Problem setting up Dunning correctly
I am testing setting up dunning in a test database..
I set up dunning level as follows (Testing is why I have made Letter 2 after only 1 day!):
Letter Format Effective After
Dunning Letter1 (7 days)
Dunning Letter2 (1 day)
I set up a Dunning Term as follows:
Letter Template Effective After
Dunning Letter 1 (7 days)
Dunning Letter 2 (1 day)
(Dunning Letter method is set to u2018One letter per BPu2019 and I ticked u2018Apply Letter template by Highest levelu2019. No fees/interest etc.)
I applied the Dunning Term to a single customer to test-
When I ran dunning wizard yesterday the result was as I expected, the 4 invoices that BP has which were 7 days over due date were listed and print preview showed dunning letter 1.
But when I ran the wizard this morning the following happens:
An invoice which was 6 days overdue yesterday so wasnu2019t included yesterday is now included which is as I expected as it is now 7 days overdue.
But this is the only invoice appearing u2013 I had thought that the 4 invoices included yesterday would now have progressed to Level 2 and I would have 5 invoices listed 4 at level 2 and 1 at level 1.
Can someone clarify for me why all 5 invoices do not get included?

I tried changing level 1 to EA-7days and levels 2/3/4 to EA-8/9/10days (obviously only for testing)
I made sure I had invoices with due dates which made them overdue by 5/6/7/8/9 days.
I ran the dunning wizard yesterday and the invoices more than 7 days overdue fell into level 1 as expected.
I ran the wizard again this morning and expected the invoices which were 'dunned' at level 1 yesterday to have progressed to level 2 and for another invoice to fall into level 1
Results:
The next invoice which overnight became overdue enough to fall into level 1 did appear as expected.
But the invoices which were dunned yesterday at level 1 were not included at all. I had expected them to have progressed to level 2.
Any ideas?

I just completed my first arch install. :-)
I have a desktop and a laptop, and I installed Arch on the desktop (the laptop runs Ubuntu 9.10). I had a few difficulties here and there, but I now have the system up and running, and I'm very happy.
I have a problem setting up an NFS server. With Ubuntu everything was working, so I'm assuming that the Ubuntu machine (client) is set-up correctly. I'm trying to troubleshoot the arch box (server) now.

I realized that even though both machines had the same group, my Ubuntu machine (client) group has GID 1000, while the Arch one has GID 1001. I created a group that has GID 1001 on the client, and now everything is working.
I'm wondering why my Arch username and group both have 1001 rather than 1000 (which I suppose would be the default number for the first user created).

Problems Setting up my wireless network with an Xb...
Hi, I have had some problems setting up my wireless networking.
I have everything switched on and am able to go online with the laptop and the Xbox with no problems but when I try to share media with the xbox I have problems.
I have opened the ports specified in the setup from xbox on windows firewall and have no problem connection Via Ethernet cable but when using wireless the xbox cannot detect the laptop.
I have checked the network map and both xbox and laptop are connected and have enabled sharing and am running sharing software.
Below is the network map.
I have also been having problems with BT software, the free virus protection will not install, The desktop help will not launch although it shows up on task manager and the installation disk does not launch correctly it doesn't get past the loading screen.
I have had a printer on the wireless network and had no problems printing.
If anyone knows how to resolve this please help.I have this same Motorola modem and I just verified that my 802.11n AirPort Express Base Station (AXn) can get Internet access with this modem without any issues.
When changing ISPs (or networking equipment) it's always a good idea to start from "scratch" in configuring your equipment.
I would recommend that you do the following as a minimum:
Power-down the modem, AirPort base station, and computer(s).
While all of the devices are powered-down, perform a "factory default" reset on the base station. This will get it back to its "out-of-the-box" configuration and make setting it up much easier, especially if you use the "Assist me" process within the AirPort Utility. (ref: Resetting an AirPort Base Station or Time Capsule)
After the base station resets, go ahead and power it back down.
Power-up the modem; wait at least 10-15 minutes.
Power-up the base station; wait at least 5-10 minutes.
Power-up your computer(s).
In this basic configuration, computers connected to the base station, either by wire or wireless (as appropriate for the base station type), should now be able to access the Internet through the ISP's modem. Once Internet connectivity has been verified, you can use the AirPort Utility to configure the base station for wireless security and any other desired options. -

