Problem Regarding Creating OM Infotype

Hi Experts
Very good morning ,,,,, n happy new year....
i would like to create one OM infotype .i have found some
threats in forum unable to get result. initially i have created
HRI9*** structure in Se11 then in PPCJ tried to create new
infotype but there is log for not creation of infotype and
that process stops right there only.kindly give me the
systematic step for the same.

There is no authorisation issue as such...i have just created HRI**** structure in SE11 and
then finally went to the PPCJ for creating it showing following errors.

Problem in creating 0027 infotype record in background

Hi Experts,
I am facing the problem in creating 27(Costs distribution) infotype record in back ground.
Whenever there is a change in position of the employee or when we hire a new employee (Through PA40)
i have to ctreate 0027 infotype record in background.For that i am using IN_UPDATE method of BADI
HRPAD00INFTY.
Here i am getting 2 problems.
1. I am unable to get the latest positions that is assigned to the employee.
Through NEW_IM AGE structure we can get the latest position but if a person is assigned to multiple positions for the same period then i am getting only one position from NEW_IM AGE but not all.can any body help me?
2. I am calling HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION FM to create the IT0027 record in background in the above method (IN_UPDATE). but it is not updating the PA0027 table. any idea?

Problem in creating HR Infotype

Dear All,
I am creating a infotype for HR module this is for CTC. My requirement is that what the changes made in infotype 0008 are also reflect in my infotype. e.g. in if there are 5 chages is made for employee in 0008 infotype also reflect in my infotype. how i made this in my infotype. the change date end date is also taken from the 0008 infotype.
So my requirement is all the data coming from 0008 than some addition field adding in MY infotype in case of CTC . so give me some logic how i made this.

Hi ,
To create OM infotype:
1. Go to SE11 and create a structure HRI9XXX (9XXX --> name of the infotype). Add the required fields to this structure and save and activate. then come out of it.
2. Go to PPCI and enter Infotype number (9XXX) and description.
3. Click create.
4. In the infotype category select details for the infotype.
5. Click create button. It should create the infotype.
6. Click on Check. A window with menu will open.
7. In that window navigate to Table Entries.
8. Under table Entries, select T777I and click on change.
9. It opens SM30. Click on Maintain.
10. Select the infotype and add information for "Time Constraint" and "Infotype Per Object Type".
11. Save.
12. Go back to check menu, see if all entries exist. Do not worry last 5 table entries. And you are done

Hi Experts..i have a problem regarding BAPI at the time of creating the structure.

When i create the structure for particular field it will display the message "Field name VBELN does not agree with proposed name SD_DOC for BAPI table".

Problem creating PD infotype

Initially I tried creating PD infotype by creating the structure HRI9005 and then going to PPCI to create custom infotype. Due to some reason , I had to delete all objects from the requests . When I tried to create it the next time , it is throwing me error messages as Structure p9005 does not exist, table hrp9005 does not exist . Is it something to do with my previous deletions . Any suggesions to overcome this problem would be highly appreciated

Error while creating pd infotype

Hi friends,
I am creating PD infotype which is having same structure as 1002.here i copied module pool program of 1002 to my infotype and there i made changes to fields.when i am running it in pp02 transaction it is giving runtime error create_data_unknown_type.this exception is coming from module 'initialize_dyn_tab' which is in the PAI of screen no 2000.will any one pls help on this issue.

Actually, you don't need to. System should create it.

Help Creating OM Infotype

Hi Experts,
I've some doubts while creating OM infotype. I've been reading this manual http://www.sappro.com/downloads/jan07/OMinfotypes.pdf
but, when I try to create the HRIXXX structure and save it I received an error from the package "Customer Object TABL HIRXXX cannot be assigned to package XXXX"
Can anybody help me? I'm not quite sure if this is problem for the package or for the table's naming convention. Please, can anybody tell me if the documents is still correct?

Creating an infotype composed of standard infotypes parts

Hello all,
My purpose is to created an infotype to gather several fields of some standard infotypes.
In order to do this, I started to create a new infotype 9000 copying one of the infotypes whose fields where needed in the new one.
Now I just want to add my new infotype some fields belonging to another ifp. Is it possible to add a part of a standard ifp to my new one or do I have to add my fields one by one ?

