Problem pairing with bluetooth and Mi Band Device.

Hi, I have problem pairing my Iphone 5 to a my Mi Band device. After turning on my Bluetooth in the setting page, my iPhone just keep on goes into searching mode and does not detach anything. Please help. thanks

The hardware certification requirements for 2.2 are pretty strict and the Ziio doesn't meet them, but they're opened up for 2.3. If the Ziio gets the android market, it will have to be running 2.3.
Will the Ziio be upgraded to run on 2.3? It's possible, but up to Creative. That said, my hope is that most compatibility issues are addressed with 2.2. The only things I missed were Skype and Flash, and that should be fixed with 2.2.
And now that I can update my Rhapsody software, kindle app, and shop for a few games on the Amazon market, 2.3 isn't that big of a deal for me.

Your iphone is right, it is not supported. The iphone's bluetooth protocols do not include file transfer, but are intendes only for headsets, stereo headphones, cars, and keyboards.

  • IPhone6 won't pair with BlueTooth on MBPro

IPhone6, iOS 8.1.1 won't pair with BlueTooth on MBPro nor can I use it as Blue Tooth "hands free" device in my car. Blue Tooth is enabled on the phone and on the MBPro.  I try to "connect to network" on the iPhone, using BT preferences on the MBPro, but get the message "can't connect" . On the MBPro, have gone to Sys. Pref., Network, can see the phone but again get the same message when I try to connect.
On the phone under the green button (which enables) the BlueTooth, I see the word "other devices" and a spinning beach ball as the phone tries to find additional devices but no joy.
Have Googled the problem, am reading similar issues - people seem to think it was the new iOS 8.0 and 8.1.1 was supposed to be a fix but it isn't.  Any thoughts out there would be much appreciated.

Great - finally got our iPhones6 "discoverable" on our car. Whew!!!  Thank you so much.
But, still can't pair our iPHone with my MBPro.  Follwed directions on your link but no joy....<sigh>
The MBPro does NOT find the iPhone device. Don't know why......
However, the biggest problem is solved, hopefully.....that being the car/phone connection.
    Appreciate the assistance.
    thx

Why my Iphone4 don't detect my Ipad2 with bluetooth and opposite

    I have the same problem.
I also need both devices to detect each other because some software like scrabble require the bluetooth connection so play. I am also using Conference and Remote (recommended by Apple!) which are also able to use the bluetooth connectivity

What problems are you having? Did you follow the directions that should be in you car owners manual?

I have a MBP retina and I am having problem when my bluetooth and wifi are both active. My wifi is totally unusable when I am connected to via bluetooth speaker.

Chances are you mis-typed a character in the Wifi password and the devices saved that information.  Now whenever you try to connect the device refers to the wrong password and the Jetpack does not accept your connection.  Tell your devices to forget the wireless connection and start over.
Once you enter the proper WiFi credentials the Jetpack will allow you to connect.

  • Which NB100 comes with Bluetooth and the sim card slot

i am wondering which model come with bluetooth and the sim card slot,

I was a little disappointed the Bluetooth is missing on the NB 1000 12A, agreed the Bluetooth logo is on the left side of the box although the actual product spec sticker is on the right side and it only mentions wireless b/g.
Some of the listings for this model online do say it has Bluetooth although its evident its not included.
I have ordered one of these to cover the lack of onboard Bluetooth support:

