Problem in report of cats_da data is not coming for one absence type.

Dear experts,
For one absence type the data is not coming in the report cats_da. When I check the other absence type the report is showing the data. I dont know where is the problem. Customer is entering data throught PA30 transaction. Kindly help me where is the problem in customization.

We have loaded data into an ODS( 0PRC_DS01) in development server. It was successfully loaded into it all info objects.Reports were working well.
When we transported it to production, data loading was taking longggg time (15000 for 9 hours).So, we have done two things to improve the loading speed.
1) we have created an index based on the fields in the where clause RCLNT,RLDNR,RYEAR, DOCNR, POPER in JVSO1 table.
(JVSO1 is an R/3 table from where key data coming to datasource 0EN_JVA_2.)
2)We have updated the optmizer statistics.
Now the problem is, data is not loaded to one perticular info object JOINT VENTURE PARTNER in dso. Which was loaded successfully in development.
Please help us........We will assign points for helpful answers

Hi Chek in the transfer and update rules whether u mapped the fields with target and also check whether u have routine. and check whether the data is coming for that object from the source.

Delivery date is not coming properly in PO Printout

I have a problem in PO Printout that Delivery date is not coming properlyu2026In my PO, there are 5 line items.
If the Delivery date of all line items are same like 01.04.2009, then Delivery date should be shown 01.04.2009 in PO printout.. IT IS COMING RIGHT.
But if the Delivery Date of all line items are different like 01.04.2009, 02.04.2009, 03.04.2009, 04.04.2009 and 05.04.2009. Then Delivery Date should be shown with the each line items in PO print out. THIS IS NOT SHOWING IN MY PO PRINT OUT.
Please tell me what is the problem. Why not coming Delivery date with each line items???

goto tcode: nace.
select your output type. check the processing routines. check the smartform and processing routines attached to it. and see how the field is getting populated and what fields are being passed there.

Error "Data packet not complete; for example, 000013" when reading from PSA

Dear all,
I have an issue with my data loading, when i execute my infopackage, i specify that it should be loaded into PSA before going to the data target. in my infopackage request i notice that i have got missing data package
e.g.
Data package 1 : everything OK
Data package 2 : everything OK
Data package 3 : everything OK
Data package 8 : everything OK
Data package 10 : everything OK
Data package 12 : everything OK
Data package 13 : everything OK
what happen to data package inbetween e.g. DP4, DP5 etc etc?
In my "step by step analysis" under the status tab everything is green and nothing seem to have went wrong, no short dump, no job cancelled, nothing.
Since everything "seems" to be alright, when i try to update subsequently to the data target, i get the following errors below.
Data packet not complete; for example, 000013
Request has errors / is incomplete
I got 2 questions here...
1. why do i have missing data package and it still showes me a green idicator?
2. how can i solve this and is this something i should be worried about?

you encounter these type of errors rarely...
but in RSMO screen, check for any TRFCs struck..
also go to the JOB in Source System and analyze the JOBLOG,
there you can find some information about what tht particular job did..!!!
and after that check for the same in the BW system...
perhaps while transferring?extracting the recordsthrough data packages, it might have missed ..
Force the request RED and repeat the IP again...
you dont need to worry about anything...simply force the request red and reload.. just let us know if the problem still persists after repeating the load...

Check with your system patch level both from ABAP and JAVA in the same Service Pack levels. if they are different then only we will get this type of errors. Even we i have faced the same problem, but solved with the basis help.
Have you gone through PA30, there Empl data has to be maintained. Then we can get the Data.

I Created one Smartform that is having Two Pages . I Created Two Final Internal Tables for each Page. Data is coming on First Page. I am getting data for second internal table also but data is not coming on second page. I am using Command Option in main window for triggering of Second Page.
What was the problem.

In the default setting, the next page is the page itself.
If a page is processed (filled) and processing of the form is not finished yet (if not all texts or data
are displayed), the system processes another page. The page used as next page can be
determined statically during the form definition (Next page) or dynamically at runtime (manual
page break).
The new page is the static next page. If a new page is called by a manual page break with
page specification within the main window (dynamic next page), the system processes this
page.
This page does not contain a main window and no static next page exists
In a main window you display text and data, which can cover several pages (flow text). As soon
as a main window is completely filled with text and data, the system continues displaying the text
in the main window of the next page. It automatically triggers the page break

well data is populating in tables and chart in Oracle BI and i also executed the same query in sql server 2005 and got the desired result.
the reason to show the results into pivot table is -- i want to show the result(measures) with time dimension and some other dimensions so i have to use this pivot table or if u have some other solution please let me know...

In your case for the Nav Attr data to appear firstly load the master data where your Nav Attr resides and then do the apply hier/attr change for that master data.

i suggest you to go thru the dev guide ..... but to answer your question i would say....
**** It looks like "Define Information Template" form only accepts Independent Value Sets and not table based Value Sets (thatinvolve SQL statements).
Well in OAF to display a dropdown list all you need is a query .. so one can write a query to extract the values from a independent value set .... but the same is not possible with table type value set instead you can use the same query used to define the table type value set .
You can create a LOV (one with flash light) even with a independent value set ....
To create a LOV you need a View Object(query which will fetch valid records) and a Public Region (to display)
if you ahve these then you can achive the requirement thru personalization
if the VO and Region are not present then you have to create them .......
Once you are thru the dev guide please go thru the link below which shows adding a lov to an existing page thru personalization....

while trying to configure the 9i db on grid control I installed the statspack data while configuring it. But now when I try to see the historical data as part of the performace tab for the 9i db it complains as below
Data Not Available. Statspack data is not available for this database instance. Make sure that Statspack is installed on the target instance.
