Bonjour, j'ai récemment du restaurer mon ordinateur à son état initial et j'ai donc dû réinstaller tous mes logiciels, dont Photoshop Elements 6, que j'avais depuis 2 ans et qui fonctionnait à merveille. Une dizaine de jours après l'avoir réinstallé, celui-ci ne fonctionnait plus. Je m'explique : Quand je l'allume, le logiciel s'ouvre, puis une fenêtre "Photoshop Elements 6" blanche s'ouvre, puis un message "Photoshop Elements a cessé de fonctionner". J'ai essayé de désinstaller, puis réinstaller, rien n'y fait. J'ai donc restaurer mon ordinateur a une date antérieure, puis réinstallé, et ça marchait de nouveau. Seulement le problème est revenu au bout de quelques jours... Je désespère, s'il vous plait aidez-moi. Je suis sur un portable windows 7 64 bits.

I have just done a clean install of Snow Leopard (after wiping my hard disk), then restored my system (without applications) from my Time Capsule. I have then successfully re-installed most of my software.
However, after re-installing Photoshop Elements 6 from the original DVD, I get the following error message:
Licensing for this product has stopped working. You cannot use this product at this time......
This appears as soon as I attempt to run the program from my Applications folder and Elements closes as soon as I click OK and does not allow me to input my license key.
Anyone any ideas?

most Adobe products work by the licencing system installing some sort of "correct" answer-code when adobe connects to verify the authenticity of your product. I think, you may have to contact Adobe.
When I ran Macromedia Dreamweaver, you were able to "transfer licence" (PRIOR to uninstalling from one machine and installing on another), which would send the signal to "free up" the correct (and authentic) licence and then install on your other machine. This facility has been removed (no doubt to protect the product) and I had to pay for a new disk (a bit of a pain); maybe you are luckier but check adobe's help site:

It will install as a fully functional 30 day trial. Entering your serial number will convert it to a permanent version, Standard or Extended, depending on what serial number you purchased.

Using OS 10.9.2 on an Intel Mac, my CS3 Photoshop says . licensing for this product has stopped working.' I've reinstalled and attempted to use the fix in the Adobe website. However the fix will not work on an Intel Mac only a G5.

For Intel Macs running 10.7 and above, there is a python script that you copy and paste into Terminal. Have you tried it?

Depuis hier je n'arrive plus à utiliser les filtres « bande-dessinée » et « plume et encre » de Photoshop Elements 11 pour Mac. Pourtant ils fonctionnaient très bien avant... J'ai déjà essayé certaines des solutions proposées comme de remettre les préférences par défaut, mais sans résultat.
Y a-t-il quelqu'un qui pourrait m'aider avec ce problème?

Photoshop Elements 12 installed on my PC has never worked.

My Photoshop Elements 12, which I installed as an upgrade to Photoshop Elements 11 on my PC running under Windows 8.1 has never worked. In cannot find a catalog. My Elements 11 worked fine under Windows 7 and still works fine after I upgraded to Windows 8.1. I have spent hours on the phone with Adobe techs and have had my local PC professionals examine the PC. They both concluded it is a bug in Windows 8 but if so I do not know to proceed. Help would be most appreciated.

Premiere Elements 11 - Delete and Close Gap has stopped working?

Editing my music video. At 2:35:22 I can Delete and Close Gap OK but at the previous clip at 2:34:15 clicking on Delete and Close Gap will delete the video but won't close the gap! Any suggestions? It's Adobe Premiere Elements 11 and running Windows 8. Everything has been OK until now.

The Delete and Close Gap issue relates to what is above or below the place where you want to delete and
close gap. And, also as presented in the blog that I cited previously.
When you are forced to do the manual delete and close gap, the dangers reside in disturbing the existing
Timeline in doing so. For that we need to discuss the use of what are called keyboard modifiers as part of the move.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 has stopped working... how can I make it work?

Hi. I have just bought a new copy of Photoshop Element 9. It installed OK, but when I try to open the Editor, I get the message "Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem", followed shortly by the message "Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available". The only option then is Close Program. The Organizer has the same problem.
Does anyone know how to get it to work? It hasn't just stopped working, it has never worked at all. If anyone at Adobe are monitoring this thread, please can you tell me what the problem is and how to sort it out? I tried the Adobe call-back service but all I got was a computer phoning me up, and no person available.

Please try couple of probable solutions as mentioned below:
Solution 1:
1. Close Elements.
2. Launch the Photoshop Elements Welcome Screen and hold down ctrl + alt + shift as you click Editor.
3. Continue to hold the keys until you see a message box asking if you want to delete Photoshop Elements settings file; click Yes. Elements will open with default preferences.
Solution 2: In case any network printer is attached try to launch without network or printer uninstall or make different printer as default.
Solution 3: Try launching with anti-virus off or removing PSE from conflicting list.
Solution 4:
On the drive on which you have installed PSE,on my machine it is on C:
Go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 10\Locales\<locale>\Plug-Ins\Import-Exportand you will find twain plug-in. Remove that plug-in from that location and copy it somewhere else.
Now launch PSE and check if it works.
