Problem in Scheduling Agreement

Dear All,
I have the following issue in Scheduling Agreement (VA31).
I have entered the Customer Schedule as on 01.09.2009
07.09.09    -- 500 Nos
14.09.09    -- 500 NOs
21.09.09    --500 Nos
28.09.09    --500 Nos
All the above requirements are displayed in the Stock/Requirements list (MD04).
After I deliver 500 Nos against the delivery date 07.09.2009 my stock requirements list shows only 1500 as the total requirement qty.
I get a revised schedule from the customer as on 11.09.2009 as below
14.09.09 - 600 Nos
21.09.09 - 600 Nos
29.09.09 - 600 Nos
Now I entered the above schedule in VA32 by clicking on the button "New delivery schedules w/o proposal".
After this the stock requirements list shows the total requirement as 1300 only. But as per the revised schedule the total customer requirement is 1800.
Please advice me how to get the total requirement as 1800 in the Stock requirements list.
Thanks & Regards
Bala

Dear Bala,
what you describe here seems to me as the standard behaviour. Please check the field "CumulatedQty in Transit" in your forecast delivery schedule (the newly created one). As long as the 500 pcs from your first delivery are shown in this field, these 500 pcs are deducted from the customers schedule lines/requirement - that is the standard behaviour.
When you create a new forecast delivery schedule, make sure that you maintain the cumulated received qty. either by manually entering it or choosing the delivery note in the field last delivery note. That is especially important if you do not get new schedules via EDI.
As soon as you maintain the cumulated received qty. you will see that the requirement in MD04 is adjusted/increased to 1800 pcs. also you see the open qty. in the forecast del. schedule itself is changed. The first line with 600 pcs. should show 100 pcs as an open qty. If you maintain the cumulated received qty. this goes up to 600. The open qty. is actually what you see in the MD04 !
Hope this answers your question.
With best regards
Roland

    Dear
Check weather material type what you are using.
Check if you have release stretagy for that Pur docu Type.
    If yes  then
ME35L - Release  by giving relese code.
ME38 - Maintain   the Scheduling agreement.
Check delivery Scheedule History for that  Scedule agreement for GR.

  • BDC problem for Schedule Agreement

    Hi,
We are facing a problem in BDC for Schedule Agreement - Tick on Delivery Completed.
In SA line items are like this..
    10.............AAAAA..................10.....NOS
    20.............BBBBB..................20.....NOS
    30.............CCCCC...................5......NOS
    60.............DDDDD..................40.....NOS
We want update Delivery Completed indicator in line items 10 & 60.
    Our Flat File is like...
    5500004556.......10
    5500004556.......60
During BDC, this updates the line item 10 successfully, but when going for updating line item 60, not picking related item (means 60..DDDDD..40..NOS), it is going on line item 60 of the SA (means it is counting line item 40 inplace of 60, but in SA there is no 40 line item)..

  • Date Problem in Scheduling Agreement  Creation

    Hi,
When I create a scheduling agreement (Category : HG) say 31st bucket it automatically gets shifted to next bucket ( Weekly Bucket) Creating the scheduling agreement within the planned delivery time. Pls let me know the reason for this.
    Thanks,
    Siva.

Check OSS Notes 770315 and 757870.
There was a code issue for SNP Purchase Reqs which is corrected by notes 989857, 1045636 ad 1045891.
Also note that the normal process for Procurement Proposal creation is a Backward and then Forward Scheduling. Due to varying calendars (receving and shipping) at the locations the results of Backward and then Forward Scheduling can give differences. However it should not create the receipts late (as is your case).
    Thanks,
    Somnath