Thanks for the respone, have been playin, with MPLS for last few hours.
The routing between the loopbacks is now working, can PING 7609 Loopback from AS5350 ,and vice versa. (used static routes).
Having problem with TDP / LDP on routers,
mpls label protocol ldp / tdp command works correctly on both routers, but the
tag-switching tdp router-id Loopback0 force
command works on the 7609, but when I add it onto the AS5350 , the command "mpls ldp router-id Loopback0 force" appears on the startup script.
The opposite is true for the 7609 , you add MPLS LDP command, and TAG-SWITCHING command appears instead.
Any Ideas, as different configs of this leave me with forwarding table with both tags added, but not been able to ping the loopbacks !!!
When I can ping bot loopbacks, the OUTGOING TAG , disapears.....
Problem is LOOPBACK Commands on bot routers default to LDP (AS5350) , or TDP (7609). Any Ideas ...

Problem setting up RAID0 on ASUS p9x79Pro
I’m having problems setting up a RAID0 on my new p9x79pro build, and I think I’m following the right procedure, first time doing this and it’s not working, so I could really use some help.
I pre-installed the Intel drivers downloaded from ASUS prior to installing Windows 7 using the f6 method.
After installing, I ran the Intel rapid storage enterprise installer software, and the raid controller shows up in Device Manager.
I then followed the procedure in my mobo manual. I went into the bios, into advanced mode, changed my drives from ACHI to RAID mode, and then went into Ctrl I mode and tried to set up a raid. The two new WD 1 TB black caviars I have were visible, but greyed out and described as “non-raid disks”. When I went through the process, they remained greyed out, and I could not select any drives to raid, though I tried creating a RAID0 anyway.
These drives, both new, had already been partitioned. These drives are plugged into the top two sata 6gb ports on the mobo, which should be correct according to the manual.
When I rebooted, my drives were not visible, and as expected, there was no RAID0. I went back into BIOS, deleted the (nonexistent) raid, and reset the drives to ACHI, but the drives still did not show up.
So, thinking I screwed up somehow, I did a full reinstall of windows. After installing the Intel enterprise installer software, I went into device manager and the drives were back, but unpartioned. Before partitioning, I tried to RAID0 these again, using the above method, but no luck, still greyed out. I also made sure to let windows connect online to download any hotfixes, which it did. All my other drivers are up to date, as is BIOS. Before I partition these drives and try again, figured I’d ask here.
I think I’d be there, if only the drives were not greyed out. What am I doing wrong?
Also, if I were plugged into the bottom two drives (the Marvell controller, which show up in Device Manger, so it appears to have installed) how would I set up a RAID0?
ThanksSomething is off as the Intel SATA6G ports fully support raid. I would consider doing a write zeros on your drives and and retry creating on the Intel ports.
I complete a quick check on a P9X79 Pro without issues screen below for your reference.
Steps used ( already had OS install on single SSD ). Completed using UEFI defaults ( drive was installed under AHCI ).
Step 1. Connected 2 SSDs to the Intel SATA6G ports white ports not label SSD Caching ( which are the Marvell ports )
Step 2. Entered into the UEFI and changed to Raid
Step 3. Saved and reboot and entered into Raid Console ( Ctrl I ), Once enter created Raid 0 and defined 2 Corsair drives as drives to be used in Raid
Step 4. Rebooted and entered OS and install RST driver/application.
Included some screenshots including performance throughput of 2 SSDs on SATA6G ports which can only be achevied via Raid0 on Intel SATA6G ports.
One thing that was not clear is where is your OS present / installed and on which port?
Hopefully you will be able to get this sorted and resolved. Then again if you are ok running the Raid on the Marvell ports you are already solid.

