alt/option key, until you see the "Library" in the drop-down menu. Double click it to open a Finder window, so you can browse the files inside.

The issue is that it is tied to your friends Apple ID and not yours...
Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

Is your MacBook using Mac OS X 10.6.8 as indicated in your post? If so you will not be able to fully integrate with iCloud.
iCloud and Snow Leopard, by Roger Wilmut describes what iCloud options are available for Snow Leopard.
If you are using Lion, go to iCal>Preferences...>Accounts, and delete/re-add your iCloud CalDAV server.

Replication from Multiple HR systems

Hi SRM Gurus,
has anyone ever had the requirement to replicate HR data (Org, Positions, Central Persons) from more than one HR system?
At the first glance, I technically do not see why it should not be possible. Setting up the ALE distribution modell on multiple HR backends and processing the docs should work, shouldn't it?
Any ideas, suggestions, hints, reads, practical experience for me?

Yes. As long as you maintain separate distribution model for each client, you can distribute the same content to 'N' receiving systems.
Message type used is HRMD_ABA.

Did you already read OSS note 588701 "Change of the logical system name in R/3 Backend system " ?
Also Check the note 765018. In case of multiple backends and also if systems are refreshed with other instances (client copy), the logical system ID will be changed. So we need to run the report mentioned in the said note and run the replication.
Please check the note 934372 SRM/CRM: HR integration for business partner - new. or post the specific problem.