  • Problem in scheduling agreement  dates with 2LIS_12_VCSCL extractor

I am using 2LIS_12_VCSCL extractor to get the order fulfilment report.
I am using ODS as an infprovider and on BW 3.5.
Scenario on Sale Order screen - VA33 [ Scheduling Agreemnent ]
Sales doc   Item  Line-No     Qty      Del NO    Req-Date         Actual GI Date
        100          10      1            10          222        5/10/2008        5/10/2008   ( this is the only item that is delivered)
         ---            --       2            10                       6/10/2008
         ---            --       3            10                       7/10/2008
This Scenario when we view the data in rsa3 by running 2LIS_12_VCSCL
Sales doc   Item  Line-No     Qty      Del NO     Req-Date        Actual GI Date
         100       10      1            10           222         5/10/2008         5/10/2008
            ---       2            10          222        6/10/2008          5/10/2008
            ---       3            10          222        7/10/2008           5/10/2008
Note that the delivery no is assigned to the unschedules schedulines(ie; these are open schedulelines that have not been delivered, but the extractor is assigning the first delivery no to all these schedule lines)
We are confused and do not understand if this is how this extractor works . what we actually expected to get is only one recored for which the delivery has been made.
    like :
Sales doc   Item  Line-No     Qty      Del NO    Req-Date        Actual GI Date
           100       10      1            10          222        5/10/2008        5/10/2008
the other two lines should not get extracted. If this is a bug in the extractor program please point us to the OSS notes or the fix that can be applied.
Else if this is how this extractor works please suggest the fix that can be applied on the BW side to extract only the first record (ie; the schedule line  record for which the delivery has been done)
Greatly appreciate help on this issues.
    Thank You,

  • Schedule Lines generated for expired Scheduling agreements

    Hi All,
We are facing problems in Scheduling agreements.
Schedule lines are getting generated for those agreements whose validity has expired(i.e Validity in Past).
Is there any check to restrict those Scheduling Agreements??
    Please Help.
    Regards,
    Ritesh.

from OSS note 914607 - FAQ: Validity and status of scheduling agreements
    1. Question: When I process scheduling agreements without delivery schedules, I have the option to specify the validity of the scheduling agreement: "Valid" and "Valid to". What role does the validity play when the scheduling agreement is processed?
Response: In the case of scheduling agreements without delivery schedules, the system checks the validity of the scheduling agreement if you create a new schedule line or change an existing schedule line. If the schedule line date is outside the validity interval, a warning message is issued. You can then decide whether or not to create the schedule line or whether to adjust the validity of the scheduling agreement. No error message is issued.
    2. Question: What role does the validity play in the case of scheduling agreements with delivery schedules?
Response: The function is similar to scheduling agreements without delivery schedules. The only difference is that the entry of the validity is optional (unlike scheduling agreements without releases) and this is not checked by the system. If the validity is missing, the system does note issue a warning message. If you specify the validity, the system behaves in the same way as for scheduling agreements without releases.

  • Cumulative Qty Received by Customer wrongly updated in Scheduling Agreement

    Hi All,
I face a strange issue in Schedule Agreement[Forecast Delivery Schedule].
The exact scenario is as follows:
    1)On 17/09/09, I saw a CmlQtyReceived of '249'.
2)On 19/09/09, this value got changed to '141'
3)On 23/09/09, this value again got changed to '249'
I was not able to identify the reason for the '141' Qty getting displayed on 19th. Even if I go to Analysis now, there is no Forecast Delivery Schedule with '141' Qty to support the display.
Do let me know the issue in this.
Needless to say points will be awarded for helpful replies.
    Regards,
    Raj Kumar Reddy.

    Hello;
I researched about this issue and I would like to recommend you to check the FAQ note about the most critical problems with Scheduling Agreements, note 923104.
As stated in question 2 (or also 3), you can check and correct the cumulative quantityes using Report SDLIPL01. Regarding this report, please refer to note 923105.
In addition, I kindly ask you to please check notes 922638 and 922639 about more details regarding the cumulative quantities.

  • Scheduling Agreement Release Strategy Issue

    Hi,
We have a typical problem in Scheduling Agreement Release Strategy.
Once the SA is released for the first time it should restart the release strategy again if there is a change in Quantity or Value or Purchasing group. The release strategy is getting restart for some of the release strategies and not for others. I compared the characteristics, class for both the release strategies and I am not seeing any difference.
Can anyone please help me in this regard.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Ram

release strategy can be rerigger in case where qty or price change and the changes is over the percentage you defined for Release indicator
goto release indicator config and in SPRO for release strategy and check the Value change %
    maintian 0.1 here
so any change above 0.1 will retrigger
and maintian value 4 in chgable field.

