Problem in reversal of the GR posting
Dear all,
While trying to reverse the Process Order confirmation, we are getting the below errorwith message,
Message no.- QA046
Diagnosis: You are attempting to reverse a goods receipt although quantity postings have been already been made from the inspection lot. This means that stock for the good receipt has already been transferred and for this reason a cancellation of the document is no longer possible.
Procedure:
Ensure that the postings in QM (within the usage decision transactions) are carried out.
Referring to the above message, please let me know how and in which t.code the above problem can be corrected?

Thanks for the inputs. We were able to cancell the inspection lot. But even after that, we were not able to reverse the GR posting through cancellation of Process Order confirmation. In COGI, we see two records. But were not able to process that as we get the same message which i mentioned before. Kindly suggest.

For that issue go to OBA7 and check the document type ZA,In details Select check box for reversal and give the document type AB for reversal.check the document fb03.

Locking problem in VL02N at the time Post Goods issue
Hi,
We have implemented 2 BADIs to change qty in delivery and in subsequent documents. Once we receive an IDoc with batches, then we need to change subitems qty according to no of batches.
Once IDoc has updated, then PGI will do automatically.
1. LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC - Change qty in delivery (Method SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE)
2. LE_SHP_GOODSMOVEMENT - Change qty in material document.
Now, we have a locking problem at the time of posting.
Please let us know, due to these BADI implementation this problem or any other cause? And provide required to solve this problem.hi ,

i dont think u need step2 ( change qty of MBLNR),bcos ,
say ur Del.qty is 100, now u want to do del. of 50, then just u will change its qty & do PGI ? so whats the need of changing MBLNR.
while doing PGI , program will take changed qty of del. only ?

REVERSE OF THE POSTED DOCUMENT......
Hi All,
Here is the situation where the wrongly posted document is to be reversed. The posting are made to an expence acct-and this is defined as cost element. But when the original transaction is posted there was no cost center input in the document line item, But when i try to reverse the docuement it is asking for cost object and giving me an error message?..
I tried to change the filed status of the acct from G004 (cost accts) to nornmal gl G001(Gl accts with Text),even than the problem still remains.
And when i try to include costcenter in the changing rules for docuemnt line item this cost field is not coming into change mode?
Plz advice and we are using 6.0 version.

Just one question, if you define an account with cost element, cost object is necessary for posting. You said there is no cost centre in original document, that means other cost object is assigned or cost element is not created at that time.
I suggest you should reduce the cost element valid period to make error posting is out of the valid period. And reverse document at original date. -

I'm having problems with iPhoto and the facebook set-up. Every time I attempt to do so it says an error has occured and try again later. I have not seen a solution posted. Therefore, how does one contact Apple to solve the problem? I'm new to the world of iMac but I find it a bit frustrating trying to solve basic issues/problems:(
For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

While on reading a post on Facebook my new ipad 4 will reset back to safari or aol and i have to sign in again. this is a reoccuring problem. i have the latest update installed already.
1. Close all inactive apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two and tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo -
Service entry Sheet was reversed after the invoice as posted and rebooked

Service entry sheet was reversed after the invoice as posted and rebooked with final entry marked. The rebook transaction created a different $ amount than the original SES. The difference between the 2 amounts is causing a GRIR out of balance on the PO. MR11 does not indicate a GRIR out of balance.
why did SES rebook a different value?
How can we clean up the GRIR out of balance?
Please help...

This error occurs when the device unexpectedly loses its USB connection with iTunes. This can occur if you manually disconnect the device during the restore process. You can resolve this issue by using USB troubleshooting, using a different Dock Connector or Lightning Connector to USB cable, trying another USB port, restoring on another computer, or by eliminating conflicts from third-party security software. -
Problem with reversal of Service entry Sheet

I am facing a problem with reversal of service entry sheet. The user has posted the document in dec 2009 and now the user wants to reverse the doc. I told the process how to reverse it. But when she is trying to revoke the acceptance, she is getting error log.I told her to reset the posting date to present date.Now she tried to change the doc date but she is getting error as "604 item 010 WBS element ****** budget exceeded year 2009". So i advised her further to increase the budget in the year 2009. Even that solution is not working.

The user is not authorised to change the budget. The person resposible for this is telling that increasing the budget wont help. can you tell me how to view whether the budget is available for the system in the period or not? Can you please help me in this regard?

WHT on Advance payment is getting reversed at the time of Payment
Hi,
WHT on advance payment is getting reversed at the time of payment.
The configuration is as follows:
1) "No Central Invoice" Option is selected in WHT type for payment posting
2) TDS base is manually entering at the time of Invoice after deducting the Advance amount.
3) WHT codes are not entered (deleated at the time of Invoice posting) at the time of Invoice entry.
Could you please let me know what to do for not reversing the WHT on advance payment at the time of Payment of Invoie.
Example:
1) Advance paid 5000 TDS deduted 113
2) Invoice is 10,000, TDS is deducted only on 5000 (i.e. 113 Rs again) after deduting the advance payment
3) Advance is adjusted against the invice using F-54.
4) TDS on Rs.5000 advance payment is getting reversed at the time of F-53 payment of balance amount.

The alternative ways for avoiding reversal of TDS related to advance payment is as follows:
1) select central inv prop radio button at the time of creating tax type for payment posting.
2)Adv payment vide F-48
3) Invioce posting vide FB60/F-43.In withholding tax screen update the base amount as net of advance.
4) while making payment vide F-53 select the Special GL indicator A for clearing the advance.
5) While creating remittance challan vide J1INCERT select all the document number i.e. doc no pertaining to adv payment as well as inv posting.
6) Update bank challan vide J1INBANK.
7) Print withholding tax certificate vide J1INCERT.
I do hope you will be able to overcome your problem.

Can I delete a tv series I have downloaded into itunes and make sure it stays on my ipad? The tv series takes up a lot of space on my pc but I don't want to lose the copy on my ipad. Any advice will be gratefully received.
