Problem logging into creative cloud for updates - Unknown server error working fine with my laptop but this error comes up everytime I try to update adbobe cloud programs on my main PC?

    The other day when i clicked on my creative cloud desktop shortcut I just got a blank adobe creative cloud screen there is nowhere to enter username and password.
    I can't seem to work out the issue and need to sync my files again.

    Just wondering if anyone can assist still not sure what to do about this problem was thinking about re-installing creative cloud desktop.
    I still get a blank white adobe login screen when I try and access creative cloud from my windows 7 laptop to sync files or update my adobe applications (see image below).This login worked fine until about 4 weeks ago.
    When I login to creative cloud in my browser my files are there up to the point of the last sync.
    I did try and use Adobe chat but they just advised to call customer support on 800-833-6687 but this call would cost a fortune from the UK.

    I have Lightroom 6 (not CC) on a Windows machine.  I'm prompted to log into Creative Cloud when I restart my computer (I don't have, use, or pay for Creative Cloud), and then when I launch Lightroom, it tells me to use the application I have to log into my Adobe account...AGAIN!  And then to further add insult to injury, I'm prompted to enter in the license number of my product.  I've gone through this process a dozen times now...SCREAM!!!

    Paulou12 what type of a Creative Cloud Membership do you have?  You can find details on how to update Lightroom using the Creative Cloud Desktop application at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
    Finally if you are in a managed environment then please work with your I.T. department to apply the update.

    Window > and select Libraries By default it should appear in the tabbed panels above the layers panel with adjustments and styles

    I can log into adobe.com to access everything about my account, even reset passwords but everytime I attempt to log into Creative Cloud Desktop, it immeidately reads You Have Been Signed Out.  The subscription is active and current, nothng in the firewall or seervices appears out of order.

    Please follow this step by step procedure:
    1. Open a Finder window, select Go>Go to folder option, type in ~/Library and hit enter.
    2: Now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/.. folder.
    3: Delete opm file under OOBE.
    4: Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
    5: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same location.
    6: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
    7: Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
    8: Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.

    If you are not able to proceed to the sign out step trough the Creative Cloud Desktop Manager, please follow the steps below then :
    Delete the OPM.db file :
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.
    If you are not able to find that file, please check the following link, that may be because your library is hidden.

    I'm using an iMac previously used by a past employee. It is running OS X 10.9.3. Using the CC application, I have logged out of his account and into my own. When using other applications such as Photoshop and After Effects, my account is the one displayed in the menu. When I use Dreamweaver however, the past employee's account is displayed in the menu, and when a sync is attempted, it displays his account info.
    Is there a way to use my own credentials to log into Dreamweaver separately from the CC app, or to force a sync between the CC app login and the Dreamweaver login?

    Initially I was emailed a response to open port 443.
    for five servers-  this has been done.
    But I still get the message
    This section of Creative Cloud is experiencing unexpected server errors.
    Our IT director indicates the problem is not local, but is a problem with the Cloud.
    Now what?

    This is my first day of switching from Dropbox for file management, so it figures there world be some issue or another... anyone know how long will this be a problem for?

    I hadn't used it in the past day or so.  However...I updated earlier today to Mavericks 10.9.4 on my iMac.  After rebooting I found that my Desktop creative Cloud application used for downloading programs and updates will no longer sign in.  It looks like it is trying but the little progress wheel for the application just spins..not the Mac pinwheel but the spinning indicator in the CC application.  Thinking maybe something got hosed somewhere I uninstalled the application and am having the same problem with a fresh install.  I was thinking that perhaps it wasn't compatible with OS X 10.9.4 but now I am thinking it may be Adobe after seeing some other posts about problems with the service.  I did make a clone of my system before I updated Mac OS X just in case.
