Problem in transferring the text in the DME file
Hi Experts,
We are generating the DME file from the PMW in F110 payment run.
Now while entering the invoice in MIRO/ FB60, we are entering some text, but that is not getting transferred to the DME file, even we have mapped the field FPAYP-SGTXT.
So what could be going wrong for this field in DME format?

Problem with the DME file format MT101
Hello Experts,
We are generating the DME file format MT101 for bank data transfer for Portugal with program SAPLZFPAYM_SWIFT_PT .But sadly we found that the line 71A:SHA is missed.
Noting that this problem occurs with payment method "U" which is similar to payment method "T" except the two fields "EU Internal Transfer" and "IBAN required" which are not ticked in transaction FBZP.
When we use the payment method "T" it works fine but with payment method "U" the line 71A:SHA is missed.
I made some tests and tried to find if those two mentionned fields are causing the problem or not and I found that this not the reason. It's related to other problem

Is there a way to access my iTunes Library, which is stored on a (PC) External Hard Drive, on a MacBook Air (through an Apricorn Universal Hard Drive Adapter), without transferring the music files off of the external hard drive?
In other words, because the MacBook Air only has 120 gbs of hard drive space & my old hard drive, from a Lenovo, has 500 gbs of hard drive space (and I have over 120 gbs of music), I’m looking to manage my iTunes music from the external hard drive permanently. Upon attempting to access the iTunes library held on the external hard drive the following message comes up: “The iTunes Library.itl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file”. Is there a way to get around this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!You will have to engage a split library which means you will have to start answering questions on this forum because you will need to learn a lot about how iTunes works in order not that have a big mess at the end of it all. It also won't be easy when the time comes to relocate it all to different drives.
You can go to advanced preferences and turn off organize media and copy to items to media folder when adding items to library. Next read about how to selectively consolidate items to the external drive.

Remember that when you start iTunes without the external drive turned on iTunes will present you with a bunch of broken links. If you have automatic downloads enabled with iCloud you may have to turn that off to prevent iTunes from repopulating your drive trying to deal with those "missing" tracks.
If you add tracks in bunches to iTunes and want them to go to different media folders you will need to either add them by holding down the option key while dragging if the desired media folder is not the one set in preferences, or by changing the media folder in preferences. Changing media folder preferences only applies to new files added, not old ones.

Setting up bank charges in the DME file
Hi,
Our client had made a payment run in APP and later got a statement from the bank in which the "Bank Charges" field was mentioned as :Shared" (i.e. bank charges shared by both the client and their vendor). However the client says that the charges should be charged to them entirely not to the vendor. The payment process was a bank transfer using DME. Instruction keys are not defined for this company code, house bank or for the vendor. The bank says that it is possible with SAP to set up to tell the bank how to handle the bank charges in the DME file.
Can anyone please advise on how to proceed on this issue? How do I set up a DME file and check for these instructions?

You need to goto t-code FBZP > House Banks > Enter your Co. Code. > Click on your House Bank and then on tab 'Data Medium Exchange'

Change the DMEE file properties
Hi Guys,
We need to make some changes to the DMEE file properties as below :
We need to make sure that FPAYH-DOC1R is listed in sorting at level 1.Actually the issue is that , even the payment exceptions are being captured in the DMEE file that is being downloaded.
We need to eliminate these exceptional items from being captured in the DMEE file that is getting downloaded. Actually , we are capturing the DMEE file after the payment proposal stage. At this stage, the exception items are being captured in the DMEE file which is not correct. We want to eliminate these exceptional items from the file.
Can you please suggest if this would eliminate the exception items from the file and also can you please let me know , where i can change the DMEE file properties.

Srikanth .Goto transaction DMEE, select your DME tree, goto DME Tree properties, goto tab "Sort/key fields".
Also check levels. Insert field DOC1R in Sort/key field at appropriate level (usually level 3).
Alternately you can also go to DMEE tree through FBZP. Select payment method in country and click on payment medium format setting, then DME Engine. -

Problem in transfering the Document from CRM to R/3
Dear CRM Experts,
I am working in CRM 2007.
we connected the CRM 2007 with R/3.
In CRM we creating the Service order -> Service Confirmation -> Return Order.
When we create the Return Order in CRM it Copies the Document and creates the Same Return order in R/3.
But in our case it is not creating the return order in R3 and i am getting the Error message
"An error has occured in the system R22CLNT787 while copying the document
Message no. CRM_ORDER_MISC 020
Diagnosis
Errors have occured while transferring the document into another system. Remove the error messages from the enclosed log.
Transmission log
Object link not known in CO (Notification E IAOM 019)"

