Problem recurrent subscription

Dear users,
This week I got a misleading email from skype regarding my recurrent subscription. Here's the content of the email:  "Your subscription Unlimited mins to landlines 1 month has expired. Unfortunately, your payment failed or could not be processed using your current payment method ECMC-SKYPE XXXX-. You can reactivate your subscription up to 90 days after it has expired by updating your payment details in your account." Three days after I got that email, I tried to reactivate my subscription but it was not possible (and I can't get the same one, because it's not on the website anymore). Then I contacted Skype's support team online (I got the transcripts of those chats), they were very rude and didn't offer any way to solve my problem. I asked them to send my complaint to a higher level and after a few hours I was contacted by someone in "Skype Tier-2 Team", who didn't offer an answer to my problem (they said I just can't reactivate my subscription because that's only possible when you cancel your subscription and not when there's a problem with your payment). Now I'm thinking about submitting a complaint to an authority, because my bank told me they didn't receive any charge on my credit card and the information they provided in the mentioned email was deceiving. I'm not sure about how to proceed on this matter, so went online and found the following options:
1. Since Microsoft's Skype (Skype Communications S.A.R.L.) division headquarters are in Luxembourg,  perhaps I can submit a complaint (online) to the European Consumer Center in Luxembourg, here's the link: http://www.cecluxembourg.lu/online/www/contentFunction/contact/ENG/index.html
2. Similarly, since I live in Europe, perhaps I could also submit complaints to other European Consumer Centres (in my own country):http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/solving_consumer_disputes/non-judicial_redress/ecc-net/index_en.htm
3. I guess for people that live the U. S. you can go to the  Federal Communications Commission (FCC, https://www.fcc.gov), but I'm not sure if I can use that option in my case.
4. There are other borderless online services to submit your complaints (i.e. http://www.econsumer.gov/english/report/overview.s htm), but I don't know if they really work. Does anybody here have experience on this?? Thanks a lot. p.s. I've had this service for many years, it's the only way to stay in touch with my family back in my home country, and now they are trying to get rid of me, because it's better for them to have me take a more expensive service (which includes other features I don't need).

Your subscription has been successfully extended, but minutes will not be reset before 19th 17:11GMT, because this is the date and time when you purchased your subscription originally.
If you purchase subscription on the 19th then it will run till 19th next month.
Don't worry your minutes will be waiting for you tomorrow

  • ITunes 10.6 Mac Problem with Subscriptions Management

    I have my MacBook updated to the latest everything, including iTunes 10.6.
    I have noticed a problem with iTunes, in that I can log in to the store with my AppleId and buy apps, music, books, magazines movies etc and everything works fine.
    However some apps have an auto-renewing subscription and I have a problem here. I log in with my AppleId, go to manage account and am then presented with an endless loop of password requests.
    There doesn't seem to be any way to get to the subscriptions to turn them off.
    Does anyone have any helpful tips?

    I just tried this also on my iPad and it doesn't work there either. Although I can get into the account settings, when I try and change a subscription I get a big black rectangle in the middle of the screen and the iPad hangs until the screen login thing kicks in and I have to enter my pincode again.
    Maybe this is something to do with my AppleId, I can't actually believe this is a fundamental problem, although maybe  I am optimistic.

  • TS1702 Problems with subscription in newsstand.

    I've bought a subscription for a magazine through Newsstand and paid through apple store.
    Received an invoice, so everything was looking normal.
    IPC media sent a message in regards to my new subscription, that should show in my iPad shortly. 
    This all happened on the 7th November and after serveral emails to IPC Media and doing all what they suggested should check/do, nothing....
    The application is showing in newsstand, but once I want to sign in, he says "authentication failed".
    I've changed my password two times for this and received a message from the subscriber that it was successfull, however once I want to access it, again the same "authentication failed".
    Please help with this, as IPC media claims not being able to help and telling me I have to contact Apple.
    I am getting fustrated now with this, so much I am thinking to stop my subscription.
    Please advise what to do.

  • Photoshop CS6 Renewal Problem -- Infinite Subscription Screen?!

    So, recently I had a problem with credit card fraud. I got a new card, therefore, I had to change my credit card info on my creative cloud subscription. I renewed (changed) it probably around 2 and a half hours ago. And it said I didn't have any problems. And when I go to "my account," it says that my subscription is valid until March 2014. I then tried to get into Photoshop and the "Renew Your Subscription" screen popped up. I hit the "Try Again" button, and it goes to the next screen saying that my subscription is renewed and I am free to use my product. I then hit the "Continue" button in order to, you know, continue, yet it jumps back to the "Renew Your Scubsciption" screen. It continues to do this infinitely (I've waited at least 15 minutes, like the screen suggests), and I'm not sure how to get my products to work? Thank you to anyone that can help

  • How to contact support? Problem with subscription

    Hello,
    I payed today 10euros to get more credit in Skype, but then I noticed that I had only about 2 euros in my credit. Then I went to my account and I saw that I had subscribed to the monthly unlimited (which I didn't). 
    Why/how did this happen?
    I tried cancelling my subscription of the one month unlimited, but I got an error and an ID that I have to use when contacting Customer Support.

