Problem in stock feild

i have problem .
1. my last valualted stock/bun feild gives me my stock value . but . when i see in my report . i see the stock is double the times of my r/3 stock .
ex : r/3:-200.00
in bw :- 400.00 .
what could be the problem why it is showing double.
how to slove it any ideas . thanks in advance .

please check the definition of your stock key figure.
Trabsaction RSD1
Here you can find the Inflow and Outlow key figures. When you add theses key figures in your report you can see how the stock is calculated.

System's behaviour on FIFO is slightly change in case of inventory transfer. System does'nt keep any connection in physical FIFO (Serialized items) and FIFO cost in this case, as if one item first has been taken at USD 100 and then at USD 120, when you will transfer the stock and you choose 2nd serialized item which was taken at USD 120, system will pick the cost of USD 100 as of 1st item's cost because system creates layers for cost price and open quantities and at the time of inventory transfer, system only considers the first open layer of cost of the issuing warehouse. But all of this happens if your G/L determination is based on warehouse or item level. In case G/L determination is based on Item Group, your FIFO will work as per your requirements.

Yahoo Mail push problem with stock email app

It is nice to see that Verizon is offering push services for yahoo mail (and possibly for others as well, I only tried yahoo) on select phones now, the Droid Charge being one of them. If you add a yahoo account in the stock email app, it configures it through "Verizon email gateway server" and the messages will be pushed to the phone just like gmail had been, and you will get your new messages almost instantaneously.
I previously had an htc incredible and that phone did not have that feature. My e-mails were being checked at an interval that I could select, but not pushed.
What this email gateway does is (as I understand it): 1) your phone sends your credentials to the gateway server where they are stored, 2) the server connects to yahoo mail servers with your credentials, and 3) whenever there is a new message, the gateway server retrieves and pushes it to your phone, in other words it pretty much acts as the middle man that has a notification capability. The gateway server only accesses your inbox folder and it only does incoming services. For other things such as sending messages or checking other folders, your phone connects to yahoo mail servers directly. My incredible on the other hand used to connect to yahoo mail servers directly for everything including inbox access and unfortunately those servers do not have the push capability to mobile devices.
I got the Charge over two weeks ago and enjoyed push on yahoo for about ten days. But then suddenly it stopped working. It would no longer update my inbox even when I selected refresh through the menu. If I went into other folders, they would update and I could send emails. However, my inbox would not update. I waited a day, then I went into settings/apps/manage apps and deleted the cache and data of the mail application to fix a possible glitch. (It works on the market app when all of your downloaded apps disappear from the list every once in a while due to a glitch)
I ended up with a blank inbox that couldn't download any of the messages. Then I removed the yahoo account and tried to readd. Now I get the "Fetching mailbox failed, retrying. . ." error and sometimes it retries for up to a half hour (until I manually stop it) or sometimes it says "Unable to connect to server" after a couple of minutes.
Following is a list of things I tried:
1) Set up a different Yahoo account:
Works without a glitch, push enabled
2) Try the original email account with wrong password:
Gives a credential error, so password authentication is not the problem
3) Manual configuration through selecting "Others" rather than "Yahoo Mail" in the add account menu:
Unchecking "Use Verizon email gateway" makes it work, but without push. My phone is able to connect to Yahoo servers directly with the same exact settings
I am pretty sure the problem is with the Verizon gateway server having a glitch with my email account. So someone in charge of that server has to go through the list of accounts set up and either reset or delete mine, so I can set it up again through my phone.
I called Verizon support the other day and finally talked to a level 2 rep after having to do the restart, take battery out and all that nonsense. It took them a while to understand the actual situation. It's not their fault really, my problem is complicated and a level 2 rep simply does not have that kind of knowledge. They tried to connect me to Samsung representatives, which was a waste of time, because there is nothing wrong with the hardware as it works with a different yahoo account with no problems, and it also works when connecting to yahoo directly. After spending two and a half hours on the phone, and after the rep talked to her supervisor and the samsung reps to learn more about the verizon gateway server, she finally told me I was right about the issue, and assured me that they would fix it and call me within two hours.
It has been two days, I haven't heard a thing.
What frustrates me is that there wasn't a single person there who could even grasp what could be causing the issue. They had never heard about the email gateway, I had to explain to them. I am not mad that the level 2 rep or her supervisor didn't know, but I am pretty **bleep** that they could not put me in touch with a person who did.
I know there is at least one person at Verizon who manages the gateway server, but the question is how can anyone contact him???
Verizon keeps offering these new services that are really cool for the most part, but their support system is very disconnected from their engineers/technical staff. The customer service is unable to fix problems other than billing issues, and their answer for everything else is to "take the battery out and restart the phone".
For now, I set up my account manually, without the Verizon email gateway, so I don't have "push" working. It's a shame because it is such an easy thing to fix only if I could get in touch with the right person.

