Problem of GL ACCT in PO creation

while creating PO for consumables materials (widout mat master) following error appears.
" GL acct No. 55000104 can not be used. (please correct)
Msg. No. ME 045
Diagnosis: Comparison of the field selection string from GL acct 55000101 & account assignment category K reveals that there is an incompatible combination of field selection for field group & cost center.
The GL acct field selection is stored in Table T 004F, that for acct assignment is stored in table T162K.
Can anyone guide for the solution.

This is a field compatibility issue..
You can check with FI Person for setting it...
Else..
If you know the Field Status Variant Assigned to Your co.cd.
Just go to Transaction :OBC4 and check for the co.cd
Also take the field status group assigned to your GL Acct:55000101 from FS00,
Check the Feild selection for the Status Variant v's Field status grop in OBC4 by double clicking on Field Status Grop on to the left of table...a
select Accunt Assignments..and you can change the Field Status to Supress,Optional,Required.
Now again do the process of creating PO for consumables,it will allow

Problem with 661FM-L Running Content Creation

I've been trying to run a session of Content Creation 2003 on this board all day. It continues to error out with the following error
Winstone 2003 Timeout
Please close the Premier application and then press OK.
According to their web site it's a problem with the nVidia driver. However, the stated problem is two years old and the driver they recommend is badly outdated. I initially saw this error with the MSI MX4000 video card installed, then I removed that and now I'm running it with the embedded video only.
Still getting the message.
Any thoughts?

Problem in HR Custom Info Type Creation

Hi,
Created custom info type from PM01...
Activated... This is working fine in the System and Client where I created.
But its not working from other client..?
I am getting error by saying that Info Type is not created... All the Structure and PAXXXX table got activated in both Clients.
Earlier we faced same problem, at that time our team made some changes to info type and probelm resolved.
I don't know where and what exactly we need to do...
But,
One of the problem I identified is,
We are not getting T591A, T591S tables at Subtype Tab, Subtype text tab in INFOTYPE CHARACTERSTICS.
I can enter these two from TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES... but when I generate all aobjects from PM01, these two values getting deleted from INFOTYPE CHARACTERSTICS.
(Above may be the reason)
Please let me know if any solution for this.

Problems from oracle designer to database creation

i am getting the following problem when creating a database using oracle designer:
"has no role cannot regenerate"
this is specific to the primary keys of each table
has anyone come across this before? any ideas guys?

LSMW Problem RFBIBL00: No acct no.was transferred in field BBSEG-NEWKO

Hello everyone,
I am creating a LSMW to transfer Financial documents.
I used object 0100 (financial documents), method 0000 which uses program RFBIBL00.
I maintained Field Mapping and Conversion Rules, where I added an account for the next item line in the BBSEG structure. Later, when I display converted data the field BBSEG-NEWKO is filled with the value 506410!!!
But when I finally start the Dirct Input Program I get an error: Document 1 record 2 : No acct no.was transferred in field BBSEG-NEWKO.
Does anyone have an answer to solve my problem?

I have the same exact issue, and rather than opening a new thread, I thought I'd first ask you to clarify this a bit for me.
I am also using BSCHL in the BBTAX structure, as I see no other place where I can pass the posting key.
I also have to use BBSEG-NEWBS for the next posting key, as well as BBSEG-NEWKO for the next account number.
At the last line item of a document, I put "/" in the fields NEWKO and NEWBS, hoping that the program will take that as a hint to finish the posting.
Instead, the error I get is the same: FB145, saying "No acct no.was transferred in field BBSEG-NEWKO".
You said the problem was that you've used both BSCHL and NEWBS. Could you please tell me the correct way of using these fields? I have to use them, since I'm posting with PKs 15 and 05, and I must specify this somewhere...

Maintainence order bapi problem - to get time of MO creation

I am using
BAPI_ALM_ORDERHEAD_GET_LIST to get maintainence orders from ECC
It is giving me details like who created the order and when.
I also need to find out at what time the order was created.
But the return has 9 output time data and i am not able to understand which of these denote which time field returns the MO order creation time
I also tried
BAPI_ALM_ORDER_GET which gives back the details of any MO but
again i face d the same problem.
Can anyone help me to find the field which stores
the time at which MO is created.?
Also if possible can one please explain -
what do all the various time fields denote?

I think it is ACTUAL_START_TIME field.
But anyways after executing the BAPI, You will have all the Order details in the return parameter.
Go to AUFK table give one order number to AUFNR. And check the entry date and map the value to the return parameters in the BAPI

Problem when saving business partner on creation or changing

When i create a business partner in fmcac1 it is taking an eternity when saving. i am also encountering the same problem when saving changes in transaction fmcac2. its hanging when i click the save button but if i terminate the job the changes woul have been made. what might be causing the problem.

well there are really many possibilities for that.
have you once waited, if the task will finish?
if it does finish i would suggest to do a SQL-Trace with TA ST05.
If this is possible, the performance trace will show you quite by detail where your process time is beeing used.
To find out why so much time is used in that position then is another thing.
But once you got the problem identified you should be able to exlude some reasons like (inperformant selects or such).

I have created a Project Mask as TW-X-XXXX-0-0-0 . Subsequently I created a Template TW-X-XX99 also .
For creating a new Project (using CJ20n) with a copy option based upon the Template project , I had given new Project as TW-A-RS10 .
Here in the newly created Project , the various WBS appearing are as TW-A-XX99-1 , TW-A-XX99-2 . However We desire that these WBS must have appeared as TW-A-RS10-1 , TW-A-RS10-2 .
Kindly guide us as what steps we should follow to resolve this problem pl .