If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and - important - by choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

    I could not find any answer for my question. In addition i did not know how I can contact Skype customer service about my problem. My problem is I got charged from Skype on September 9th for nothing. please provide me with information about the transaction that occurred  on my account.

    Your account shows that you purchased subscription to Austria landline numbers, calls to mobile numbers are not covered.

  • Problem in subscription notifications

    I wanted to subscribe to a KM folder programatically. I used subscription API's.It worked fine.But I don't want to get email notifications.So I set the channel as NULL in my code.Still its sending email notifications.I have pasted my code below.

    Subscriptions are created sucessfully. But, when I go to the details iview of the folder specified in the code and click either on <b>Edit Subscription</b> or <b>Subscription</b>, null pointer exception is thrown.
    Any idea of what the issue is?

  • Problem with subscript and superscript in tables when exporting in .pdf

    When I put some words in superscript (or subscript) in a table, a bug occurs when exporting in pdf (whit export or print either). All the words in the cell after the subscript part disappear in the pdf version. The rest of the table or the document isn't affected. It's really strange and it has occured since I shifted for the 5 version of Pages...
    I've no idea what to do...

    Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on August 13th 2015.
    Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
    To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

  • Problem with subscriptions

    Hi,
    the subscriptions to KM folder with scope value "All items in this folder and subfolders to complete depth" only works to the first level, I mean, only to the items in this folder.
    I've realised that if I leave the scope value with only the value "level_infinity " (in System Administration > System Configuration > KM > Content Management > Repository Services > Subscription Service and edit susbcription service) then I doesn't work fine. Otherwise, with it's default value "level_infinity, folder, level_0, level_1, level_2, level_3" then it works fine.
    Can anybody help me?  Perhaps it's a bug?

    Ive tried that several times and the result is the same. If I leave only 'level infinity' it doesn't work.
    Moreover, I've reset the portal but the same.
    I'll continue looking for a solution.

  • Creative Zen 20gb (not sleek or anyother type like that) problems with subscription downlo

    Does anyone know whether the Zen 20gb can play subscription downloads?I have been trying, and the micro version is almost identical and can do it, i don't know why my player cannot do it.

    my zen sleek isn't on the playsforsure list yet it says it on the creative website, but if you download all the tracks into a folder and set windows media player to update the library on that folder, and sync it it should work because mine wasn't working at first on the napster program.
    i am probably wrong as for it being able to work because your talking about the zen 20gb but mine wasnt on the napster website ( or whatever you use )

    When it says 'Trial Expired', do you see an option to 'License this software'?
    If you do, can you proceed with that link, enter your Adobe ID to see if your subscription is being read and to check if your software is auto-licensed?

    I have bought subscription for call to Thailand 120 minutes but I cannot make a call. I still have full minutes left. How can I do ? When I made the call they ask for credit but WTF I already use subscription.

    Ok sombody put me on the right path with the reply post to my question about (my subscriptions) Well it turns out the reason I chose the alias originalosxmess is becuase someone else has (osxmess) And I've had several Apple IDs & passwords. The point is I'm a mess with reguards to aliases ID's and passwords well not so much the passwords anymore as is the user names I've picked out. And Frankly if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't be writing this. For Example, .Mac iTunes and the Apple store will all use the same Apple Id & password. And I didn't realize the forum was no different. So I unwittingly not only screwed up my apple id's (in my head) but I picked out an alias hear that's very similar to someone elses. I felt I picked the name (osxmess) first but hey ohwell. Now if i can remember what alias I used to get these subscriptions that wont stop coming I'll be alright. Thanks for reading

  • Problems with subscripts and Statistics

    Hello,
    1.-I would like to choose from one subscript or another with a dialog button from the main script. But when I chose one subscript, the dialog box where I choose the subdialog does not close and the subscript runs below.
    What am I doing wrong?
    I tried with: "call startscript", "call scriptinclude"....but it does not work.
    I am working with DIAdem 9.0.
    Another question:
    2.-Is it possible to store the statistical results always in the same channel, adding the results each time I do the evaluation so the channel gets longer?

    I'm not sure whether I fully understand your first question, but I hope the following example may help you: "SUD_ParameterDlg" and "SUD_CmdControl". You find the examples in the DIAdem->LIBR->AUT path.
    Each time you run the statistical calculation a new channel will be created for the results. To comulate the results in one channel you can select more than one channel for the calculation. For all selected channels the results are stored in one channel. The other possibility is to copy each single statistical value to one result channel. For this you can use the command CHD(line number, channel name).
