Problem sending email from Organizer 11

I installed Elements 11 and received a Verification Code however when trying to send photos through email attachment, it does not ask for the verification code and I get an error message :"cannot send to outbox". My OS is Vista 32 bit, email client is Windows Mail, it does not give me the choice to choose Windows Mail in share settings. When trying to share as a PDF, Organizer shuts down completely. What do I have to do to be able to enter the Verification Code as it has not asked for it when trying to send email.

I don't think that you can, I switched from Entourage to Outlook and neither of them would so now I use Mac Mail.

  • TS3899 Problems sending email from hotmail addresses in iPad Mail

    Hi
    I am having problems sending email from my hotmail addresses (live.com) in the Mail program on my iPad.  I get a message that says "An error occurred while sending this message".  Tis morning the program worked perfectly.  Now, not so much!
    I have turned my iPad off and on.  I have deleted and reinstalled the mail accounts.  Neither strategy helped.
    I have no problems with my gmail address.  I can send mail if I log on to the hotmail website in Safari.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

    I would like to find a way to only have the gmail inbox but still send from any three of her accounts.
    You can do it this way:
    Set up only one account. The one from which you want to receive mail.
    In Mail > Preferences > Accounts > +gmail acct+ > Email Address insert the other email addresses, separating each with a comma and single space.
    Only the GMail account will receive incoming Mail. However, when you want to send from another address, in the From dropdown menu toggle the address from which you wish to send mail.
    You will, of course, delete the other accounts you have created to avoid getting incoming messages.

  • Problem sending emails from Entourage 04 for Mac

    Hello, hope this is the right forum, does anyone use Microsoft's Office/Entourage 04 for Macintosh for email? Perhaps you can help:
    Suddenly I can't SEND emails from six "sub" accounts I have, and get the error message "From: address not verified". These are all normally sent via a single primary (BTInternet.com) address which is entered in the "Sending Mail" account section and has been been set up like this for a year on my iMac.
    A seventh sub-account used by my partner on a different computer (PC using Outlook) also sends emails via the same primary address - and works fine..
    Obviously there is a problem logging to this primary address specifically in my Entourage.
    There is nothing wrong with the primary's own set-up because I can send messages from that (and the "sending" info is identical).
    (Also note: I can RECEIVE emails to all the accounts, no problem).
    Unless I've inadvertently clicked something I shouldn't, I'm mystified.
    I'm stuck as I use use one of the "subs" all the time. Help!

    After much research and help (on another site forum!) it turns out this is a BTYahoo! mail fault affecting many BT accounts (in the UK at least). Why they are messing accounts around I don't know.
    If anyone finds they can't send via a BT account just find another server and enter their details and all will work again - as I've discovered after a day trawling the ether!

  • Problem sending email from Acrobat

    I cannot send email from within Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. I was told it was because I use Outlook 2011 as my default mail program. I was also told that I could send the email from Acrobat through the MAC OS. Do I have to go back to using the mail.app as my default mail application to do this, or is there a way to continue using Outlook as my default mail app, and use the MAC OS for sending mail from within other applications?

    I don't think that you can, I switched from Entourage to Outlook and neither of them would so now I use Mac Mail.

  • Problem sending email from Ipad2

    I can not send email from Ipad2. A message of "destinary rejected" appears. What should I do? thanks.

    Have you successfully sent email from your iPad before?  Are you connected to the internet?  How large are the files you are trying to send.  Are you using 3G or wifi.  If you are using 3G, there is a 20MB limit.  If you're using wifi and you have successfully emailed from your mail account, I would usggest you try rebooting your iPad.  Press and hold both your home and power buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds (keep holding past the swipe to shut down bar if it appears) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.  Try again after the reboot.

  • Problem sending email from abap to Outlook

    We have a program that sends an email from ABAP to the SAP Inbox using FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1, the email arrives at the SAP Inbox and then it's redirected to Outlook. This works fine in 4.6C
    We just upgraded to ECC 6, the same process does send the email to the SAP Inbox, but it doesn't go to Outlook. In the Recipient list TAB of the email, it appears the following attributes
    Recipeint             email-address     via internet
    Send attribs NONE
    Status Return    Status is never returned. Status mail is only sent to inbox if error occur
    Trans History : Status         Document Sent
                                                Wait for communications service
    The strange thing is that if I'm in the SAP Inbox, and create and email from there, this email does go to the SAP Inbox and Outlook
    Any ideas ?

    Do you have COMMIT_WORK = ABAP_TRUE (or 'X') in your FM call.  I had to make this change for ALL email sends when I migrated from 4.6x to next version.
    In transaction SOST, can you send it from there?  Is your service running constantly or periodically in development (it's usually not)...

