Problem Seeding/Creating Database Copy

Question

Good Morning,
     I am getting the following error when trying to create a DB copy in our DR site. I have tried to delete and recreate, also dismounted the active and retried. Nothing seems to work. There aren't any specific errors in the event logs.

Hi,
Check whether the Port 64327 is opened. Disabled TCP, RSS and NETDMA to see if it helps.
