Problem in updating Template in SMartform
Hi Abapers,
I have few templates in my Smartform. The width is currentl set to 15 TW for these templates.
I want to change the width and make it as 28 TW. I am able to save and activate the Smartform after making these changes.
I am to see the changes when i go back into the Smartform.
But when i logoff and login back to SAP using the same client. I am not able to see these updates.
This is happening only when i am changing the width of Templates. I made few code changes and window positioning,
these are getting updated and working fine.
I am not able to figure it out why i am not able to get the Width upodated for templates.
Could you please help me out in getting the width of templates changed.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Regards,
Manpreet Singh
Hi Suman,
The changes are getting lost when i logout and login back to SAP.
In Current session i am able to see the changes. But changes are lost as soon as i end up my session,
but this is happening only in case of template box width. All other changes are retained between my various SAP sessions.
So wanted to know if any other value is over-writing the template box width values.

Hlep.. Problem when updating aspx templates
Hi there, I-m having a huge problem when updating pages from
a .asp template, it replaces my 1 line of code
with <%@ Page Language="VB" ContentType="text/html"
ResponseEncoding="iso-8859-1" %> and errases the resto of the
attributes i have on each page, making it unfunctionable.
Does anyne know why the template when updating does that?

Please help noob debug why updating template duplicates content
Please go to
http://www.mmssupplier.com/
to read the code and help me figure out how to stop my pages from
duplicating content or a partial table whenever I update my
template. It only does this to some of the pages that I built from
the template. I'm not a code expert and cannot figure out why it is
doing this. On that link the header and content on the bottom is
the one I want, not all that top duplication, thanks, I really need
help.Hmm - then it's hard to imagine what you might be doing to
cause this
anomaly.
The good news is that your template is pretty OK. The
validator only finds
5 errors there -
1. Error Line 69, Column 41: there is no attribute "height".
<td><table width="100%" height="110"
border="0" cellpadding="0"
cellspa
There is NO 'height' attribute in any HTML specification for
the table
tag. Since you cannot reliably use this attribute, you should
just remove
it from your code.
2. Error Line 88, Column 320: value of attribute "align"
cannot be
"absmiddle"; must be one of "top", "middle", "bottom",
"left", "right".
ight="37" border="0" align="absmiddle" id="home2"
/></a><br />
The absmiddle attribute is similar to the table height
attribute - supported
by some browsers, but not valid HTML. Just remove it.
3. Error Line 92, Column 260: value of attribute "name" must
be a single
token.
jpg" alt="health_issues" name="health issues"
width="130" height="37"
border=
You cannot assign a name value that contains spaces.
4. Error Line 92, Column 314: value of attribute "id" must
be a single
token.
30" height="37" border="0" id="health issues"
/></a><br />
You cannot assign an ID value that contains spaces.
5. Error Line 127, Column 61: required attribute "alt" not
specified.
ea shape="rect" coords="2,2,125,31" href="/index.html"
/>
All images on the page should have either a descriptive alt
attribute value,
or an empty one, e.g., <img alt=""....
Fix those errors, please. Then we can re-examine how you
might be stumbling
onto this duplication in your pages.

Error code 2 when trying to update template
I'm using CS4 and haven't had any problems with my templates until today. I made changes to the non-editable region and when I go to save, the pages won't update. I get a message that says "error accessing file "....index.php": file not found (error code 2.)
My template isn't even saved as .php, its a .dwt. I haven't moved it at all, changed the folder name, nothing, and I checked the site cache and it's fine. Anyone know what's wrong??? help is much appreciated!There should be only 1 AP Divs on the template- I have used them in other places on child pages, but just 1 in the template. I did play around with them when I first started the page, but I thought I had deleted them. Would the ones from the child pages show up in the template's code?
I have no idea what an ICE site is- how can I know if it is? I've only used DW for about a month, I did a tutorial and have been using a book but obviously I screwed something up. I have been following fairly simple instructions for how to create a site- where did I go wrong??
When I validate, I only get 1 error. Any help/resources you can offer is extremely appreciated!

SpryMenuBar.js
This file handles the JavaScript for Spry Menu Bar. You should have no need
to edit this file. Some highlights of the MenuBar object is that timers are
used to keep submenus from showing up until the user has hovered over the parent
menu item for some time, as well as a timer for when they leave a submenu to keep
showing that submenu until the timer fires.