UPDATE:
After waiting for about ten days, I tried setting up my e-mail the regular way (by selecting yahoo mail) again yesterday. To my surprise, it went through without a glitch. I guess the cache of the gateway server must have been reset.
I have been enjoying push for yahoo mail for the last 24 hours again. But I just noticed now, that the problems might be starting again. There are recent e-mails that don't show up on my phone, but do through yahoo's web mail page. When I select "refresh" through the menu on the phone, I see the circle in the top corner spinning for as long as I wait, but the e-mails don't get downloaded. That is exactly how my problems had started in the first place. I will give it the benefit of the doubt and wait and hope that it fixes itself.
There might be a compatibility problem with yahoo servers and the verizon email gateway because I have two gmail accounts set up with the stock e-mail the same way, both using verizon's gateway server for push, and they have both been working with no problems for almost a month. (Even though sometimes the "push" is delayed by up to 5-10 min, most of the time it is within a couple of minutes and that's fine, I'm not that picky) And when I do "refresh", ti only takes a few seconds to complete the request.
And I still haven't heard anything from Verizon.

Problem with Stock A64 HSF and MSI K8N FSR

Hey guys I was wonderinf if anyone could help me with this little problem.
My stock A64 2800+ (newcastle) hsf no longer spins higher than 3500rpm anymore. I first bought my system about 3 months ago and paired it with the msi k8n fsr board. Everything was working fine and under heavy load playing games the hsf would spin to a loud (but effective) 5500rpm max (as measured by speedfan).
About a month ago I managed to kill my k8n board and got a replacement one. Now after setting everything back up, my hsf no longer spins any faster than 3500rpm, regardless if i turn my fan up to 100% in speedfan or run games for hours.
Anyone have a clue?
My specs:
A64 2800+ @ 2.16Ghz (newcastle core)
MSI K8N FSR
1 Gig DDR3200 (generic)
Leadtek Geforce 6600GT

this may sound weird but sometimes i like to return my bios to version 1.3 or below... i want to hear my cpu fan roar! eventhough the reading is high with the old bios, atleast now i'm sure that my CPU is cool... cooler if my CPU fan is on high speed.
hope msi can make a bios update where the user can manually adjust the fan speed to its max... (its true max speed) unlike right now which the max speed only reaches 3000 rpm but its capable of running 5500 rpm.

Problem in Stock Transfer Depot to Depot.

The Scenario is we are importing the Trading Material to Depot from there we are transporting to other depot & then send to the Customer.
Import Material to Depot
1. ME21N - Import PO to Depot (normal PO u2013 Document type NB)
2. MIGO - Goods Receipt (movement type 101)
3. J1IG - Capture Excise
Stock transport Order from Depot to Depot
4. ME21N - Depot to Depot (Stock Transport PO u2013 Document type u2013 UB)
5. VL10B u2013 (Replenishment Delivery)
6. VL02N u2013 (Changing Delivery created in 5 above, picking & Post goods Issue)
7. J1IJ - Excise invoice capture must be according to (3) J1IG
8. VF01 u2013 (Creating Stock Transfer Invoice)
9. MIGO u2013 (GRN in Receiving depot)
10. J1IG - (over here i am not able to capture the excise from 7.J1IJ - I am doing excise capture from 3.J1IG. Even though its coming properly i like to clarify on this point.)
Eg:- Purchased : 5000 PCS > Post goods Issue & Excise invoice capture for 2000 PCS is done. After this process i am not able to capture the excise from J1IJ but i am capturing it from earlier J1IG it's taking up the excise for 2000 Qty.
Then the Normal Sale Process. Let me know any other thing has to be taken care in this process flow or this is the way it has to be done.
Note:-I am not able to capture excise in MIGO stage for this scenario alone. I am capturing at J1IG only. I need the kind inputs to solve the Problem.