  • Reporting ME31 L Scheduling Agreements in Me2M

At my company were having a deli ma where I've implemented scheduling agreements in SAP R3.  Its going great until we ran a report in ME2M. We report to the CFO expected delivery of incoming materials. Through ME2m and filtering  ALLES "everything possible" it adds up the PO's but when it adds up the scheduling agreement schedules it multiply all lines in the schedule against the total open on all the schedules. Why?
    Example
PO                        Line     Due                 QTY      Unit price  Total             Cumulative Total
    PO 773002121       100     8/1/2011        10            10.00       $100.00        $100
    PO 773002121        200    9/1/2011         20           10.00      $200,00         $200
    My Problem
PO                        Line     Due                 QTY      Unit Price          Total        Cumulative Total
    SG 777300212       100     8/1/2011        20            10.00     $100,000        $100,000
    SF 777300212         200     9/1/2011       20             10.00    $100,000         $100,000
Why does it multiply the header or the 10 X the total value of the schedule.
Resulting in a false positive that throws off the financials. The CFO thought i ordered 10 million dollars worth of material.
I know the fix is as simple as creating a special report or encouraging the person runing the report to multiply in excel the qty per schedule to per unit price. But I upset someones process flow and they have vowed to pull scheduling agreements down if I can't get this fixed.
Any one ever experience this. What did you do to fix it. This wasn't a problem running scheduling agreements at HP or L-3 or at Boeing. But at this new place .. .  . .
They want Me2m to run with out any manipulation and add up the line totals .
Any help would be appreciated. I've put in 10 months of my life introducing scheduling agreements to this origination.
It would be a shame if a reporting aspect of Me31L brought all the cards tumbling down and 10 months of my life to go up in smoke.

    Check decimals no luck.
The accounting person is using alles so they can drop the report from Me2m into excel.
Help the noose around my neck tightened on me. Dealing with a group of very difficult to work with individuals and unless you can make ME2M add up the totals right you will have to discontinue.
    Any run into this?

  • Vendor in freight condtion of scheduling agreement

    Hi,
I have problem, in scheduling agreement unable to see vendor field in ZFR1 condition or any other conditions,
above is possible in development server, quality server
above is possible in P.O. preparation by ME21N in development server, quality server and also production server.
Also checked SCREEN LAYOUT of scheduling agreement and also ME21N in all three sever compared the field selection and found no difference

    Hi
You can see the vendor field of freight condition in scheduling agreement.
Check whether your custom freight condition is identical in control attributes in line with standard delivery cost condition like FRA1/FRB1 etc.
The condition cat. must be B.

  • Schedule agreement - changes in quantity and dates

    Hello all,
I have a problem - in Scheduling agreement if I enter a  Schedule line with a delivery date that is after the validity end of the contract I only get a warning message - V1-448 , also - if I enter a larger quantity then the Target quantity I get a warning message - V1-428.
I need both messages to be error instead of warning.
Where do I change it ? I couldn't find it in the SPRO.
    Many thanks,
    Livnat
    SAP-SD consultant

    Hi,
    Goto SE91 T.Code.
Enter the message class as V1 and message number as 448.
    Select that line.
    Click on Where used list(CtrlShiftF3).
    Select Programs and uncheck all.
    Enter.
The program "MV45AF0D_DATUM_PRUEFEN_GUELTIG" is identified.Double click against it under short description column.
Change the message type to E from W in the program.
    Save.
Now it will be an error message.

  • Problem updating Volume in Sales Scheduling Agreement

    Hi gurus,
we have problem with Sales Scheduling Agreement. It's about volume of material. First, I create a Scheduling Agreement for material A, what is 100 CCM of volume in its register master material. I create several forecast delivery schedule. After, I modify by other reasons the volume of material A in master material to 200 CCM. What is the problem? The problem is when system creates the deliveries for Scheduling Agreement, the packaging is did in base 100 CCM of volume and not is for 200 CCM.
Besides of this, after if modify volume in master material I will add new forecast delivery schedules, the volume is calculated based in old volume factor: 100 CCM.
We don't understand this behaviour in system.
    Thank you!!!!

    Hi,
The reason is, the link of updating automatically from material master data to sales SA is broken!
You should double check the volume at item level in Sales SA, enter the sales SA, select menu>Goto>Item-->Shipping, see the value of field "Volume", whether it's 200 CCM, or not? I think it should still be 100 CCM, change it to 200 CCM, that will be okay!
    Good luck
