Problem: no country in the iTunes U country-list

If I want to make a new lecturer account in iTunes U, how can I make it if there is no my country in the country-list?

Sorry, but iTunes U is available only in specific countries. If your country is not listed, iTunes U will not be available to you. When, or indeed if, Apple will expand iTunes U to other countries is something none of us here can say.

I would like to know if Apple is planning to add more African countries to its list of Itunes Store countries (and if so aproximately when).
NYC or in London.
Here is my issue. I have moved from London to Abidjan (Ivory Coast) over a year ago and my foreign bank cards have recently expired which means any payments with these are now impossible. I will get my new cards during my next trip to the UK in 6 months.
I have been trying to make several purchases and most recently to upgrade from Mac OS 10.6.8 to OS X Mountain Lion but I can't because it is currently impossible to change the Itunes Store country to IVORY COAST/ Cote d'Ivoire (from the United Kingdom).
To top it off, although it is now possible to make iTunes payments trough www.clickandbuy.com (was excited and went through the process of setting up, verifying and prefunding a Clickandbuy account to make my OS X Mountain Lion payment) iTunes refuses a payment if the country of the credit/debit card registered with Clickandbuy (Ivory Coast) is different from that of the iTunes store country (United Kingdom).
This is a huge disappointment because I fail to understand why one would use Click and Buy or Paypal or ay other similar secured online payment service to make a payment in Itunes if one can use iTunes directly. What was the point of adding Click and Buy as a mean of payment in the first palce? and if they were able to verify my account, then why can't Apple do the same especially when I am an existing client?
Seriously this means Apple customers from certain African countries are being discriminated, if I was based in Cotonou or Accra, I would be allowed to change my store to Benin or Ghana and make payments with a local credit card. This is not fair.
Apple pls you have to do something about this Country issues in the iTunes Store!

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

I have the same problem on the latest iTunes software and Windows 7. My window is maximzed and I do not see any tab for photos. Seems related to a recent update (IOS7?) as this was there - at least before the very big change to the interface.

How do I change my credit card billing address to another country? The iTunes billing address edit only offers an option for a different State, but my credit card billing address is now New Zealand.

I recently moved out of the US to another country and changed my billing address at my credit card company to my new country. Now iTunes won't let me edit my credit card billing information because the "edit" option on the billing address only lets you change states, not countries. There is a non-spendable balance on my iTunes account because it's an odd amount, and iTunes won't let me change my iTunes store to my new country as long as there is a balance showing in my US iTunes store account. So I'm stuck. I can't spend my balance in my account. I can't change the balance to a spendable amount because iTunes no longer accepts my credit card because my credit card's new zip code billing address doesn't match my iTunes account. I am stuck with a similar problem. I moved from Ireland to the UK but for some reason, iTunes would not let me change the country in my payment information, it remains Ireland. I do not have any credit to spend and I still cannot change it. I even set up a new iTunes account and the country still remains uncangable. Hence, I cannot add the details of my UK card as iTunes believes it is set in Ireland. Have you managed to solve your problem?

Are contents of the ITunes store country-centric

In the iTunes store I am offered podcasts and some albums, but cannot see any songs library to buy songs. Someone mentioned that the store contents are country-centric. But why can users located in India not be permitted to buy songs? If I visit the US will my store display songs?
Or, am I doing something wrong?

"Too Many Redirects" problem when linking to the iTunes App Store... weird

I've done a decent amount of searching on this issue and I haven't really found anything that addresses this problem... basically, whenever I (using my iPhone/Safari) try to click a link to the App store; I get:
*Cannot Open Page*
+Safari cannot open the page because too many redirects occurred.+
I'm actually developing a site right now for an iPhone game; and I was using the link to Shazam as placeholder until we have our app approved. I generated the link using the iTunes App Generator - http://ax.phobos.apple.com.edgesuite.net/WebObjects/MZStoreServices.woa/wa/itmsL inkMaker - which gave me the code I pasted at the bottom if anyone is interested.
This did not work; but I figured the issue was on my side so I started to trouble shoot things. So the first thing I did was search "Shazam" using my iPhone's Safari browser - and the 3rd result is the App Store link:

I've used both my iPhone and the iPhone simulator (part of the SDK) to test this, and I've used different ISPs just in case there was something in between. *Same error.*

This is my first support discussion post so sorry if it's too rambly or if I'm asking about a well known issue - but I really looked into this one and I'm wondering if it's pandemic or rare.

What you can redownload will depend upon what country that you are in - music, films and TV programmes can't be redownloaded in all countries, audiobooks and ringtones are one-time only downloads. What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes (if content providers/rights-holder have removed items from the store then they also won't show for redownloading)

About De-authorizing Computers (contributed by user John Galt)
You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.

How do I remove a 'ghost' speaker from the iTunes (AirTunes) speaker list?

Moved to a new apartment and set up my Airport Expresses again in various rooms, including one in the living room until I got the surround sound system wired and working ("Living Room").
That's now done and I've taken down that Airport Express since the Apple TV manages streaming through the new speakers. However, the "Living Room" speakers (now disconnected) remain in my iTunes AirTunes speaker options list:
I've restarted the computer and made sure that that Airport Express isn't listed in the Airport Utility. Is there a .plist to delete that won't cause trouble?