Hi All,
For this Scenario (Step 9 -MIGO) is done through Goods Reciept with Outbound delivery at this time i am not able to capture excise at MIGO stage as there is no commercial invoice is being created at this point. So i am capturing it at J1IG over thier if i give Internal Excise number generated from J1IJ it's giving an error Internal Excise number does not exist. It's working fine when i give the earlier Internal Excise number generated at (J1IG Step 3).

Problem with Stock Value Report

Hi Experts,
We use MB5B report to see the opening and closing value of stock for the given period.
Here i am facing one problem that even i am running the report for the same period ( already closed periods) ans same inputs the system gives me some different valus every time i am running .
I observed that difference between the opening and closing values for every output is constant.
What could be the reason that system gives such different values when i run MB5B . No backposting is done.

Dear Sir,
I am facing problem in MB5B, two months before i use this TCode and report are like this
Opening Stock              27,179.437 MT                59,705,114.71 INR
total value of Receipts 65,473.815 MT               132,382,668.98 INR
total value of Issues    53,774.361- MT               108,659,912.15- INR
Closing stock               38,878.891 MT                83,427,871.54 INR
and now again today i am checking the report are changed, the report are like this

Why the value changed, i am not able to getting it where does the problem. I am new to MM field. Anybody any idea about this. I want to sort out this issues as soon as possible.

some problems can only be solved with OSS notes. if you someone who has to solve SAP issues, then you need access to OSS yourself, or you need one in your organisation who can lookup and implement SAP notes for you.
Ask your basis team, they can grant you access to SAP Marketplace to search for OSS notes.
In general you should differentiate with data that is audit relevant and non-audit relevant data like statistical data.
MC.9 is statistical data, certainly not that important like audit relevant data in MB5B.
if you see a difference, then just assume that the audit relevant data is okay, and the statistic may be wrong.
Do not assume that the statistic has the right information and you need to adjust the audit relevant data, as this is certainly a wrong approach.
when you post a movement then you create audit relevant and statistic relevant data. this does not happen in the same LUW, it is decoupled. if something is wrong and the audit relevant data cannot be posted to the database, then the whole data is rolled back and nothing is posted to any table.
but if something is wrong with the statistic data, then the statistic data posting fails, but the audit relevant part is not rolled back, hence you get this kind of inconsistencies.
(this is just one example how such inconsistencies can arise, there are more reasons which you can learn by reading OSS notes)

Industry sector: steels and mining
Material type: configurable material steels and mines
Basic data 1:
Item category group: 0002-configuration
Classification:
Class: IRON_GRADES
Characteristics: IRON ORE GRADES BASD ON %
                                                                  GRADE A = ABOVE 65%
                                                                  GRADE B = 62% TO LES THAN 65%
                                                                  GRADE C = 40% TO LES THAN 62%
PROBLEM:
Based on the grades or percentage of the iron ore the lease (customer) is going charged royalty
And System is picking the royalty according to the % of iron ore at the time of sales order using the t.code [VA01].
While I am delivering and issuing the goods using the same sales order using the t.code [VL01N]
System giving the following error message
If we analyze the error,
0 materials is available
There is no stock available for this material and according to % wise
So what is the procedure used to maintain the stock of configurable material in respective plant and storage location using the t.code [MB1C]
here i should not maintain the stock based on the sales order
from over all stock with % system has to pick the ordering quantity
how can i maintain the stock using the variants
How can I solve this problem?

User defined field insertion problem in Stock Taking Report (PLD)

We are creating one PLD for one of our customer for Stock Taking Report by modifying the existing sytem report. We will insert two user defined fields (Rack & Bin) from OITW table and link these with the warehouse code field which is at report header as there are different warehouse for the item and material is kept in different rank and bin in different warehouse. But after inserting these fields we found that repetative area becomes blank in the report.
So please let us know how to overcome this problem.