  • Great problem with bluetooth and MIDP devices

    Hello all,
I'm making a client/server application with bluetooth JSR82 Serial Port Profile (SPP). The clients are mobile phones (J2ME application) that want to get informations from a server (J2SE application) that publishes a service.
My system works well with Sun Wireless Toolkit: it works fine also if I try to start a lot of servers and a lot of clients and a lot of other bluetooth device.
When I install it on actual environment like a personal computer with BlueCove stack and mobile phone like Nokia 6600 it works ONLY if there are 1 client and 1 server.
The problem is that the mobile phone doesn't find the server if there are other Bluetooth devices enabled!!!
I've made a lot of changes in my code but it don't work!
At first my client application works in this way:
    1) start finding Bluetooth devices
    2) a device found -> start finding services on this device
    3) a server service is found -> stop device inquiry and connect to the server
    4) else client continues to search devices and iterates like above
This solution works WELL on Sun toolkit but not on Nokia 6600 and Bluecove. So i changed it in this way:
    1) start finding all bluetooth devices
    2) after device inquiry stops:
3a) start finding all services on first device found... waiting for end
3b) start finding all services on seconddevice found... waiting for end
    3x) ....
    4) connect to the first service found
Also this solution doesn't work with Nokia 6600 and BlueCove!!!!!!!
    I'm getting crazy!!!
    Thanks,
    Renato
    ps Sorry for my English...

  • Macbook automatically pairs with bluetooth speaker device

    Hi
I've got a little problem with my Macbook (late 2008 aluminium unibody).
I have a Belkin bluetooth device that is connected to my surround sound system so that I can stream music from my Macbook to the sound system.
When I leave the bluetooth on my Mac switched on (not paired with the Belkin device however) and I let my Mac go into sleeping mode. Then when I power up my Macbook again it pairs automatically with the Belkin device. I don't want this to happen because if I want to use the device I want to select it in the bluetooth menu in the top menu bar myself.
I had the same problem with OS X Mavericks, but after a reinstall of OS X (which I did for other reasons) it didn't pair automatically anymore. And now since my update to Yosemite I have the same problem again. So there must be a way to fix this.
Does anyone know a solution for this?

I found this hit better https://discussions.apple.com/message/22091984#22091984#22091984

  • Thunderbolt wont pair with bluetooth devices

have tried to get it to pair with the following devices, with no success:
    plantronics voyager pro (brand new)
    LG HSB-200 headphones
these devices formerly all worked perfectly with our BB storm, LG 8000 series and droid I
    please help!

Same problem here - my Thunderbolt will connect and disconnect repeatedly to my vehicle. I reached out to HTC and received this response:
Thank you for replying to my email concerning the connection between your Thunderbolt VIA Bluetooth to your vehicle. The Bluetooth stack in the Android Operating system for the Thunderbolt is different from the Bluetooth profile that is used for the Motorola [Droid] X. The device is not compatible with the Bluetooth of your BMW. There is not an option to force the device to stay connected if the device will not stay connected.
Unfortunately it looks like I'll have to take back this wonderful phone due to a silly issue like this

  • Problems with Bluetooth and stablity post Portico ...

I updated my Lumia 920 on ATT with the Portico update the day it came out in order to get the daylight camera improvements.  I started having problems after the update, ironically problems that the update was supposed to fix:
    1) Bluetooth connection with BMW does not stay alive, drops after a few minutes
    2) When Bluetooth is connected, don't get sound and don't transmit sound.
    3) Just the other day, the phone frooze while connected to Bluetooth.  Had to put phone on speaker while calling, when I ended the call, the phone frooze.  Had to soft reset, but still have problems with bluetooth stay alive.
    4) Random reboots.
WIshing I had not done that update.  Any way to roll back?

Unfortunately, seems like it . I would let the battery drain flat, then take it back to your local AT&T store and ask for a replacement. If they are being less than helpful, contact Nokia direclty by clicking the Nokia Support link at the bottom of this page.

  • Problems with Bluetooth and the Lexus GS350

I have an 07 GS350 and I had no problem syncing the built in Bluetooth to my Blackberry but I cannot figure out how to sync the iPhone...it seems to "see" the phone but I can't figure out how to put in the 1111 it asks you to enter...
Has anyone else figured it out or had a similar experience?
MacBook Pro   Mac OS X (10.4.10)   iPhone

I paired my Lexus IS250 by going into the "Settings" feature of the phone into the "General" section and then by selecting bluetooth and turning it on -- it was off when I got the phone. Once I did that the iPhone asked me to enter the Lexus key and then once that was entered on the phone, the car and iPhone "paired". What I am having trouble doing is uploading my contacts list from the iPhone into the Lexus' phone management database. In the short term I manually entered a small group of important contacts.
