Problem purchasing Adobe Webcentral forms software

I tried to purchase this software of Adobe webform central but it displayed a message of "unsupported country" as I wish to purchase in Saudi Arabia.
We are much impressed with the software and wish to use it for educational purposes.
Please answer our 3 questions:
1. How can we purchase from Saudi Arabia the Adobe Websform central with full support?
2. If we purchase Acrobat XI Pro with integrated web form facility do we still have to purchase the annual subscription of USD 143.88?
3. If we purchase from Unitted Kingdom the software for Adobe webform central then will it work in Saudi Arabia?

#1- You cannot purchase FormsCentral with a billing address in Saudi Arabia.
#2- Yes, the FormsCentral Desktop application bundled with Acrobat XI only allows you to create PDF forms. If you want to move your forms online and collect data using web forms you will need to purchase the FormsCentral service.
#3- If you purchase the software from our UK store you just need a credit card with a UK billing address. FormsCentral will work anywhere once purchased.

Good Evening,
I have a problem witg Adobe Creative Cloud software for PC
I have Windows 8.0 x64. I downloaded few apps using the Creative Cloud software and had to restart my computer due to the pending windows updates. After I restarted my computer, the software didn't work proprely. When i launch it, the cloud icon is gray and when i click on it i can only see the title and nothing else (white space) Each time i close it, Windows says that application caused an error and it need to be shutted down. I tried reinstalling the Creative Cloud software multiple times and it didn't help. Is there any other way to install the software without using the app ?

Binding problem from adobe interactive form to SAP

I'm using SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio 2.0.9 SAP WAS 2004s SP11.
I'm tried to exercise with document "How ToCreate Online and Offline Forms in Web Dynpro for Java" (you can check it this link https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/4fd2d690-0201-0010-de83-b4fa0c93e1a9). I could run it succesfuly but i have a problem. I couldn't get data from Adobe Interactive form when i click "Submit to SAP" button. All field value return with "null".

check what is the cardinality of the node that bound to the interactive form.
interactive form->properties->dataSource = <xyz node of context>
goto <xyz node of context> -> properties
just change the cardinality to 1..1.
goto
interactive form->properties...
check that the dataSource and pdfSource are bound to the right Context nodes/attributes...

Problem in adobe offline forms

Hi All,
I am developing an application on Adobe Interactive Forms. I am working on the example given in SDN online, offline with file upload. Online Scenario is working fine and i could able to get the data even from back end executing BAPI.
But problem is with offline scenario, where i am uploading pdf filled with data in offline mode. I could render the pdf successfully on browser, But when i press Button the data in the PDF (entered in offline) is not passing to the controller instead it is throwing NULL.
So i could not get the result.....
I had gone through all the documents in SDN. Please suggest me some solutions..

Hi Raghu,
Yes, attribute is bound to binary & is different for datasource context structure.
It seems you have done all the things properly, only one small difference in code as I mentioned earlier.
Did you check with code in sample example at SAP Library like wdContext.currentABCelement().getAirline() ?

Problems with Adobe Acrobat Form

Hi there.
I have successfully created a form using Acrobat 9. I added to the media folder of a website that I'm building and added a link from a page to this Adobe Acrobat Form Questionnaire. The trouble is when I test it on FireFox and Safari on my Mac the form loads, I fill it out and press submit and it opens Mail and gets ready to send the attached form... all working perfect... I then go to test it in Windows XP using Explorer and Firefox and it opens the Acrobat document... allows me to fill out the form, asks me for what email method to use... but then says "The Operation is Not Permitted".
This is sooo frustrating.... can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here. The website is good to go at this stage... but this issue is preventing me from going live with the website. Can anyone help..??

I'm having a similar problem. I've created several forms in LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2 that will be used by our company technicians to gather and submit important equipment inspection data.
During development, the forms were edited many times in LiveCycle Designer and were then re-opened in Adobe Acrobat Pro to "Extend Features in Adobe Reader", to enable saving copies of the completed forms. I also set the initial view in Acrobat Pro as I'm unable to find a way to do it in LiveCycle Designer. Consequently, this back and forth process between LiveCycle Designer and Acrobat has been carried out many times on each of the forms. I'm not sure if this is something that should be avoided?
Anyway, the forms were tested and re-tested by myself and colleagues at work on company computers in Adobe Reader 9 to ensure there were no problems. Everything worked great until today. When I attempt to open the forms now, I get a prompt that says:
"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author for the original version of this document."
This has never happened before. The forms open in Adobe Reader 9 on my personal computer without a problem.
Any suggestions? I'm new to LiveCycle Designer and don't have a clue what the problem could be.

Data Passing Problem with Adobe Interactive Forms

Hello all,
I am trying to create a Guided Procedure to implement an offline Adobe Interactive form. This form is based on the standard Requisition Request form used in MSS for e-Recruiting.
I've copied the standard form and updated the layout to ZCI using the appropriate transaction (not manually). After that, I've changed the Interface and layout. But to get the Form in the portal you need to have a .xpd file. Therefore, I've tested the form in preview mode, saved a copy as a PDF file and opened this copy in the standalone Adobe Lifecycler Designer. In the standalone version you are able to save the form as a PDF (not possible using transaction SFP).
My question 1 is if this is a wrong approach and there is a better way to retrieve the xpd file.
Next to that, I wrote a RFC function to retrieve data in the backend. This function is working and now I try to pass the data to the Form in the GP (using prefilling). The data is never passed, any points that I need to check there. The data used to export is a structure that contains a number of table types, because Adobe has issues with importing tables it seems. The form is working correctly in the backend.

