Problem on apple id signed on device

hi to all concern,
i have a big problem on my iphone5 device,my son borrowed my device for a months and when he gave back to me i discover that he put apple id on apps store,coz everytime when im connect to wifi the message popup on screen to enter apple id password.the problem is he dont know the id and password coz he tell me that one of his friend putted on the device,another big problem is there's no chance to ask he's friend the acount already signed to my device coz he's friend died on accident..so ive been search to google and i got solution,the solution is to create my own new apple id and sign to my phone,so i do yeterday and apple confirmed my new acount and activate to my device..after that ive try my device to restart to check if my proccess will applied and to check also if old apple id signed is fully deactivated..then after restart my device the old acount still signing in to my device coz activation screen asking for me again ..ill try to sign my new apple id it doesn't work but the screen gives message on me that the old acount is temporary deactivate,after that message another activation again popup on my device screen and when im trying to put my newly created apple id it gives another error on me (password invalid)but when im trying to login my newly apple id on itunes it doesnt gives me any problem and success to login everytime,even on icloud support there's no problem to login my user id..i already email to support apple 4 times for my problem included on request that the old apple id will delete and my password to device login will fix but they not replied on me ..now the status of my device is hang on activation,im so disapionted this problem coz if im not do restart my device i think i will use up to now even popup massage everytime on screen that needs password..i need advice what should i do especially to the apple representative here that can read my post now...thanks to all and im sorry for my bad english

thanks for your concern,but sir the status of my device now is on activating mode only,i can't access now on menu that's why im very disapointed to my problem now..my wish for now is to give me concederation from apple support to please delete the old apple id and insert my new one ..my info on my device is only IMEI and Software Version and also one thing that i can give info to apple service support are my newly created apple id wich they activate already coz yesterday i can access to menu and all apps on my device before when im do restart..
any advices to all concerns is very much apriciated especially to the apple technical or support staff.

Yes another user with problem with Apple Mobile Device Support, I am getting the error message: Service 'Apple Mobile Device'(Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Vertify that you have sufficient privileges to start system service....I hit retry and it came up again. I hit ignore and it prompted me to hit finish so Itunes can open. I looked thru alot of these posts on here to try and resolve this problem myself but it's not working too well...I downloaded Itunes to my desktop so I can right click it with the program i downloaded called WinRAR. I extracted it and then went into the folder called Itunes64setup. I saw the file called AppleMobileDeviceSupport64 in there so I began to try and download it on it's own. Well that didn't work as I planned and got this error message:
Apple Mobile Device Support wasn't installed on your computer. The installer encountered errors before Apple Mobile Device Support could be configured. Your system has not been modified. To retry these operations at a later time,please run the installer again.
Well I tried to run it again and came up with the same message...I see that some people got great support to help them so I am hoping someone can help me as well. I know "b nor" is very qualfied and hopefully can help me! Please advise what I can do. Thank you

You need the previous owner to unlock it, unless they do you have a brick there is no other way .
iPhone was probably stolen if you purchased on eBay, claim and get your money back

There are a few reasons why you might receive this message after installing iTunes. You may need to verify that iTunes has been completely removed before trying to install again. See this article for the steps to completely remove and reinstall iTunes:

Could Not Sign In: A server problem is blocking Apple ID sign in. Try signing in later.

After a successful iOS 5 upgrade to my iPhone 3GS, I began going through the setup wizard the phone takes you through upon initial use. However, I'm unable to make it past the part where you are supposed to "Sign In with an Apple ID". The steps to reproduce the problem are:
Click "Sign In with an Apple ID".
Per the "Have MobileMe and an ITunes Account?" instructions, I opt to type in my MobileMe e-mail address (e.g. [email protected]) and password.
Click "Next".
Specify birthday.
Click "Next".
Click "Agree".
Click "Agree" on popup.
A popup error is produced which reads "Could Not Sign In: A server problem is blocking Apple ID sign in. Try signing in later.".
Click "OK" which takes you back to the initial sign in screen.
I have tried logging in since 2am ET. It is now 8:17am ET. The server should not be down for over 6 hours. Any ideas?

If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Enter "BOOT_TIME" (without the quotes) in the search box. Note the timestamps of those log messages, which refer to the times when the system was booted. Now clear the search box and scroll back in the log to the last boot time when you had the problem. Select the messages logged after the boot, during the time something abnormal was happening. Copy them to the Clipboard (command-C). Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
For example, if the problem is a slow startup taking three minutes, post the messages timestamped within three minutes after the boot time, not before. Please include the BOOT_TIME message at the beginning of the log extract.
If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message.
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

Still in Console, look under System Diagnostic Reports for crash or panic logs, and post the entire contents of the most recent one, if any. In the interest of privacy, I suggest you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if present (it may not be.) Please don’t post shutdownStall, spin, or hang logs — they're very long and not helpful.

help! I updated to iOS 6 and then my ipad had to be restored. After a day I finally got it to where I go start restoring it from icloud...now I get as far as trying to sign into my apple id and it says " a server problem is blocking apple id sign in"

First we aren't Apple just normal users just like you.
Second provide Apple a feedback or send them a mail.
Third they will never send you a free iPad Air.
If you want one you have to buy it. (go for refurbished if the device is too expensive) or look for special prices.
Contact iTunes support if you have a problem with an App.

Tried to reset network settings ...only fixes it for 15min. Did a firmware restore and a clean new phone setup. no settings restore. still have network service after around 60min. still running 6.1. i do get a prompt that i have to update settings to LTE. Have not excepted the settings as yet. Cellular data is still set to 3G....

I set up individual Apple ID's for my children so that they could have their own Apple ID on their individual iPad minis (gifts from grandparents last year). When I go to iCloud under Settings, I see my Apple ID listed at the top, then my children's listed under Family Sharing. So the device is still using my Apple ID for iCloud, iTunes, etc., correct?
To "assign" their own Apple ID to their own iPad mini, I would need to "Sign Out" from my Apple ID. When I attempt to do so, I receive a warning that all of the Documents and Data will be lost/deleted.
So, instead of doing this, I figured out that I could do what you suggested. Signing in using a child's Apple ID will allow her/him to use Game Center, FaceTime, and Messages just fine. However, using their Apple ID for iTunes & App Store proved to be a problem: Purchased Music and Movies appeared in iTunes, but my Purchased Apps did not appear. Some Apps even disappeared, e.g. Proloquo4Text (a $99 app to help my son speak with his iPad).
So I reverted to using my Apple ID for iTunes & App Store, and I get everything that I want, EXCEPT for the iCloud storage for each Apple ID.
So that's when I started wondering how Family Sharing was really benefiting me ~ It was a lot of work (deleting apps to allow space to download iOS 8, etc) without any benefit that I can see. UNLESS I find a means to allow me to sign in each iPad's iCloud account with a different AppleID, then perhaps restore the Documents and Data from a backup? Would that work?

settigns>itunes and app store to make sure you are signed in.. If you are, you will see your account name..... anyhow, click your account name, sign out and sign back in
also go to to settings>general>reset and reset network settings... if that doesnt work settings>general>reset and reset all settings!
one of those shall work. The last step would be to restore your device (apple.com/support) HT1414
