Problem related to OSS Note - importing file problem

Hi,
I m facing an issue while implenting an oss note 430580 , i have to import files from sapserver.
but i don't know how to do it.
below is the description of my problem.
Import the following files from SAPSERV:
/general/R3server/abap/note.0430580/K000687.PLM
/general/R3server/abap/note.0430580/R000687.PLM
Import the two files into your system.
For more information on SAPSERV, see Note 13719.
Can any one tell me how can i get rid out of this prioblem.
whether this is possible or BASIS Team can only do this.
system details
Operating system SunOS
Machine type sun4u
R/3 release 4.6C

Well, these files are part of the zip.file which belong to the note. This is part of a regular transport and is normally done be basis. The data and the cofile (K....PLM & R...PLM) should be imported into your system. Before doing so they have to be transferred to the file server. Better let BASIS do these kind of things.

hi all,
i'm currently working in CRM 4.0
i have a problem in workflow. for certain condition, the value from workflow container is not transfered to the task container.
i have checked the oss notes for this problem and i find 2 notes that might solve the problem.
the 2 notes is : "Note 847122 - Workflow container loses values" and "Note 862333 - Container has obsolete values at runtime"
does any one have implement these notes or have solve the problem i have?
please help. any advice will be appriciated.

After an update it's not new the first reboot taking longer than normal
but it isn't normal if the problem stays as it is.
So try rebooting again and if it again takes longer than a minute I suggest you try the following.
Shut down WIFI and reboot
Still the same problem
Shut down Bluetooth
let me know ok?

I'm facing problem while applying OSS Note 1046758

Hi gurus,
I'm facing problem while applying OSS Note 1046758. That note is asking to create J_1IEWT_ACKN_N table.
After creating the table I went to the UTILITIES menu => TABLE MAINTENANCE GENERATOR.
Then OSS Note 1046758 is asking us to give the function group name as J_1IEFILE.
Next Choose One Step.
and then Find Screen Numbers.
While clicking the CREATE button it is not allowing me to assign the function group group J_1IEFILE.
How to overcome this problem.
Very urgent.
Any answers are welcome and will be rewarded .

Eventhough I'm not getting the those values in the respective fields.
I mean, TDS Rate, ECESS Rate and CHENCK NUMBER.
More over, I want the FROM 16A should contain the Higher Education CESS field with values.
any notes has to be applied apart from this or what....
Wht are the table I have to maintain for this in SM30.
Kindly help me... It's urgent...

You need to get back to SAP. Sometimes notes have incorrect information in them.

Did you try unchecking Sync Photos on the Photos tab of your sync settings and syncing? If this doesn't remove them, try creating an empty folder on your PC, then selecting to sync this folder on the Photos tab and syncing your phone. This should delete the existing photos prior to syncing the empty folder.
Also, you can transfer these photos to your computer if you need to by using an app like PhotoSync.

Collision with obj imported file problem....help!

The geometry is modeled in Maya... is very complicated mesh.
The problem is:.... when i walk on... the camera walking through the imported object!!

An applet is not allowed to write files.
But you can use a signed applet.

FM8 to PDF - Imported Files Problem

I have been using native .ai files for about 5 years with no difficulty and the current file with referenced ai file was created in FrameMaker 7.0 and Illustrator CS2. I have been revising a number of files and the problem appeared only at this time. I think there may be a problem with the Illustrator/PDF settings because I could create the graphic as a PDF but not an eps file. the resulting PDF when referenced in the FrameMaker file did not print either.
There were some font warnings when I updated the Illustrator CS2 file to CS3 format.
I had another file that I revised in FrameMaker but did not change the Illustrator file (CS2) and the resulting PDF printed the graphic fine.
I am trying to check my Acrobat settings and Illustrator settings.

I am trying to implement a OSS note ( 1077403) using SNOTE transaction. When I download the note, the status of this note is u201CCan be implementedu201D. It creates few standard programs which are utility programs related to Unicode conversion. While implementing this note, I am facing the issue "Objects can only be created in SAP package" and some of the objects in the note are not created. The note status becomes u2018Incompletely Implementedu2019.
Can you please suggest what could be the issue?

you can use transaction SNOTE to implement the version for Basis Release 6.20 and higher.

Import file - problem

When i import the any file ( video, music or picture) AE CS5 sending me message:

Yes! i restarted my computer and it is exact wording of the error message.
I have windows 7.
And some new details:
1) If i import file from program menu:
AE->File->Import->"any file"->after effects warning: Error with file "any file"
2) If i drag file from any location to AE:
After Effects error: could not convert Unicode characters.

