Problem installing old adobe creative suite

I'm trying to install an adobe creative suite premium for a 1.3 mac on a recently acquired Mac OS. It is not letting me because the power PC applications are no longer supported. Does anyone understand that?

Apple no longer includes support for Rosetta which is required to run applications created for the older Power PC processor iMac's. Apple began the transition to Intel processors back in 2005, and has been using Rosetta as a way for PowerPC based software users to transition to Intel based systems. With the release of Lion, Apple no longer supports Rosetta.

A. With Mac OS X Lion, Apple no longer includes support for Rosetta, which is required to run PPC code on Macs with Intel® processors. Creative Suite 2 software was created to run on PowerPC hardware on Macs and will not be able to run on Lion. Additionally, older plug-ins as well as drivers for printers, scanners, and other hardware peripherals that require PPC support will no longer work with even the most current Creative Suite products without Rosetta.

I went into the PC settings and tried to change the display resolution. This changes the size of all the icons (not only Adobe) but it does not solve the problem when I open an Adobe application (Photoshop or Illustrator)... The PC is run under Windows 8.1 and my display resolution is 3200x1800 (but again, when I change the settings for a smaller resolution, only the size of the icons is affected. Once I open the software, the problem is still there, extra-small toolbars...). Help!!!

Anything before CC is not high-DPI compatible. Feel free to continue to experiment with your system settings.

How can I re-install my Adobe Creative Suite 6? Installation was idle when installing AdobeHelp

I've problem re-install my Creative Suite 6 Master Collection for almost all applications. Installation was idle/stop when installing AdobeHelp, I've already tried to let the installation process ran for almost 24 hours, but it's still idle, so I cancelled the installation.
I've tried several times, and the result is still the same. It's idle when installing Adobehelp
And there is no feature/option in the installation menu to not installed Adobehelp.
Before re-install, I've used AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, because I can't installed adobe illustration that I've not installed yet before and the installation crashed.
So I follow the instruction till I get suggestion to download AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool. and I ran it and choose all cleaning.
Now I still have problem to re-install my Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection.

System information:
Laptop Dell Vostro 14", Intel Pentium i5, Ram 4GB
OS Windows 7 Home Basic
Is that enough? do you need more information?

You can uninstall the software by going to Control Panel > Programs
You can also use the Creative Suite Cleaner tool ( Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 ) to remove the software completely.

YOu are long past any upgrade cycles and need to buy a new CS6 license at full price or sign up for Creative Cloud.

My mother purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard back in 2012. When she purchased it for me, i did not need it at the time. However I am now a second year architect major at Hampton University and i need the Adobe Suite to use for my representation class. So i decided to finally open the box this semester and install but it wouldn't let me install because i have a MacBook and the adobe suite is for windows. My mother paid $350 and i still have the proof of purchase. What can i do or you guys do to help me install my purchased product? I have the impression that my mother wasted her money. Please help

In your case, I'd highly recommend switching off auto-renewal once you've purchased your annual membership. You can make changes to your Creative Cloud subscription on the My Account page on Adobe.com: https://www.adobe.com/account.html Just click on "My subscriptions and services" in the far right column. Once your full annual membership commitment ends, go in and make sure your annual membership has fully expired and does not automatically renew. Then all you have to do is purchase your 12-month pre-paid from Amazon and make sure you use the same account information you used in your first subscription.
The only fee that you could encounter in this process is if you decide to cancel your annual memberships early: (taken from the Creative Cloud FAQ)
If you decide to cancel a 3- or 12-month prepaid membership purchased at a retailer or online store, you will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the time left on your membership. To cancel your membership, contact Adobe Customer Service.
To cancel a one-year membership, you can either go online to the Account page on www.creativecloud.com or contact Adobe Customer Service. If you cancel your membership before meeting the 12-month commitment date, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount left on your contract.
So make sure your full annual membership does not renew after your commitment date!
After your annual membership expires or is cancelled, the applications you have installed will be deactivated and you won't be able to use them. You don't need to uninstall and reinstall them - you'll just need to enter your new subscription information in the Application Manager the next time you reopen the applications.
