Problem in syncing the Apps version 5.0.1

Hi there
First:
actually my problem is that after the syncing of my iphone
the Apps not transfering to it!!!
it said that it is synced but nothing appear in my iphone??!
any body know what is the problem
that happened specifically after the updating to version 5.0.1
AND my computer is autherized!!
am using windows

the app store in my iphone not working
if i just click on the icons it get me out directly
and that happened after the updating also !!!

For your syncing issue, try plugging the phone into iTunes. Under LIBRARY, click on the Apps tab on the left, then try manually click on an app icon and dragging it to your iPhone's icon.
For your App Store issue:
You said a reset did not work, the next step is a restore. While in iTunes, select your phone under DEVICES, and it should open up a "Summary" tab. Scroll down until you see a button for "Restore." it will then ask you if you want to back up, say yes. The phone will then be restored to factory defaults, but don't worry. When the restore is complete, there will be onscreen instructions to "Set up as new iPhone" or "Restore from Backup." you can then restore from the backup that was recently created.

If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

Try the usual steps: restart, reset, restore.

If restoring using a backup doesn't help, try restoring the iPhone to factory settings and try for a while with just the Apple-included apps, to make sure it's not an issue with a third-party app. If it still has problems, it may have a hardware problem and will need to be sent to Apple.

I recently installed new itunes on my PC. The issue is I need to re organize the apps into genres.
I am trying to sync the apps from ipad to ituns but it tells me this
whats the solution to this?

I had the same issue and tried several options like rebooting, resyncing, deleting and reinstalling apps, restarting the network connection but none of them worked. Eventually I opened iTunes on my iPhone (not on Mac) to find that it had two pending downloads that was stopping the rest of the apps from loading fully. You need to cancel them by swiping left to right over the listed apps and select cancel/delete. It worked for me. Good luck!

Problems with downlowding the latest version of iTunes

Resently there have ben problems with downloading the latest versions of iTunes.
And also the version 10.6.1.7 I had to reinstall up to four times, undtil the install
succeeded.
Normally the updates are running without any problems.
I have ben iTunes customer several years, and very satisfied with the program.

Yes, but that has nothing to do with the cloud.
It is simply wifi syncing between your computer and iPad over your local wifi network
