Problem regarding WDS (roaming doesn't work)

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to implement WDS with some Cisco Aironet AP1242AGs and NPS-server as radius-server.
After having a few problems, I finally got WDS running. I dedicated two APs as WDS-masters (with different priorities) and two APs as WDS-candidates. For the AP-authentication I configured the WDS-master as a local radius-server with a local user. The WDS-candidates are able to authenticate with the local user to the WDS-master and appear as "registered" in the wds status, they also send their mobile node information to the WDS-master.
For the client-authentication I use the NPS-server.
But when a client, which is authenticed to one AP, moves to another AP, roaming isn't working and the client have to authenticate (full 802.1x-authentication) to the NPS-server.
All APs are in the same vlan (but different from the wireless-vlan for the clients!).
Do you have any ideas, why the roaming isn't working? Or do I have to configure anything special at the client-side?

Hi again, I don't know what's happen. I'm confused. First problem with roaming, right now with internet. I have got turn on access 500 mb and is not working, on this moment I must use wifi. My mobile phone is ok, because I checked also on the other.I must go to the instore, but I m shocked because I never take off my sim card, everythink was ok, the problem is from March, and sim is in the good condition. Replacement with this same no. is for free ?, and this will be the same day ?My last very important question this is no problem when I have got sim without contract ??? but I have a pin, and small book. These errors are typically resolved by performing one or more of the steps listed below:
Perform USB isolation troubleshooting, including trying a different USB port directly on the computer. See the advanced steps below for USB troubleshooting.
Put a USB 2.0 hub between the device and the computer.
Try a different USB 30-pin dock-connector cable.
Eliminate third-party security software conflicts.
There may be third-party software installed that modifies your default packet size in Windows by inserting one or more TcpWindowSize entries into your registry. Your default packet size being set incorrectly can cause this error. Contact the manufacturer of the software that installed the packet-size modification for assistance. Or, follow this article by Microsoft: How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) to reset the packet size back to the default for Windows.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, bypassing any routers, hubs, or switches. You may need to restart your computer and modem to get online.
Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.

Booting problem, mouse and keyboard doesn't work for 2 minutes

I got a brand new mac mini 2.4Ghz just 3 weeks ago, got a few problems over the last week that I've been able to fix, but now I'm stuck with a problem when booting. The booting process seems a bit slow, and once the desktop has been fully loaded, the keyboard and mouse doesn't work, and the computer is using the non-calibrated Display Profile. After about 2 minutes, the display profile change to calibrated, and the mouse and keyboard work again. I have no clue about how to fix that problem, and I'm thinking about bringing the computer to an Apple Store by tomorrow if I can't fix it.

Check your login items to see what's there. You may have too much going on at login which is causing the serious delay in loading time.
To check the login items, open System Preferences, under the System section click Accounts, click your account name, then click the tab at top labeled Login Items. If you want to remove an item in the list, click the item then click the - button below the list.

Not a discusion- a BIG problem. My Bridge doesn't work.

My Bridge doesn't work. CS5, used with Windows 7, 16GB RAM. Problem out of the blue. Message: Bridge encountered a problem an dis unable to read the cache. Please try purging central cache in cache in preferences to correct program." Did this. Problem persisted. Uninstalled total CS5 and Bridge. Reinstalled my progra. Rebooted after each step. Bridge still crashes my system. If I open a folder with 5 images it works. If I open a folder with 100 images system crashes. This is not happenign with my laptops, same CS5, same 16 GB RAM. Without Bridge I can't edit.

Have you tried clearing Bridge's preferences by pressing and holding Control - Shift - Alt while starting Bridge?
Be aware you'll need to re-setup all your preferences.

Problem with refund ( chat doesn't work )

I tried to requst a refund. I followed to instruction https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA297/how-do-i-request-a-refund . But on step 3 I didn't find option "Email support", only "Text chat support" or link to this forum. And chat does't work, I always recive messege "You are not currently in a chat session".

My problem is similar to the posted problem but not quite the same. I managed to have a very productive chat conversation. The person I spoke to sent me the "Skype refund form." I filled out the form. The response on Tuesday was:

The person I was having the chat with said he would report the problem right away on Tuesday. This is Wednesday and the problem is not fixed yet.
I am working with a Mac running OS X 10.7.5693. I use Chrome Version 35.0.1916.153 and Skype Version 6.15 (334).
Please work on this problem; let me know if there is anything I need to do. Let me know when the problem is fixed.

