Problem in updating Photoshop cc

Welcome
I have a problem of how many days with Photoshop cc which is when the product update by Adobe Krtw of Claude annex with the program, unfortunately, display my error message when you update
The message is
http://www.gulfup.com/?KLWtAC
When you open the program you receive this message
http://www.gulfup.com/?VmYI9C
Which had to be re-terracing program Aktar than once, but the same thing
Note the problem only with Photoshop and I have the rest of the Adobe programs operate fully
We wish help

At this point it is hard to guess. 8.1 just came out, so it is possible that is has some bugs. It is also possible, that photoshop is having an issue with the video card driver or any other drivers needed. Since the drivers needed to be updated for 8.1, they could be buggy.
It could also be as simple as a permissions issue. For what ever reason windows does not think photoshop has permission to save to that folder.
Have you tried running the installer in administration mode? (right click on the installer to select administration mode) Normally this is not required, nor is it advised under normal circumstances but it is there for forcing permission issues. The reason they do not advise it, as it allows a program that has other intentions to go wild on your system. But Adobe is a well known company and the file is downloaded from a secure site.
all you can do is rule out what does not work, but at the end, it may be necessary to call Adobe.
Good luck...

    It fails at 42%.

Mrumi1979 do you receive any specific error messages?  If not then I would recommend reviewing the installation log files to determine the exact error.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.

  • Photoshop CS2 problems after updating to 10.4.5.?

Anybody notice Photoshop CS problems after updating to 10.4.5.?

Hello I had the same problem
I found the following information that helped me.....
Program errors occur when software conflicts arise due to an updated operating system. You can resolve these errors when you also update the driver software that causes the conflict or when you update the operating system. Program errors can also occur because of a damaged Photoshop preference file, or if there is a problem with a phone or internet connection. The Apple Disk Utility fixes file system errors that can also cause program errors.
Error "Could not complete your request..." or "Could not create a new document..." (Photoshop CS2 on Mac OS X v10.4)
    Issue
Adobe Photoshop CS2 returns one of the following error messages:
"Could not complete your request because of a program error" when you try to open a file.
"Could not create a new document because of a program error" when you try to create a new file.
    Solution 1:
Install the most recent update to Mac OS.
    Solution 2:
    Re-create your preferences files.
    1. Hold CommandOptionShift when you start Photoshop.
    2. Click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"
    Solution 3:
    Disconnect your Internet connection.
To disconnect your Internet connection, do one of the following:
If you are connected to the Internet via a telephone modem, then disconnect from the modem.
If you are connected to the Internet via cable modem or DSL, then disconnect the ethernet cable from your computer.
    Solution 4:
    Use a disk repair utility.
Restart your Mac in Single User mode and run fsck -fy . For more information about the fsck command, please visit the Apple website at http:/docs.info.apple.comarticle.html?artnum=106214 .
    Solution 5:
Ensure that all your drivers are compatible with Mac OS X v10.4.
Determine if your printer and video card (and any other peripherals you might have) are compatible with Mac OS X v10.4, and visit the manufacturers' websites to update the drivers.
    Solution 6:
Re-create your printers in Mac OS X.
To re-create your printers, first delete them and then add them again.
    To delete your printers:
    1. Open System Preferences from the Apple menu.
    2. Select Print & Fax, and click Printing.
    3. Select each printer in the list and click the delete key (the minus key).
For instructions on how to add your printers again, see "Setting up to print to a printer" in Mac Help or search Help using the phrase "add a printer."
The one that fixed it for me was solution 6 -- re-creating my printers
I don't know why but it could be worth a try
    Good luck

  • Problem with latest Photoshop Update

A friend on Windows 7 updated Photoshop CS6 last night. He had previously updated RAW to 7.4 with no problems. When he updated the main Photoshop program he discovered in Bridge that he could no longer do a bulk highlight of images. In other words, let's say you have Bridge open with a number of images up and you wish to highlight 10 of them. You would highlight the first, click on shift, then highlight the last. Or, you could hit the first, click control and hit whichever nonsequential images you wish to highlight.  After the update, he was no longer able to do this. Only a single image could be highlighted at a time, regardless of whether he clicked shift or control. As I said, he is on windows and version 7. This ONLY occured after the update. He immediately did a restore to a date from a few days previously (losing all the work he had done but also the update) and the problem went away. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
I am not one to subscribe to conspiracy theories, please. But I do believe computer programs are extremely complex. I do believe updates bring their own bugs which in the past have needed complex fixing.  I do believe Adobe plans to push everyone into cloud subscriptions. And I do believe Adobe is simply not putting much effort into these fixes while pouring all its efforts into the cloud. As I said, has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, It is major and needs attention.

Not the cloud. And only photoshop, not extended or anything else. When I spoke to him the next day, I asked what version he 'restored' to and it was 13.0.1. So I am now totally confused. However, since his program is now working, I guess his problem is solved. I personally don't feel comfortable doing ANY updates after the problems I had trying to update RAW last November (which led to eight pages of discussion elsewhere on this forum).

  • Various Photoshop problems (streaks, updates, zoom function)

    Hello there,
since i switched from Mac to PC, i am encountering various Problems with my Version of Photoshop CS6.
I am working on a i7 Mac, 32 GB Ram, Asus Sabertooth x79 Board and a GeForce 660 Card.
Rightnow the biggest problem i am experiencing is this one:
This is what pictures randomly look like when i am reopening them after saving.
I have no idea where this comes from. Its happing with Pictures i shot with my Leica S2 and my Nikon D800E.
Second Problem (no longer a porblem, got this one fixed):
I am not able to update Photoshop
    Error code: U44M2P7
    Third Problem:
Once i am using the magnifier in Photoshop the pictures window will resize. This can be pretty annoying. I have both options turned off, means it should not resize. Its working perfectly on my iMac.
    Thanks for helping,
    Nick

Yes, you can get similar patterns from RAM or VRAM failures.
If other applications that use OpenGL show similar problems, then you may need to replace the video card or RAM.
IIRC that update error is because the updater can't find some components - as if they'd been deleted or moved since Photoshop was installed.  The usual solution to that is to reinstall 13.0 then reapply the updates.
(and yes, I wish the updater/installer provided more useful error messages)

  • Problem updating photoshop cs5 to read raw

I cannot read raw files( new camera) on cs5  and when i want to update photoshop  it doesn't work ? why the update photoshop  doesn't work? thanks;)

Generally speaking, Adobe stops updating older versions to be able to read raw files from newer cameras when they release a newer version of Photoshop.
First you need to determine whether Adobe has released support for your new camera in your version of Photoshop.  To do that, look at these two pages. You'll want to find out the earliest version of Camera Raw that can support your camera, then what version of Photoshop can run that version of Camera Raw.
Camera Raw plug-in | Supported cameras
    Camera Raw-compatible Adobe applications
If you find your camera is supported by your version of Photoshop, you need to download the latest update for Camera Raw.  There's more information on how to do that here:
    Keeping Photoshop Up-To-Date
If your version of Photoshop cannot support your camera, you can download and install the latest version of the free Adobe DNG Converter, which can take your raw files as input and put out DNG format files, which your version of Photoshop can open.
Photoshop Help | Digital Negative (DNG)
The DNG converter DOES work, but if you want maximal quality from your raw files (not to mention the convenience and ease of use of directly opening your raw files) you'll want the latest version of Photoshop.  Adobe has made substantial improvements in raw conversion quality in recent years.
