Problem of licence & reset of presets when updating your products

Hello,
Each time I update my subscribed applications ( After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom ), I have to redownload and relaunch Application Manager.
Then After Effects asks to relogin et it's ok. Same for Photoshop.
But all presets and configurations are gone.
For Lightroom it asks my for a serial number (the first time I bought it I had one and it works) even if I'm on subscription. And it resets all my custom develop presets, export presets etc. The catalog are ok but your udpates waste my time about each time.
I used the Adobe reseter and cleaned everyting to start over (full uninstall / reinstall )
I checked the hosts file
I checked the language parameters
Now so what ? Please advise

    Did you make a backup of that data via the command line in the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer) with that website open as posted in that thread?

    anything that's not music, photos, apps, etc. anything that is not whatever is shown next to the other on the bottom of your screen. for example, if you look on your phone at settings, general, usage and click on any of the apps it will show you how much the actual app takes up and also how much documents and data it has; that documents and data portion will be counted as other. most phones that are operating normally have around 1gb of other so if you have a lot more than that you probably have a corrupt file or something. in that case search "removing other from iphone" will help you, but usually restoring is what will fix it.

    Is there any sort of error message on the payment details screen on your account ? If not then if you enter your card's security code does that trigger an error message ?

  • I keep receiving error code U44M1i210 when updating CC products since yesterday

    All my CC products are returning me the same error code when I try to update since the 12th Jan. This is the full message for Dreamweaver: "There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I210
    Dreamweaver CC Release – December 2013".
    I have tried via the individual product, Help, Update....it still doesn't work.
    I have reported via Online Chat - they told me I needed to call the helpdesk team. I waited 33 minutes and hang up as I was fed up with waiting - please help.

    I have found a solution that worked for me. The PC that I was trying to update kept failing no matter what solution I tried. Each time I tried to update, the progress bar would always start at 51%. Telling me that the download was done and that the problem lied either with the files themselves or the ability to extract them properly.
    I asssumed these bad files were held somewhere in my Windows User Profile. So, I logged on as a different user and this time the Updater started at 0% telling me that I was getting a fresh download.
    So far, I have been successful updating through the application itself - Help menu... Updates... and through the CC Desktop application.
    I still do not know what is wrong per se, but I do know that by logging in a different user, I was able to get a clean download and a successful update.

    I had this same problem.  Even though I updated and even changed CC's in my iTunes account and there was no balance on my account....THERE WAS A BALANCE on my daughter's account that through the family network was tied to mine as the family manager.  Even though all the accounts are paid by my card, I can't see or clear balances on other family members.
    My daughter had to go into her account and enter (or have me enter) the 3 digit security code from the current (updated) cc to clear her balance and cease this darned error.
    Now we can updated, download, and so on.  What a pain.
    In short if you are getting this error, especially if you CC information recently changed (expiration, number, sec code)... make sure none of your connected family members made any purchases between the time the CC info changed and you updated the iTunes account.  If they did...THEY MUST CLEAR THEIR BALANCE to clear the error message.

    Everytimes when I try to download something SAP ERP or for the Solution Manager I got the Message Update your productdata. I know the notes that you have to upload the productdata and I've done this.
    Now I am not sure what is wrong. Has someone an idear what the problem is?

    Hi Thomas,
    Basically based on the error "Update your product data", literally means that the product data is out dated and out of sync. What you need to do specifically is to implement some corrections for SAINT/SPAM to skip this check.
