Problem starting my notebook

i pressed the starting button , but only two leds worked(one indicating my power and the other the wireless), but the starting button led does not become blue, the screen is black, no movement. I purchased it one month ago and is new. This happened unespectedly. I turned off my notebook yesterday and today does not start. No change in temperature, no contact with liquids.
please help, is saturday and i need my data ...

Remove the power cord
Remove the battery
Press the startup button down for 30 seconds.
This accomplishes some sort of hardware reset.
I take an extra step of plugging in the power cord and
restarting the computer without the battery.
This is a very common symptom for the S10 series.
I've noticed the same solution posted many, many times.
So there are probably many different conditions that this "reset" fixes.
With my S10, it happens every couple weeks.
So I always save data and close down applications
before putting my machine to sleep.

About the only thing I can think of offhand is that the application name as specified in the code may not be the same as the application name thats been uploaded to the webconsole.
Also stop and restart your MI Client engine on your laptop and then log in again and try to open the app. I'm not familiar with that application so I can't be of any help with that.

I have been hibernating my notebook since two weeks, i am facing a problem, when i restart my system, system is unable to start my database unless i restart the listener at services.msc. My system speed is 500 mhz, 256 RAM. 10 GB HD. If anyone has a answer pls help me.

It worked perfectly. Thank you very much!
However, I'm still having problem to connect to the Database. The
fact is that the dbora script calls the dbstart script ("su -
$ORA_OWNER -c $ORA_HOME/bin/dbstart &") and, inside this script,
we have the command "connect internal". At this point, I receive
the error message "ORA-01031: insufficient privileges".
I don't know if this has influency at the startup of the
Database, because at the end of the process I receive the message
"Database "orac" warm started".
But what I know is that I don't managed to connect to the
Database using the svrmgrl or the sqlplus. I receive the error
message "ORA-01034: ORACLE not available" for every account I
try: system/manager, sys/change_on_install, oracle/xxxx (the
account I installed Oracle), and when I try "connect internal",
it asks me for a password!!!

HI again. installed and then uninstalled both Mackeeper and Blackberry with their software. Etrecheck still shows the same 'failed to load' error. Pasted below. Am I too stupid to start a notebook or is something wrong?

My new MacBook Air doesn't start when I push the powerbutton. It only does if plugged in, not in battery mode. Am I too stupid to start a notebook or is something wrong?

Hmmm... When you plug it in, does the little light on the cord go green or stay amber? I guess the first thing I'd do is to plug it in and let it charge for a couple of hours (or at least until the light turned green and/or the charge level on the menu bar showed some kind of significant number, like at least 10%). If the battery was totally discharged (or disconnected) then presumably it wouldn't work in battery mode.
If you can run it plugged in and it reports that the battery is OK, and then you pull out the cord and restart and it won't start, I'd guess it was hardware. If the battery is bad or disconnected or something, presumably the battery health on the laptop would show a problem and furthermore when you were running and you took out the cord it would immediately crash.
I'm just guessing, but if you charge the battery, the battery shows good in the menu bar, and you pull it down and it shows the battery is OK, and it still won't boot in battery I'd take it to the Apple store.

I understand you are getting an error message relating to a runDLL.
What is the product number of the notebook? This can typically be found on a label on the underside of the notebook or in the battery compartment. This label should also contain the serial number.
NOTE: Do NOT provide the serial number.
What OS is the system using? For example, Windows 7 or Windows Vista.
Did this happen after a particular program was installed or uninstalled?
RunDLL errors can be the result of malware. Have you scanned the system for malware using an updated anti-virus program?
Does it happen in a clean boot state? This document details how to enter a clean boot state.

Tabs only open in a new window. Ctl T opens a new window NOT a new tab help-last update this problem started 2 days ago. How do I set FF back to open tabs in 1 window?
There is no plus sign and going into optins and changing settings has not worked. I have uninstall FF and reinstall-keeping my personalization-and that was no help.
Right clicking on FF Icon to open a new tab, or going up to FF drop down tab and clicking on new tab both do not work.
Help everything opens a new window not a new tab. there seems to be no way to reset this or to chose a different optin. I just downloaded new tabs at end addon and it didn't do a thing.

That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it...

Im having major problems syncing my iphone 4 to itunes, this problem started after upgrading to ios 5. I have upgraded my itunes, turned sync by wifi on and off but still nothing. Everytime I try to sync my iphone it just says sync cancelled. Please help!

I have been using an iPhone since I lost interest with Nokia phones. I fell in love with Apple's innovation, design and technology. However, I am beginning to lose interest wth the product as well.
I have an iPhone 5, my phone's battery can only last an hour and the phone is 7 month old. The problem started last week while I was in Argentina. I had a bad holiday due to this, as I could not make use of the technology because my phone was off most of the time and I had nowehere to charge except to go back to the hotel. I could not even share pictures on Instagram. Has anyone ever experienced such a problem? If so, why and how was the problem fixed? I am starting to engage in a debate that I have been trying to avoid with my friends. They say that Samsung is striving and I now tend to agree, and if the problem persists I will gladly join the Samsung family. They seem to make reliable phones. Sadly, I never experienced this problem with iPhone 3GS & iPhone 4S.

If you're in a country where there's an apple shop (unfortunately not mine), go check it and ask the employee about it: he's gonna check your Iphone on a "device"
I've got an iphone 5 and it's working very well with me but I have to admit that its battery lasts (slower) than my Ipad 2.
Still i can help with some tips that may improve your iohone's battery by an hour in addition (hopefully):
- close all apps by multitasking....
- do NOT keep the brightness to the max
Believe me you're gonna regret changing your phone to a samsung

When I try to transfer songs to my ipod touch or my friends ipod nano, I get error 13019 "Ipod cannot be synced". Everything was working fine and transferring successfully and then this problem started to occur all of a sudden. My music is managed manually and always has. I looked online for a solution and they all involve resyncing the library and unchecking voice memos. Is there a way to resolve this issue without having to resync my music or reinstall itunes?

Have you powered off and then back on the router?
Have you done anything to the router recently like changed a setting?
Have you tried:
- Resetting the iPod. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Resetting network settings: Settings>GeneralReset>Reset Network SettingsTo me the error sounds like a network/router problem vice aan iPod problem.