MacBook pro when windows 7 has startup problem and Mac os doesn't work

I installed windows 7 on my MacBook pro and it did work well. But now windows has a startup problem and "startup repair" couldn't solve it, so I can't use both Mac os and windows and my laptop has become completely useless. Any suggestion?

Reboot and hold down command-R at the sound of the chime, that should take you to the Lion recovery partition, if it does go to disk utility and see if you have an OSX partition at all.

Compatibility problem - CS5.5 plugin doesn't work with CS5.5

Hi,
I have a problem with our CS5.5 plugin, it works without problems one my machine but the customer gets the errormessage "Adobe InDesign does not recognize JOURNALDESIGNERPLUGIN.PLN as valid plug-in. Please reinstall...."
I know this message from accidentaly putting a CS5 plugin in the CS5.5 folder - but this is a CS5.5 plugin. I tried exactly the same plugin file the customer used in my InDesign and it works here. We both use version 7.5.3 on Windows.
And ideas where the problem is?

Final Cut Express was discontinued about 18 months ago, before the release of Lion (10.7). It is no longer a supported product and was never supported on Lion, nor on Mountain Lion.
While some FCE users have had success running FCE on Lion, many have reported problems including problems with chroma keying. I do not recall any solution to the chroma keying problem, but you might try searching this Forum to see what others have discovered or tried.
Final Cut Pro X is the app supported on Lion & Mountain Lion, and the future direction Apple has taken. Since your computer lab has already moved to Lion (10.7.5) and presumably will move to Mountain Lion in the future, you should begin the process of moving to Final Cut Pro X. I appreciate there are implications for cost, training, inconvenience and re-doing lesson plans. But technology moves on and at some point we need to move with it too.

Try to use "apxs" to install mod_wl.so and mod_wl_ssl.so insteadof editing the httpd.conf directly.
I don't use the pre-compile the apache1.3.9 for HPUX11.
Is there a problem for you to compile on your own machine?
The mod_wl.so is built and tested against apache1.3.12.
When you compile it, you don't need to use -eapi option.
mod_wl_ssl.so is built and tested in mod_ssl.
It should also work under StrongHold and apache_ssl.
raven_ssl for hpux11 is not currently supported.
If this is highly on demand, we will support it in the future.

Why won't HP fix all these speaker problems, brand new laptop & doesn't work

Whats wrong with HP and why won't they help there customers??? They state theres no other record of speaker issues but thats all that seems to be on the forum is speaker issues!!! Brand new $2000.00 laptop, right out of the box and it has these popping and crackiling on start up and shut down. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am going to assume that you have either taken the laptop back or exchanged it for a working one. Most stores have a 30 day window where you can do this. If you haven't done any of this, then you should. Don't waste your time on a machine that you have just paid 2000.00 $ on.
If you exchange it for a new one, try the laptop out in the store and make their problem. They may have a bad batch.
if they won't let you try it first, then get a refund and shop some place else.
Another thing that I like to do is if I am shopping on line I use my Visa card. Visa protects me against fraudulent on line sellers
(pay-pal won't). Always save the paper trail when you do a Visa purchase. It can be used to prove fraud.
I bought a LG DVD player on line and the company would not honour there 30 day return policy. I returned it any way and more than 30 days went buy. I saved everything and Visa told me what they needed and after a while my money was refunded along with all the shipping charges.
Pay-pal will only protect you against goods not received, but not the quality of goods. That means you could receive a brick in the mail and pay-pal won't do any thing.

Email Problems: WiFi Fine EDGE Doesn't Work

I can send and receive email with wi-fi no problem. I can receive when on Edge but I can't send when on Edge. Anyone have any advice? Have I missed some setting that I don't know about?

BIG PROBLEM: slider on Dock doesn't work

Hi, suddenly (after trying to install Office for Mac without any success -it doesnt accept my original validation code-, the icons on the dock became smaller, and the slider doesnt work to make then bigger, I can only make them even smaller. Also, on the "desktop icon size", the slider doesnt work, the size doesnt change even I move it all the way. PLEASE HELP!

Didnt work... Also, when I go to General and try to change the Appearance, Highlight colour, etc, it doesnt work either...