LR 4.1 RC Does not import files

I use a Lexar USB 3 card reader to import files created by my Canon 5d Mk-II. I click on Import on the lower left corner of LR, point to the drive which displays the files on the card. But when I click on Import LR simply sites there with the progress bar at the top not moving. I waited for quite a while several times and the files did not copy and import. Then I copied the files using Windows explorer to the folder where they are kept and tried to synchronize the folder but that option was not avaliable from the right-click on the folder name context menu. I have to shut down LR and restart before the Synchronize Folder appears again.
Another, and possibly related anomaly is the number of files LR report that could be imported. The number is always wrong. For instance, there may be 25 files sync but it reports something like 172.

A new catalog with nothing in it imported from the Lexar USB 3 compact flash reader. I am traveling abroad and do not have another card reader. However, after the successful import into a blank catalog I imported a few more which hung up as it did in the old catalog. I was able to delete all the imported images ending up with a blank catalog and reimport a couple of sessions in succession. In one of them I observed something but could not replicate: LR imported files that were not marked rather than the few I selected. The ones it seemed to have chosen were short video clips. Since I have not been able to replicate the problem, I am willing to explain that as my error although I was paying particular attention to exclude the video files. I guess that's why this is called "human error"!
If the integrity of the original catalog I was using is compromised what is the solution? This is a rhetorical question since all the files will be transferred to my desktop computer anyway. I tested the sync folder option, which reported 151 new files. I instructed LR to sync thos files and LR went through all the files and ended up with a blank display of files to sync. I optimized the catalog and tried the same, it still shows 151 files to sync, which is obviously not correct.

I can not import files into Itunes.

I can not import my music and video files from the my documents folder to Itunes. When I try the file will not show up in Itunes.

Could you give us a little more specific information as to the source & format of these files? Those 2 things might be causing the problem.

Lightroom 5.3 will not import files

Suddenly getting message "Some import operations were not performed" and "The following files were not imported becsuse they could not be read" followed by a list of the files selected for import. Was working fine the day before.
Using Mac with OS X 10.9.2 and reading .NEF files from camera or card reader.
Import works with LR4.4 so don't believe hardware is the issue.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled LR5.3, but getting same message.
Really stuck at this point. Any help greatly appreciated.

I am now having the same problem. On my recent trip, I had no trouble importing. Now a few days later, with the same computer, same camera, same SD card, same card reader and same destination folder and import options the import functionality hangs and I have to force quit Lightroom.
No folder permissions have been changed. I am the administrator and only user of this mac. I clicked on your link above but it didn't take me anywhere with an answer. I have even tried copying the pics from the SD card to my hard drive with same result.
I have got to find a solution to this problem -- I didn't spend thousands of dollars on a new computer and cameras just to get stuck at this point. I don't want to abandon Lightroom and seek alternate software, but I will if this issue can't be solved.
Obviously I'm not the only one having this problem.

DVD Studio Pro not importing files

I am using FCP 6.0.1 and trying to import files from compressor to DVD Studio Pro.
I am able to import mp4 files using the latest version of compressor, however unable to import mv2 (mpeg2) files. Also I am only able to import certain mp4 files but not all.
Typically, I used FCP to directly output the files into mv2 files- and those are able to be imported by DVDSP. However, if I use compressor, then the files don't import.
Anyone know what's going on and why my DVD Studio Pro is so picky?

Not really what you want to hear I suppose but maybe invest in a test system to tryout updates before updating crucial systems. Not sure leaving Windows will solve all your problems...
I am running FCS2 on a MacPro and everything is holding up ok so far, its actually running a lot better after the updates touch wood.
Hope you get some answers to help you out. Have you tried other assets to make sure the assests aren't the problem? and so on...

Bridge not importing files into After Effects

From AE I go to File > Browse in Bridge...
Bridge opens up and I find the file I want. If I double click the file, an AI for instance, it opens the file within Illustrator. I could find, double click it, and it opens in Photoshop.
I feel as though I'm missing how to import files into After Effects by using bridge.
I'm running CC 2014 on a Win 7 machine.

Probably an issue with whatever created the files in the first place. WMV doesn't have Alpha, but can have multiple streams... anyway, AE is crap at dealing with such stuff, so convert it using an external tool like Handbrake or whatever...