Hi Aloke,
This PLD is one of the hard coded PLD. You are not able to add UDF freely. I believe you may only add UDF from OITM table. Try you own report instead.

Problems is stock transfer delivery

i am facing problem in delivery.i created stock transfer with reference to purchase order.
But in delivery number, quantity is coming less.means in PO quantity is 20 KG but in delivery it showing 9 kg only.
i cheked in MMBE tcode for particular material code & system is showing enough quantity.
how can i resolve this problem.

Having problems with stock broking software that c...

Hi,
I run an application from my stock broker which allows me to see real time prices, execute orders and retrieve historical data for financial instruments.
My problem is that the historical data retrieval which is obtained from a server located in New York, USA, will not work from about 2:00pm thro to 11:00pm. In the application logs, there are multiple statements saying "server disconnect" and the application throws an error and stops the operation.
For other functions, e.g. displaying the live feed for things like the FTSE100 or the EUR/USD, it is fine, no worries.
I have of course spent ages trying to resolve the problem with the stock broker, but their technical support have finally thrown up their hands and said "it's a problem with your ISP".
Apparently the connection times out because either the connection was too slow or it broke. They say I have too many hops and too much latency in my connection (from running traceroute) although I did actually manage to reduce that by adding some non-BT DNS servers to my config.
I also tried upgrading to the next higher BT broadband package, changing my modem hardware, running without anti-virus scanners or firewalls, running ping monitoring tools, and so on, but I could never pinpoint any problem with my connection.
I also have no other known problems with my connection.
Can I expect to get any help from BT on this?
Is there any other advice anyone can give other than changing ISP?

Which O/s are you using ?
NYSE and LSE both use Linux because Windows was unable to cut the mustard, Latency wise.

They only thing i can recommend is (at trading time) to switch off wireless, connect your machine wired and unplug any other machine connected to the router.

Problem in Stock

Dear SD Gurus,
I have created one new material copying all the characteristics from another and I have used that in a sales cycle. Due to this our PP consultant posted enough quantity of material in my inventory and that is shown in stock using MMBE. Even when I am creating sales order or delivery order, the material is used and documents are saved. Even availability checking is also satisfied. But when I am going to create Transfer Order with reference of the delivery no, the material or the batch number is not showing.
In this case, I cant use bin placement technique because materials are already in unrestricted use of MMBE.
Can any one of you please tell me how the material can be shown in transfer order with batch number when the TO is trying to be created.

actually all the things are well maintained here. even configurational data also. also i created the material copying a existing live material with full details.
as usual some amount of material i entered into inventory using PP consultant.
I cant understand that inspite of checking all the details and after checking all the details that you told why the batch is not visible.
also availability check is carried out in sales order and delivery note and material is picking correctly.
but when it comes to select the batch then the problem occurs though the batch is clearly visible in inventory (mmbe) but the problem comes at the time of TO creation

plz check configuration as follows
In SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Conditions > Define Price Determination Process > Define Schema Determination > Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders > Here assign Calculation Schema "RM2000" i.e. Stock Transfer Document to Schema Grp Pur. Org, STO Type (For e.g. UB) and Supplying Plant.
Calculation Schema "RM2000" has condition type P101 which will pick up the MAP of supplying plant automatically during creation of STO in ME21N ("Conditions" Tab).
You can create new freight / delivery cost conditions in M/06 and assign in pricing procedure "RM2000" in M/08 and also assign the Accrual Key to this and do the Account Determination for this Accrual Key in OBYC
At the time of PGI, following accounting entry will get generated;
Stock A/c - Dr - 110 INR (Receiving Plant)
Stock A/c - Cr - 100 INR (Supplying Plant)
Freight Clearing A/c - Cr - 10 INR (Supplying Plant)

Problems in stock posting

Dear Gurus
After doing usage decision when I am trying to post the goods to scrap in qa32 the message is coming as Posting only to free or blocked stock due to missing goods receip message no is QHU 17.What configuration I need to do to post in the scrap.From qa32 .I am able to post to blocked stock or in unrestricted stock.
