Problem showing BI report in SAP CRM 7.0
We are facing a problem in our SAP CRM, when we show a BI report in the fact sheet we can see the report correctly.
But when we click on the match code of the query, (in order to choose a value from the help) the popup does not appear and we got the error u201Caccess denied popup_ie6.jsu201D
Any help?

Pipeline performance report in sap crm 7.0 web ui

Hi Experts,
The box Weighted sales volume should be unprefilled (not marked as default) in all Pipeline performance reports for all user groups with a possibility to use these reports.
Please let me know how to do this settings in to untoggle the The box Weighted sales volume, which is marked as default in the Pipeline performance report.

Hi Kavita,
There is a standard column in UWL with name 'Sent Date'. Other functionalities in UWL for example deadline monitoring (Due date column) are based on this sent date. This shows an employee what was the date workitem was created (sent date) and when it will get escalated (due date). Displaying forwarding date in Sent date will not give clear picture to employee as the deadline will be calculated based on sent date only not based on forwarding date. this was just an example.
even though if your client is insisting, i dont think it can be done without any enhancement in UWL web dynpro com sort of thing. you can check with your portal consultant too.

SQVI Report for SAP CRM Product Hierarchy and its Product

How to create a SQVI report for generating a list for SAP CRM Product Hierarchy which should show the outputs->Level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4 categories and its products?
I tried COMM_Hierarchy table and Comm_product but not able to achieve this requirement.
or Is there any chance of getting related tables so that I could try more for this requirement.
In which table both product id and its category Id can be found?

say in SAP CRM system, the product category is maintained in COMM_HIERARCHY as
Parent category Id->
                                Level2 Category Id->
                                                                 Level 3 Category Id->
Level 4 category Id ->
Product Id's
(I understood the link between Level 4 category id and product id with your info.) but not able to achieve the requirement fully.

How to create a custom Report in SAP CRM using the Bol Framework

Hi Guys
I have developed a report in SE38 which calls a custom Function Module within it and it works all good.
Now I want to take my Function Module as well as the external structures I created for this report and use them to make a View in SAP CRM which will allow the user to make selection and then when they click on a button another view has to be shown which should have the content of the report based on the selection.
I know how to create a view based on the standard object types but this time I want to use my custom function Module..
Kindly advice or refer me to a link that might be useful.

Reports in SAP CRM 2007

We have installed SAP CRM 2007 and are able to create Accounts, Contacts & Opportunities etc from the web browser.
However, we are unable to execute any reports from the browser and are getting following error:

The solution for the BI Reports in CRM 2007 has been found. The solution is as follows
You must assign the default SAP Netweaver BI system (RFC connection) to the logical system CRMBWDEST in transaction BD97. Need to have Graphical server installed also in the BI.

Problem opening Crystal Report from SAP GUI through VPN

I am facing an issue with opening the crystal report from SAP BW Role menu(SAP GUI). The issue is only with the BW Users who are connecting to the Client systems through VPN. All the settings are done perfectly in the Transaction /CRYSTAL/RPTADMIN and SICF for the CE_URL.
For those who are in the client network it works fine. Please see the URLs generated in both the cases,below.

I'm also facing the same issue. when try to open my report the URL doesn;t taking "bw_id".
It is blank for all transported reports.

Problem Running BEX report from SAP.

Hi All,
We are getting the below error message when we are executing BEX report from SAP.
"Analyzer requires version 140. The currently installed version is 066
Message no. RSR_LAUNCH_EXCEL107."
when i run the report for first time it is displaying correctly but, when i run it for second time (first one is already opened) then i get the above message.
Please let me know is there any setting or oss note related to this issue.

I have a problem in MCI8 report in SAP-PM

MCI8 report is not capturing cost analysis for equipment.Shows zero for a period.
I investigated with cost centers and found equipment has different cost center (in account assignment ) than main work center(responsibility),also checked the cost center of equipment which says 'no activity type maintained" for the cost center.
Is this a problem?

Check if the value category cost element has a link to a PM cost keyfigure. Use following customizing path:
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service
Information Systems for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service
Assign Value Categories to Maintenance Cost Key Figures
After changing any of the PM-IS customizing you should setup table PMCO and the PM-IS infostructures

But I don't find the any single Standard Report in BEX.

did u try to see that reports in metadata repository
login to bi system
enter RSA1
on the left panel select METADATA REPOSITORY
select LOCAL OBJECTS
then hit Query
TRY TO find ur REPORTS WITH TECHNICAL NAME
if it exists here than u shuld be able to seee in infocube.
if that doesnot make sense
go back to LOCAL OBJECTS SCREEN
hit INFOCUBE
locate ur infocube and select it
now everything with respect to infocube active and available is visible
all char catalog, keyfig catalog, queries etc....