Problem setting up mail account.
I just got a mac, but I am having a problem setting up my email account. I have a yahoo account and I am trying to link it up with Mac Mail or Entourage. When I try to set it up on Yahoo it just says
"Trying to log into mail server "pop.mail.yahoo.com" failed. This server may require an additional fee for POP access."
Entourage just says that it failed to log in. What is the problem. I know that my password and username are all correct. Well, the problem is stated clearly in the error message: "an additional fee for POP access".
AFAIK you need a YahooPlus-account to be able to POP your mail. Free accounts gain webaccess only. -
Problems setting an custom entry to a movie

I�ve several problems with my JMF Code. I�m using JMF with the Windows Performance Pack 2.1.1
Playing videos works pretty fine, but now i tried to set a new "rate" and a new entry point for the movie.
I used a code like this:

i´ve solved my problems by using nanoseconds (defined as long) in new Time(). So i was able to start my move from a specific time. i also implemented the ControllerAdapter on my player in order to get the events i needed to set the player correct:

Problem setting up smtp mail out .
Hi all you good people .
I am having a problem setting up the mail program . I'm using mail two under os-x leopard 10.5.7 . I have the pop mail working fine , but for some reason or another it wont send the mail out . I remember I got it working before , but it was a pain in the butt to do . So I ma forced to use Microsoft Entourage for my mail receiving and sending . I think Microsoft Takes more skill to use than the apple mail program .
I would love for someone to help me solve this . My mail server is from time warner . I use there High speed internet for my mail access .

I assume you are using Mail 3.6, and not "mail two"?
What Authentication are you using on this SMTP? If not already, try using None, and removing Password and Username from SMTP setup for at least one test. Most Roadrunner SMTP are authenticated by reference to the IP address of your Modem, and using a separate authentication of the SMTP results in failure.
Mail Preferences/Accounts/Account Information, then click on the arrows beside the name of the SMTP in the section on Outgoing Server. After you click on the arrows, choose Edit Server List. Then if the SMTP is set up with the correct name, etc, click on the Advance Tab, use Custom Port with Port 25, None as authentication, and do not enter any Username and Password. Under authentication of None, the name of the SMTP will not have your Username appended. This is the equivalent, after having previously done the set up, to those email clients with a setting to use the info of the Incoming for authentication.
Let us know, but Roadrunner can vary from area to area on this, but this is the way it seems to always work.

I suggest that you first concentrate on getting the AirPort Extreme working correctly. Power off the modem and both the Extreme and Express, wait a few minutes, then power up the modem and let it run a few minutes. Then, power up the AirPort Extreme and check the network for proper operation. Leave the AirPort Express off for now. Report on your results.
We need to know what operating system you are using on your Mac or PC in order to provide more troubleshooting help.

Having problems setting alarm time since daylight savings time change today
Since the change to Daylight Savings time this morning, I am unable to set my alarm correctly. I set it to 2:40 a.m. but the time on the alarm shows 3:40 a.m. I have all the proper settings correctly done. I have powered down the phone numerous times, and still the same result. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I've cleared the clock cache, powered off the phone and the problem remains the same. I have the Automatic date & time checked, and the same for Automatic time zone (GMT-5:00, Eastern Daylight Time). I have even unchecked both and still get the same result.
What is weird, I can set the alarm for any other time, but unable to set it at 2:40 a.m. When I do this, it sets to 3:40 a.m. Any time that I set from 2:00 a.m. to 2:59 a.m. goes to that time setting in the 3 a.m. time. -
Problem setting up email on new Ipad
I have a problem setting up my email account on my new Ipad. I've checked the settings and password which are entered correctly. The Ipad error message states "Cannot Get Mail" the user name or password for "....." is incorrect. Any ideas please ??
Problem solved. The ipad default is set to IMAP. When I changed it to a POP server, problem solved.