  • Problem sending emails from my website form

    I have a website hosted on my iMac (www.isinglive.co.uk). I have set up a registration form page. When a user completes the registration the php script should send a confirmation email to the registrant and to admin. Unfortunately these emails are not delivered. For most of them I can find no trace.
    For two (so far) I have received emails from [email protected] stating:
    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
    A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its
    recipients after more than 24 hours on the queue on smtp4.global.net.uk.
    The message identifier is: 1JFuSS-0008bI-WB
    The subject of the message is: Test
    The date of the message is: Fri, 18 Jan 2008 16:52:44 +0000
    Delay reason: host lookup did not complete
    I do not understand what that means.
    My httpd access_log shows:
    192.168.1.2 - - [19/Jan/2008:17:52:56 +0000] "POST /isinglive/slpw/emailuser.php HTTP/1.1" 200 14630

    I assume this means that the mails have been sent because there are no httpd error_logs
    However I also checked the system_log and an extract shows:

    Can anyone explain what this means?
    Is this the reason why emails from my site are not sent/delayed?
    I would be grateful for some help/guidance.

    you need to use a real email server on a network that allows mail to be relayed. For example instead of trying to send through local mail make an email address with your ISP account and then use that to send....
    For example i use roadrunner so i might set up an account with my ISP called "webserver" so then i could send using that account. using phpMailer it might look like this:
    <pre>
    $body = 'Hello, this is a message from my webserver.';
    $mailer = new phpMailer();
    $mailer->IsSMTP = true;
    $mailer->SetUsername('webserver');
    $mailer->SetPassword('my password');
    $mailer->SetHost('smtp-server.region.rr.com');
    $mailer->AddAddress('[email protected]');
    $mailer->SetSubject('Form Mail For You!');
    $mailer->SetBody($body);
    $mailer->prepare();
    $mailer->send();
    $mailer->close();
    </pre>

  • Problems Sending Email from my Treo 800w - gmail

    Hello all,
    I have my gmail account hooked into my Treo 800w.... I try replying to emails that are in my box and when I try to
    send it the following message comes up:
    "The message(s) could not be sendt.  check that you have network coverage and that your account information
    is correct.  then try sending again."
    clearly my account info is correct because I get my gmails in my phone but I can't seem to reply or send out an
    email.
    How do I fix this?
    thanks
    Post relates to: Treo 800w (Sprint)

    I've had this problem with my device too.. I've tried going back into the gmail account setting (on the device) and re-entering the password and it worked for a while (like 1 day) then started giving me that message again..  A more permanent fix for me required deleting the gmail account and setting it up again.. Pain in my but that was.. A better fix might be to return the device or throw it off a building..

  • I can not send email from my iPhone or iPad its goes out from the iMac ok. I get SMTP is incorrect. any suggestions?

    Having problems sending email from my iphone and ipad. Im getting a SMTP is incorrect error. Has anyone had this problem?
    Spent 3 hours with internet carrier still not resolved. Everything is fine on the imac.

    What is the error message provided if any?
    If the email account is provided by your ISP, does your ISP have an authenticated SMTP server?
    Are you unable to send email with the account using your iPhone or iPad when connected to the same wi-fi network or internet connection as your Mac with your ISP?

  • Can not send email from .mac account from the iPhone

    I'm having problems sending email from my iPhone from my .Mac Account and says the outgoing server timed out. Any Suggestions?

    This error message indicates you are not using the correct server port for .Mac's SMTP server.
    Did you transfer the account settings from your Mac to the iPhone automatically via the iTunes sync process or did you manually create your .Mac account on the iPhone?
    If the former, go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts and under the Account Information tab for your .Mac account preferences at the SMTP Server selection, select the Server Settings button below for .Mac's SMTP server.
    If 25 is available in the Server Port field, enter 587 in place of 25 and when finished, select OK to save the changed setting and then re-sync your iPhone making sure your .Mac account is selected for account settings to be transferred to the iPhone.

  • Can't send email from Yosemite

    I have an iMac 21.5 inch, mid 2010, 3.06GHz Intel core i3, 4GB memory, and have just installed Yosemite 10.10. I am able to receive emails, but cannot send emails out of Mail. When I run the Mail Connection Doctor, I have a green light for the IMAP accounts, but red lights for the SMTP accounts. The SMTP accounts have the following error:
    Could not connect to this SMTP server. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the account preference.
    I am able to access my email via Safari, and am able to send emails that way. And with the previous Mac OS 10.6, I had no problems sending emails from Mail.
    I have read the article OS X Mail: Troubleshooting sending and receiving email messages - Apple Support, but the information does not discuss Yosemite, and I am unable to find where to check out items like Network Utility.
    How can I set up Mail in Yosemite to work sending emails? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks

    You should be able to launch Network Utility by entering the first few letters of its name in a Spotlight search.
