Problem in upgrading version. downloading perfectly but its not installing automattically

I have iphone 4 and version is 4.3.1(8G4). I want to upgrade it. When i can connect with ituens and i gave update. But once the update is finished and its not installing automatically and it says OK to disconnect. I did 2 times this. Please help me regarding this. how to upgrade it.

Again I have tried with this. the below msg is coming and I have given Download and update.
Its downloading perfectly but not installing. in left side coumn under device in itunes i am not finding any update button also. also i have read the link which you have given. its for the restore. any other way to do this.

Next time an app update gets stuck try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons for10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait till your iPad starts on it's own. Try now. Also YouTube is still available. If you can't find it the the app store go to the bottom of the app store page and tap purchased. All your deleted apps will be listed and you can reinstall YouTube from there.

Download the official version of Firefox 4.0.1 here: <br />

Then un-install that Yahoo branded version and install the official version.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. If you are unable to install the software update, you may need to plug the iPad Mini into a power source. If it is below a certain percentage in power it will require power to ensure that iPad Mini does not loose power when installing.
