Problem Since Itunes 9
I have recently upgraded to Itunes ver 9, and since then, the speed to import CD's to the library has dropped significantly. At best 1.2x, but often 0.4 or 0.7. I have no idea what to try to fix this so I can return to the fast import speed I found in all previous versions of itunes.
Any thoughts out there?

I found the problem (but not the cause). When I synched, a duplicate email account was added to the email configuration on the iPhone and it showed the 100 messages in it as unread. I deleted the duplicate account and synched again and the problem did not reappear.

Sync-Problems since iTunes 8.1.1-Update
Since the iTunes 8.1.1-Update I have the problems with the iPhone sync (Windows Vista). iTunes always tells me that I need to activate it otherweise all my apps will be deleted.
Whe I activate iTunes once again, it says that the computer already has been activated. Deleting the SCInfo-Folder (TS1389) does not resolve the problem. Has anybody an idea what to do?
Regards, OlafI have spent 2 days with the same problem following installation of 8.1.1 trying to authorize my apps to no avail. I've restored the iPhone, reinstalled iTunes, de-authorized and reauthorized the computer in multiple different sequences, tried each app separately, etc, all with the same result. I can download directly on my iPhone and apps work, but once I sync with the computer, I can no longer manage them. Any one know the answer?

Airport Express problems since iTunes 6
I'm running OS X 10.4.4, iTunes 6.0.2, and my Airport Express has V6.3 firmware.
iTunes will not reliably stream to my Airport Express. Although I can't remember exactly when the trouble began, it seems to have started since I upgraded to iTunes 6. Typically song will just stop playing, although iTunes shows the Play icon (but no advance in the time.) If I Pause and then Play again, I get a "connection refused" message. Sometimes I can just restart iTunes to make it play again. Sometimes I need to restart the Airport Express and Restart iTunes.
I've turned Interface Robustness on and off but have seen no difference. I have removed all Wireless devices from my the network (by power down) so that only the iMac, AE, and Wireless Router were on the network.
Any ideas?I have the exact same set-up but don't have any problems.
Have you tried 'Repairing Permissions'? That can sometimes fix these strange problems after installs of software.
If you need info on how to do it please ask.

iPhone 6 will not sync music. This has become a problem since using itunes 12. It also will not sync all my pics and video's with my iPad 4 either. Removed and re-installed iTunes with no improvement. It stops at last step saying waiting for items to copy and just sits there. The iPad finish the sync, but some video's are missing.

Hi, I have a Power Book G4 Tiger 10.4.11 and my problem concerns iTunes 9.2.1(5). I have changed my Apple ID and password recently. Since that, I am told, only when I try to buy something in iTunes Store, that my "session has expired". Where does this come from? What should I do to solve this problem ? I have been having this problem since the 4th of this month. I tried to open iTunes and this error message came up: "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes error 7 windows error 126". There is nothing else that comes up but if anyone can help or know anything about it I will greatly appreciate it.

i am having problems opening iTunes! ever since I updated to 10.5.3ver, I cannot open the application. I have deleted iTunes and all associated apps (bonjour, Cloud, Apple support apps, etc) and still something is wrong. I cant find it anywhere; where did it go? Has anyone else had problems since the latest itunes/ipod update?
since i got my ipod and itunes updated, ive had nothing but problems with my ipod. sometimes it freezes, and when i connect it to the computer its all of a sudden corrupted. Sometimes this happens when i connect it to my computer to charge, and gets stuck on the do not disconnect screen. Sometimes ill be listening to music or watching something on my ipod and itll turn off randomly for no reason, then the apple symbol will come on as if i turned the ipod on again. Right now my ipod is frozen on the do not disconnect screen, and i have no choice but to restore it, however it wont even show up on itunes when its frozen sometimes, like right now. Has anyone else had problems since the latest ipod update?

Does anyone know how i can solve my problem ( since 3 months already ). I'm translating my problem from dutch so there can be differences. If i start Itunes it says : " the file Itunes can not be found or made but is nessecarry. Standard the file is located in the file My music" i have those maps and reinstallation does not help.
Does anyone know?

Music cuts out after a few seconds or goes straight back to menu since I downloaded iTunes 11. Never had this problem since I bought apple tv 2 years ago.
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel. -
Itunes problem Since upgrading to window10
ITunes problem Since upgrading to window10, my ITunes cannot see the My Cloud drive, also I keep getting an error when my WC control panel tries to scan the content.This drive has worked fine for almost a year and since upgrading to windows 10 my smart TV's and my other devises can't find the drive I have updated the firmware, done a factory reset. but still have massive problems.Anybody any Ideas
This is what I did, In windows credentials from the settings menu I added a windows credential using the IP address, and then the name of the pc with log in details. But during my messing about I also mounted the drive and deleted my C:drive Itunes folder. then re scanned my music once I could set the parameters to the right folder.Its working but I have to admit I am not sure which one solved the problem. WD still working on a reply.Hope you get it sorted.