AshokWe had a similar error in transferring documents in the other direction, from R/3 to CRM. During the transfer, SAP carried out the following steps:
1. Transfer R/3 object to CRM
2. Create 1Order Object in CRM
3. CRM send BOR object (log sys, GUID, obj type) of 1Order Object to the R/3 object
4. R/3 attaches the BOR object under linked objects
5. R/3 sends a response with the success/failure of the operation in Step 4.
6. CRM receives the message and writes it to a log
We were missing Step 4. (We are using Case Modeller in R/3 FSCM Dispute Management, so we had to attach/activate the link between R/3 and CRM in that step).
Check CRM transaction SMW01 to see your message logs. Perhaps they will offer more insight.

I have a problem in our DME file for Germany. During payment proposal when I checked the generated DME file the amount in it does not tally with the amount in the payment proposals. It excludes some vendor or document.
Any expert there could help us.

My case is a little bit complicated:
I had an iPhone, which was backed up with a Windows XP computer.
Then I bought a MacBook Pro, and I transferred the iPhone backup file to the MacBook Pro's corresponding location.
Then I bought a new iPhone, and I plugged the new phone into the MCBK pro.
But iTunes does not tell me how I can restore the new iPhone 4S with the old backup file.
What can I do?

How to add new fields to the DME file in F110

We have a requirement add new fields to the file that is used in F110.
.I did go in to DMEE transaction but I hae no idea how to add new fileds to the existing file.

There is no function module for that, We have created our own function module and attached to that field.
Refer the below code. This will fetch the document number.

Problem while opening the excel files
Hi
In my system , i have excel reports in my server disk . And i am opening the excel files through an action class like /viewReport.do?id=23 .....and thus from the action class i open my excel file .
After opening one excel file , i try to open another excel by clicking that link , then my system often hangs else excel shows an error saying "a report with name viewReport.do is already open " even though both of these files are different on the server
How can i avoid this ??
The reason why i am opening the excel file through an action class is , i need to perform some operations before opening that excel report
i tried by setting the

and i kept on changing the names but that doesnt work

I notice that you are using Office 2010, does the issue occur only with 'Reachlocal.xlsx' or every existed file?

Problem when modifying the jar file of a portal component
I get the umelogonbase.jar from the com.sap.portal.runtime.logon component, extract it with winzip, do not make any changes to the source code, then re-create the jar file and add it back to the component. Now, when I deploy the component to the Portal I get the following error:

I am doing this because I need to change the texts in the umelogonbase.jar, so this is the first step to see that the component still runs once I modify the jar file.
Note: I create the jar file by creating a jar-type project in NWDS and then exporting the project as jar.Do you have JDK installed? If not then please install it by downloading from http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html. Install it in your local machine. Then inside the installation folder\bin folder you will find the jar.exe.
Also create the environment parameter named JAVA_HOME and set the value as the installation directory of JDK for example JAVA_HOME=C:\j2sdk1.4.2_13. Also add the following to your Path environment variable
C:\j2sdk1.4.2_13\bin;C:\j2sdk1.4.2_13\lib;
these path names should vary depending upon your actual JDK installation folder name.

Problem in Unzipping the zip file

I have created a program to unzip the zip files in the folder named after the zip file
it is working well well when u try to zip zip files put in a directory
i.e u create a folder name contents and put files into that and then zip it
but when u directly create a zip file , without putting in a folder
it creates the folder and zip the files outside the folder
Another problem is that with the path
for e.g. suppose the zip file name is contents and path should show
contents/filename.txt but there are some other files whose path shows
res/file.txt. In this case it creates a folder of res and put it outside the
folder with the name of zip file

Problem in reloading the .lsb file
Hi All,
We are using a CIN function to interface an external C code and created the LSB file with required parameters. This was integrated to our LabVIEW code succesfully.
Later during the progress of the code development, we've created an additional output parameter in this CIN function. Accordingly we've modified the C code and updated the .lsb file.
We could not reload the latest /lsb file into this CIN funtion because the three options (Relaod code resource, Reload code resource From... and Purge Bad Code Resource) are appearing disabled when we right click on the CIN function.
Could you pls suggest me where exactly we are going wrong? Will there be any problem in creating additional parameters for the exisiting CIN?

At this point I would recommend you to reload all of your CINs by performing a Mass Compile. This KnowledgeBase has more information on how to reload your CINs automatically.
