Problem in skype number

Good evening
The problem I've got me on Skype 4 numbers
2 work well _ line U.S. and British line
And 2 do not work except in the case receive Askaybe calls only and are not allowed to call with the numbers show and become invisible line and two _ Swiss and the Japanese line

this happens a lot with people using voip methods its easy now to spam call people because with voip access they can cover their tracks up by fake caller ids and mis lead the caller id methods, use an alias phone number to off set the real number. im a voip phone carrier my self and my system lets you block private callers and i can call you from my system and flip from one number to another to cover my calling area number. and i can also fake call you saying im with the feds when truly i'm not. the caller id functions lets people fake call for scams or trying to get information from you. i been a skype user from the day its been out i never follow Microsofts methods as a safety reason. as i have had many found trojans by microsoft i never have trusted the company after bill gates retired from it. i been on line and in services for a good 22 years most of my customers have been Microsoft users or pc owners, and most of the time the system was injected with trojans and viruses by the Microsoft system. serv pack 4 windows 2000 pro had a virus at one point to, i still have it i passed it to the feds back in 2003. and i to also had someone act like a moron who called me from skype tracked them back and had then arrested. they called my home phone from skype system. so ya now days you need to be-careful of where you pass the number now most likely when they disclaimed they called you they most lily lied in fear of the feds, i can track all skype calls as my system is in ties to the us dept of commerce because i work for NOAA.