Step 1: Tr.Code:CJ91
            Create the Project Template as Level-1 as TW-X-XX99
                                                             Level-2.1 as TW-X-XX99-1
                                                             Level-2.2 as TW-X-XX99-2.
        Once you save the Project, release it to create your operative project by using it.
Step 2:Now Create your Operative Project By using above template.
            1.Goto CJ01, then enter the following inputs.
            2.project def. : TW-A-RS10
            3.Project Profile: As required-mandatory
In Template Section give the following Template Info:
            4.Std. project def.: TW-X-XX99
            5.Enter.
            6.Now you can entered into project Definition screen.
            7.Click on WBS Icon on the header.Now you will entered into WBS Element hierarchy Screen.
         8.Here select all WBS elements.
            9.Click on Replace button on the header.

Problem with SLD and Creation of JCo

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with the SLD and the Creation of JCo on the Portal, in trying to create the JCo always tells me that the name used there in the SLD, being that the facility is new.
Who performs the installation, set in the SLD the ECC 6 PRD, delete it to see if I could create a JCo but still the error again when creating the ECC 6 PRD in the SLD I said that already exists and can not create it.
I found a forum which recommended re-import the cimsap .... .... zip and zip CR_Content which would clean everything, I managed to import the zip cimsap ... but in trying to raise CR_Content gives me the following message "All incremental updates of the selected aggregate import for export SAP_CR line have already been loaded before. You require a newer import to update your current content SAP_CR version 4.11." .
I recommend, do the installation again, reload the cimsap.zip and CR_Content.zip a copy homogeneous.

The "SLD" with which I am working up to Portal, the "ECC" installs itself as "ABAP.
Who did the installation and initial configuration, do not leave any documentation about it.
Now I need to create the systems and "JCo" necessary to enable them to implement the "ESS", but errors are presented above.
Some days ago I managed to update the CR_Content, which allowed me to create the "JCo" but at the time of the test, says' com.sap.mw.jco.JCO $ Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE "name or password incorrect .
I managed to also create the portal systems, "System Administration -> System Configuration -> Content Portal" and to test it fails on "Test Connection with Connector", which as noted is associated with the connectors "JCo".
For the creation of the system, I think I should create something in the Visual Administrator ", but within the documentation that I do not see anything about it.

Database creation problems and parition consolidation

This is my first time on here so please look past my green-ness. =)
I Installed Oracle 8.1.7 successfully and opted to setup the database creation later so I could put the database on another partition. Well, I tried once to create the database on the partition I installed oracle onto (/oracle) but I had insufficient space, It said I needed 1.3 gigs. My "/database" partition is only a 1 gig parition (and /oracle is 2 gigs). My plan was of course, to seperate them.
Ok, I didn't see an option to create the db on another partition so I resigned to using /oracle. My question now is, is the 960 megs on /oracle enough to create the database? I used the custom setup so I could see how everything was broken down and I noticed that my rollback segment is 500 megs. Is this necessary? Can I get by with 100 megs and be fine? Also, if I did do this, I'd have approximately 100 megs free for data, this is enough I hope??
Lastly, I need to combine the partitions somehow without effecting /. The hard drive is broken down into:
gigs
5.5 /
2.0 /oracle
1.0 /database
Does anyone have any ideas? In windows, I used partiton magic but I don't know if there is a linux version.
One more thought (last one for real =), it had 50 megs allocated for it's shared memory pool. I'm assuming this will take away from the 128megs I have thus effectively making only 78 available to X, will this cause any noticeable problems other than a bit of slowdown? I have most if not all of my virtual memory free at all times. I know I should get more ram, but you know how the budget thing goes...

Try running the catalog and catproc sql scripts.
$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib
$ svrmgrl
connect internal
@catalog
@catproc
That will set up all of the internal views and packages that
oracle needs to do DDL.

Installation problem on Vista

I'm unable to successfully get the SOA server up and running on Vista using Oracle database 10.2.0.4.
When starting the SOA or BAM server, the system responds after a while that the server started ok, but the deployments apparently fail.
I have the following questions:
1. I followed the document "Oracle Fusion Middleware Quick Installation Guide for Oracle SOA Suite" 11g Release 1 (11.1.1). The version is Beta Draft: 2009-03-27. Is this the version to use for the April 10 release?
2. When installing, the only problem I saw was during the creation of the ESS schema with RCU. In the installation manual it is not listed as a required schema for BPEL or BAM. Is it ok to ignore this schema?

I also get an error with ESS schema - though a different one than you emailed to me. I'm using XE database and Windows XP.
The document you have for installation is the right one and I agree that you don't need the ESS schema for SOA/BAM.
I don't recognize the error you see in the Admin Server log. Would you confirm this is after the Admin Server is in the RUNNING state and while you are starting the managed server? Are there any errors in the managed server log?
We did have one PM install on Vista and he had to disable ipv6 which is the default on Vista. Here is a forum discussion on it:

You may also encounter the network issue described in the known issues doc (eventually - you don't see the problem until you are deploying your project from jdev).

Creation of Sales Order from Service Order

Hi All,
I am usind BADI Workorder_update and method at_save to create a Sales Order while saving the Service Order.
I have created the ZBAPISALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 which is a copy of BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2(Since order type was ZDR).
I have written the following stmt for Debt Memo.
            BUSINESS_OBJECT         = 'BUS2096'              " Debit Memo
This BAPI is working fine and giving the Sales Order Number as a pop-up for information.
But now, the problem is coming with Service Order Creation (In the transaction IW31). It is giving short dump while saving the service order after creating the sales order.
I have checked in the standard code of Service Order. Dump is coming at

With my code of BAPI, it is returning sy-subrc = 01 (Object not found).
Without my code of BAPI (Standard code of IW31), it is returning sy-subrc = 02 (status not active) which is the right one.