Let me draw what I see. Do you want to maintain e.g. persg, pesk from IT0001, vorna, nachn from IT0002, stras from IT0006 together from another customer infotype?
If so, generating an infotype will not have much for this. Because it will bring lots of integration problems (think of validity periods).
Regarding your proposal:
P9000 has following fields:
persg
persk
vorna
nachn
stras.
Then do not expect that it can maintain data of PA0001, PA0002 and PA0006. It will just maintain PA9000 unless you code more functionality which more or less is dialog programming. If you want just PA9000 to be filled, then you will lose many functionalities of HR system.
Since IT9000 is your own infotype, why do you need to append a customer include? If it is eligible, you can prefer appending CIs to standard infotypes.

Facing some problems in creating a custom tabs in CRMD_ORDER Transaction

I am facing some problems in creating a custom tabs in CRMD_ORDER Transaction code in Solution Manager of SAP.
Actually my requirement is adding of two tabs(one is header & another is item tab) in the above Transaction, i was able to put one tab i.e header tab but i was not able to keep item tab. i found a badi CRM_CUSTOMER_I_BADI in which documentation was given & i processed in the same way.
For information i used the Badi CRM_CUSTOMER_H_BADI for header tab which i was able to add the tab & all functions like change, save working Good.
But i want how to add custom tab in which item details were to be attached.
i was done with the necessary SPRO settings(or Tcode CRMV_SSV) & able to see the 2 tabs thats it, but the functionality save is not working for the second tab & not saving in table CRMD_CUSTOMER_I (in this table there is one CI include where we added our item fields).
And also i had a doubt whether to use ALV or Table Control. And if possible can any one can sent me the screen design & the code for the above requirement in detail.
can any one who have knoweldge in Solution Manager & in the above Badi implementation can give me a right solution which will help me a lot.

Hi,
Your question is not clear for me. Since it is a TEM infotype, it could be a PD infotype.
If you wish to create a PD infotype, use transaction PPCI to create the infotype.
But before that you need to create a structure HRInnnn (where nnnn is the infotype number) with all the fields relevant for the infotype.
If you wish to create a PA infotype, use transaction PM01 to create the infotype.
But before that you may be required to create a strcuture PSnnnn (where nnnn is the infotype number) with all the fields relevant for the infotype.

please try recreating the EJB , just check whether the home and remote interfaces and the business methods in the home and bean classes are defined properly .Also check whether the ejb editor is showing all the business methods

which says that VC7.1 can connect to SAP backend
and web services only, and there is no direct connection to the db.

Problem in creating a build.xml for weblogic portal application

I am facing problem in creating the build.xml using weblogic.BuildXMLGEN tool .
a) Below is the structure of my portal application

b) Now I executed below utility to generate the build.xml "

c) Based on the above step , build.xml got generated .
d) when I execute "ant compile" target from the command prompt , I see the below exception

a) this is a upgrade project [ upgrading from wlp 8.1.4 to 10.3.2 ]
i.e we are using weblogic portal 10.3.2 version.
b) Searched some sites/forums regarding the above error, and it says something related to "jwsc" ant task [ i.e while compiling a webservice(JWS) ], but we see this error while compiling a normal controller(jpf) class :(
c) we are using "ant compile" target which internally calls wlcompile task , while executing wlcompile this error is thrown .

I have a problem in creating a Process Chain(PC). The PC should run on first 3 business days of the month for six times i,e 6am, 7am,8am, 9am,10am,11am.
For this i have created 3 PC like BD1, BD2, BD3, and i selected the Factory calender provided workday 1, 2 , 3 and time for three chains.
Now should i schedule it for 6times in a day.
I tried creating a new job for one of PC's but i have to change the timings for every month (this is not the proper solution).
Please help me.

Hi Friend,
For the days part, you can create a new factory calendar with first 3 business days of each month only as working days.
Then in the scheduling -> Restrictions; you can mention that Factory Calendar id and select radio button for "Move job to next working day". Schedule the chain as Periodic "Hourly".
Then for the Time part -> You can insert process type "Decision between multiple alternatives" after the start variant.
After you insert this process type you can create a formula in it to check for system time. In the if condition check for system time i.e., whether it is between 6 - 11. If only the system time is between 6 AM to 11 AM only then the decision step would turn to green and go to the successor step in the process chain.
Process chain would be like:
Start variant -> Decision Step -> Rest of the chain.
So in short the factory calendar will take care of which days the chain will run and decision step will take care of the timings.