Problems with Adobe PDF forms in Web Dynpro Java

As of now , I have two major issues in developing Adobe PDF forms in Web Dynpro Java .
1.Text getting wrapped and repeated from the first line :
Any text field that flows to the next page gets wrapped at the end of the page and is again printed on the next page beginning from the first line .
For eg:
If I have 4 lines in a text field that is at the end of the page
1111111111111111111111
2222222222222222222222
3333333333333333333333
4444444444444444444444
and the page holds space for only two lines it prints the lines
1111111111111111111111
2222222222222222222222
in the first page and then proceeds to the next page and prints
1111111111111111111111
2222222222222222222222
rather than printing
3333333333333333333333
4444444444444444444444
2.No way to hide a page at runtime:
It is not possible to hide a page in a PDF form at runtime . If scripting is used , the page turns into a blank page but not hidden .
Any pointers on this????????

Performance Problem with Adobe Print Forms (Non-Interactive)

I have a Web Dynpro ABAP application with a print button which actually launces an Adibe print form (NOT Interactive) for the WDA data context. The scenario is for a Purchase Order in the ERP system. The problem is regarding performance when the line items are more then 150. The Adobe form is very simple WITH NO scripting and a plain tabular display of the line items. It takes around 4 minutes to load the form which has only 5 pages and is causing the WDA application to time out. Following are the configuration/Design details:
ADS Version: 705.20060620101936.310918
Adobe Reader 7.0, Version 7.0.9
Adobe Live Cycle Designer 7.1, Version 7.1.3284.1.338866
FORM Element in WDA:
displayType = activeX (Should this be native for performance improvements?)
"enabled" is not checked
readOnly = 'X'
SFP Settings for the template Form
Layout Type in Properties = Standard Layout (Should this be xACF or ZCI for performance improvements?
Interface type for the Form Interface = XML Schema-Based Interface
We are on 2004s release SP10
Specific Questions:
1) Any recommendations for the above settings to improve performance?
2) The form design is very simple with no complexity. The Table element is very basic and as per the blogs given in SDN. NO Scripting is performed.
Any help, recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sanjay,
i would suggest you to have ZCI layout (native).
Set the form properties to be cached on server (refer performance improvements in the Adobe LC Designer help).
The performance will also depend on the ADS and also the network, including the R/3, as all these components come into picture.

When i am designing Layout and when i click on SAVE, It was giving an error that
'Error while transforming object data'.
ADS and java stack are installed in the system.

We have the same problem.
At the moment our solution is reinstalling Adobe Livecycle Designer (7.1).
and only use Designer through transaction SFP and never standalone.
If we start Designer stand-alone, this error will immidiately occurs in SAP.
SAP is investigating this situation on our site.

Problem purchasing Adobe CC subscription

I tried to purchase a subscription to Adobe CC today but when doing it over the phone they said my credit card was declined due to "export restricted". Has anyone else encountered this? The Adobe team seem not to be able to do anything about it and say I need to contact my card provider. I contacted my card provider and they say no transaction was even attempted by Adobe and there is nothing restricted about my account. So I'm a bit stuck as neither side seems able to do anything. I am in the UK and my address is set to the UK on my Adobe profile and my address is in the UK according to the card provider. Is the rejection happening within Visa itself or something - i.e. before the request gets to my provider? I've never had this issue before. If I try to purchase the subscription on the Adobe website then it says my address does not match the registered address of the card. How would they know that if the provider has no record of a transaction even being attempted? I've double checked everything and the address is correct according to my provider. I'm pretty confused.

Just a thought is your Adobe address exactly the same as your card address? Do you have another card you could try.

2. During installation "MinionPro-Bold.otf" font in   C:\Windows\Fonts\ is not preserved due to some permission issues on this folder. You can do any of the following:
A. Move "MinionPro-Bold.otf" font in   C:\Windows\Fonts\ to another location like Desktop and try again
B. Give permission to Everyone on this (C:\Windows\Fonts\) folder and try again

Problem in adobe interactive form

hi everybody,
 I am doing my application in 2004s.
I have used subforms in interactive form to display a table.
My problem is i could able to bind data to it when i am writing the implementation code in WdInit().
But i have a requirement to display table rows when i click a button.
Its working but only the first row details are getting displayed in the o/p pdf form.
I could not able to solve it .
Will you please suggest me how to solve it .

Hi Madhavi,
Use a Two Level Hierarchy in your Form Designer
Level 1 --> Top Most Subform (Flow Layout, and Flow Direction - Western Text)
 <All the Static Texts i.e the Table Headers> (Non Repeating)
Level 2 --> Parent Subform (Flow Layout, Flow Direction - Table)
Level 3 --> Child Subform (Flow Layout, Flow Direction - Table Row) <All the Reapeating Data Elements>

Problem in Adobe Interactive forms' Page breaks..

hi all,
I am using Table wizard in the Form Builder to create a table. And i am binding the data to this table. The table which i have created will increase its rows dynamically depending on the number of records.
The problem is the page break is not working in my case. Means, In the OBJECT of the table, the PAGE BREAK check box is not highlighted. I cant select the page break check box.
Can any one help on how to make page breaks possible..?

'Allow page Breaks within content' is highlighted now. But now my requirement is, I have two tables one below the other... Both displaying the same data from the EKPO table. Depending on the contract the table rows are dynamically increasing. But both the tables merge together if the table rows are many..
According to my requirement, if there are 10 rows, the data must be displayed in the first table and after the first table ends, the second table shoud start and display the data. The thing is the content of the page below the table should move according to the size of the first table.
For this what are the conditions I should give in Pagination Property.
Place =
Keep With =
After =
If dataset must be paginated =
No problem Even if it is going to next page....