"Update Template Files" not working, Dreamweaver CS5
"Update Template Files" does not seem to be working in Dreamweaver CS5.
After making a change to a template and saving it, I get the "Update Template Files" dialog box. It lists all of the files based on the template. So, I click "Update". Then, the "Update Pages" dialog box appears. Any files to be updated already open in Dreamweaver are modified correctly - in memory, that is. However, closed files do not get modified. The "Update Pages" dialog box seems to just get hung up. It just sits there with a status of "Updating...".
Is this an installation issue? ... a template issue? ... or what?
FYI: I am using the 32-bit version for 32-bit Windows Vista.Not that it will be of any use, the template is here: http://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B4haLf-RrxgTZjVhYzEwOWYtNmMyMC00MWVmLWJiNDgtYTYzM2QzZDI5Zm Fh&hl=en
There have been, of course, numerous updates to it since the problem disappeared.
As for the specifics of what I was trying to change when the problem was first encountered, I was attempting to change a link URI in the navigation bar. However, any change at all would end the same way, with a locked up template synchronizer (or whatever the mechanism is called). Just before I gave up testing, I was repeating the process of simply adding a space anywhere and removing it in order to trigger the modified flag. -
When I am applying an update templates file.dwt to the
current page (Modify - Templates - Update Current Page), an error
message pops up
Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004
There is an error at line 16, column 87 (absolute position
664) of "N:\20-Marketing-Comms\Marketing\WEBSITE\BHRC

Does anyone know what this means and how do I get around it?
Thanks.> Does anyone know what this means and how do I get around

Yes - it means you have a problem with the current page. Can
you show me
the page (please post a link to it, if you can)....

CS4 Master Collection - Problem Applying Updates
Hi
I'm running the CS4 Master Collection on Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit, SP2.
Normally I have no problem applying updates to the various Adobe components when they become available, however for a while now I've been unable to instal an update that's reported as being available for Adobe Media Encoder 4.1.0.
If I run the "check for updates" manually I can download the update (reported as being 63.7MB) and when I attempt to instal it the installation process appears to run. It finishes after a while and the Adobe Updater reports "The Udating Process is Finished" in a single dialog box with a single button entitled "Quit" - which seems odd as "Quit" implies "finish earlier than planned", I'd have expected something more in line with "All done", something like "OK".
Anyway, when I run the check for updates again I'm told about the same update implying that it wasn't applied successfully.
I get this behaviour whether I run the update as an Administrator or not (all other updates for other products are applied without problem). I also get it regardless of whether or not I reboot the machine after trying to apply the update.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be causing the problem ? I couldn't find anything obvious or obviously relevant in any of the Windows event logs on the PC.
Thanks for any ideas
SteveI am having the same problem. I found a forum that suggested this. Apparently it worked for some people, but not for me. Let me know if it does:
1. Start -> All Programs -> Accessories
2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select "Run as..."
3. Run as Administrator (even if you are logged in as Admin. You need to run in the Black Command Prompt, not the White one)
4. Run: regsvr32 JScript.DLL
5. Then run: regsvr32 vbscript.DLL
(dont forget the spaces, or it won't work)
6. Then try running the set up again
As i said, it worked for some on the forum, but not others (like me). Try it and see if works for you -

In updating iPhoto 7.1.5 to 9.4.3 I have four different Libraries. Is there a problem in updating all four Libraries from 7.1.5?
No. Once you have upgraded iPhoto to 9.4.3 launch it with the Option key held down and select each library in order. iPhoto will convert the library to the new version.
As always, be sure you have a backup copy of each library before proceeding.

I got some problem in update statement.Can anybody discuss with me regarding my problem? Below is the occured problem.

When compile it, no error, when I start to run my program, the programs interface is shown, but the following error was appearred and data cannot be updated, can anybody tell me where is my mistake?

return result;
}//end of this methodHi Kevin,
According to the code you have posted, it looks like you are missing a space between "SET" and "last_name". I suggest you add the following line of code:
System.out.println(sql);
before the invocation of "executeUpdate()".
I also suggest you add the following line of code:
e.printStackTrace();in your "catch" block.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck,
Avi.