I cannot seem to set up a 2nd pop account on my Ipad2. No problems setting up the primary but the secondary keeps telling me that either username or password is incorrect. Both are correct. It's driving me crazy. Can someone help?
Thanks!Maybe I'm not following completely, but you can configure email accounts manually, if you want. Just hold down the Option key when you click Continue on the first screen. You can then choose the type of account and set up the servers as you like.

My 790FX-GD70 not setting RAM to correct timing nor voltage from SPED when set to auto. The RAM I have should be 6 6 6 20 @ 1.8V but the motherboard is setting it to 9 9 9 24 @ 1.5 V
The RAM is Crucial 2GB, Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-10600 memory BL25664BA1336 • DDR3 PC3-10600 • 6-6-6-20 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1333 • 1.8V • 256Meg x 64 of which i have two of then in the two black slots.
Just to rule out the RAM I also tried a different model of RAM whose timing is 7 7 7 24 @ 1.65 which will not allow to boot to windows unless I adjust the voltage manually to 1.70 (1.65 V will still not boot properly) it sets it also at 9 9 9 24 yet this same sticks of RAM will set correctly in a MSI 770 C45 without any adjustments.
Now i will say in the case of the 790FX-GD70 I require no changes in voltage for it to boot with the 1.8 V RAM just the timings are not as they should be. The 790FX-GD70 is stable as is and I will probably leave it at the auto settings but wondered if anyone else encountered similar issues with this boardLooks like this is a bit of an issue for some other users of your RAM and not necessarily a MSI thing! This user has a ASUS board! Good luck and hope you get it sorted out.

I bought some DDR3-1333 ram that was advertised as 6-6-6-20 @ 1.8v and, as expected, running on my board's default 1.5v it was only getting like 9-9-9-24. In fact, @ stock voltage the best I could boot up with (unknown stability) was 9-7-7. In an attempt to get the best (advertised?) performance I went ahead and manually set the timings to 6-6-6-20, left all other timings on auto, and upped the voltage to 1.8v
Boots up fine and appears to be stable. However, I do notice the RAM is fairly warm to the touch whereas @ 1.5v it was pretty benign heat-wise. I tried running 1.785v but 3 out of 4 times it would hang on the windows desktop display. So I bumped it back up to 1.8v and I'll run Memtest 86 or something else later tonight.
My question, being a noob and all...
Is running at 1.8v going to hurt something? (See my setup MB, and CPU stats)
Just to repeat, the box and manufacturer do list it as 1.8v spec. (FYI: BL25664BA1336) -
Problems setting up username & password for SQL
Due to the outstanding advice I recieved from this excellent forum, I have managed to overcome my first problem with declaring a new Class.
This leads me to request help with my next biggest problem:
Setting up a user GUI that takes a "username" & "password" that will be used to access a password protected database.
I am a simple bloke, with simple thought processes, so please, go easy on me...

This code generates two errors, stating:

The code works when I remove the reference to the variables "username" & "password" in Connection "conn" call & replace them with the actual username & password, but this is not exactly what I was after. I was hoping to make the program responsive to each individual user, not set in code.
I also would like to make the program pause after the call in "main" to "PassDB" to wait for "PassDB" to exit before continuing.
I would also like to make "PassDB" destroy itself after the "OK" button is pressed & the "username" & "password" set.
If that isn't enough for you, I would really like the program to search 2 different database tables, return their values & compare them to be sure that they are the same.
When I try & search 2 different tables, as in:

Problems setting up static routing

I'm having a problem setting up static routing. I keep getting the message "invalid static route". I have an E1550 router and my frimware is up to date. I have tried a few different gateway addresses ie 192.168.1.1, 127.0.0.1 and my router's address on the net, but I keep getting the same message. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?I think the E1550 router supports LAN to LAN routing provided that you have two local networks. If you only have a plain modem and the E1550, I believe you can't do Static routing on that type of setup.
