Problem - Student Billing *Getting charged the full price.

I have had no notice of a new payment plan or any alterations and when I signed up for the student price of 4.99 there was no fine print of it only being offered for awhile, and It did work for awhile. Now I'm being charged the full price and I need this understood that I am a Student that can only pay the Student Price. I seriously need my money, and I need my music so this is a huge problem. Please please please contact me. It's been weeks and no response.

How long have you been subscribed for? After 12 months, you need to resubcribe using the student discount, and you can do this by going to the website linked in the Student discount section of your region's FAQ. Once you have done this, you can check how much you will be charged on your Subscriptions page.

I recently just downloaded the 'Waze' app as a backup for my Garmin. I've read a few reviews that seem to rant and rave about how good the GPS app is. It is community driven and maps are constantly being updated by users. Plus it has a few other fun stuff in it (something similar to Gasbuddy where you can owe prices on the map). But like the person above me said, there is lots of useful free GPS apps in the App Store.
Oh and I may be wrong but I remember reading an article about Google being slower about updating its maps system--ie no turn by turn voice, which many people have had complaints about.

No. Just the student rate on a permanent or subscription license. Some places do include Photoshop and other products as part of the tuition, but it is a separate arrangement and most likely temporary.
The Photography Plan is a fine deal at $10 a month. Creative Cloud Photography plan | Adobe Creative Cloud
Otherwise there are free and paid lower cost Photoshop alternatives you can look into.

So, it appears that you will need to purchase another copy of it if you want to install it on another computer.

ABout 10-15 minutes ago i went to the pharmacy to purchase an itunes card. I soon as i got home a activated it and it gave me this; "You have added 15.00$ to your account. Your balance is now 6.96$" But i have not made any purchases yet and i want to know why i didnt get the full price ;(

I have already bought tv episodes on a current tv series, but if I buy the season pass for that series will I be charged the full season pass price? Or will I just be charged with the episodes I do not have yet?

If you purchase a Season Pass for a TV show season, which you already own many or all of those episodes of that season, you WILL pay the full price for all of the episodes of the season, and it will probably download again the episodes you already have.
It doesn't work like complete my album, where you get the price off the songs you already bought.
So, to get the best deal, buy the season pass at the very start of the season.
If you already have lots of episodes for a season, it is best to purchase the rest of the episodes of the season individually, if the total cost of all of those individuals is less than the season pass price.

When do you get charge the iphone rate plan?

Does anyone know when you get charge the date plan for the iphone?
I am wondering because I want to get an iphone 3G S but I have two ways of doing it.
1) use my mother's upgrade option to get one
or
2) get a second line on my family plan and then cancel one of the other lines already on my plan.
(I dont want to pay 30 dollars for the original line and then another 30 dollars once I begin using my the iphone on my phone line)

If you bought Logic 9 less than a month ago then Apple will most likely refund you so that you can buy Logic X instead.
The full (only) price of Logic X is as staed on the App Store. This price (whether people agree or disagree, like it or not like it) is still less than any upgrade price for any other DAW.
A lot of people here are saying they bought Logic 9 6 months or a year ago and want a cheaper price. For me, I started on Logic 5.5. Logic 6, you could pay an upgrade price that was way over what the full app is now but you had to add costs as things like Space Designer were extra. Their serial numbers, once purchased, got added to you XS Key, which was a dongle that never got hacked in 6 and a half years.
Apple, on acquiring Emagic, dropped the price from $1000 to $499, included all the things you had to pay extra for then dropped the price to what it is now once they went over to the App Store. They also dropped the un-cracked dongle.
So myself and a lot of other people here went 5.5 to 6 (added the goodies that were extra) to 7 to 8 and to 9. When there was an upgrade price, the price was around what the app is now.
I'm amazed at how many people see this as a full price and want money off whereas in reality a complete piece of softwaser is being offered for an upgrade price.
My first paragraph will answer your question and you probably won't care about the rest of the post. $199 or £139 IS an upgrade price.

I want to buy the bundle of Harry Potter, but I just bought the 1st movie before the bundle option was available. If I buy the bundle does anyone know if I will be changed the full price of the bundle since I already own one of them? I know that you can buy a episode of seasions and when you buy the whope season they deduct that seasion from the price. Wondering if it worked like that for movies.

I recently was told at the Verizon store that I had $450 credit to add to my account. I then purchased my Christmas items which added up to $450. I received my December bill and I have been charged the $450 plus my regular monthly charges. Can I make monthly payments on this $450? I really believed that this could be spread out over time.

On bill to account, it cannot be spread out. It is a 30 day float loan on a purchase or purchases.
When you cannot pay your bill, its called a Payment Plan and it is not a charge account. Verizon allows those that cannot pay their monthly invoice to get an arraignment. Not bill to account.
Those who don't pay their invoices also get a bad mark on their credit reports. Financial Services works with those who fall behind in paying to get their money. That is it.
Your examples have nothing to do with "Bill to Account" which is a courtesy and not a right.

BT charging me full price for faultly broadband: 9...

grrrrrr....... I was told months ago "rest assured sir, you will NOT be charged for broadband until the fault is fixed"
now I've found that was a lie and they have been charging me the normal rate.
They say it's quite normal for them to charge their customers the full rate even when the broadband is faulty!!!!
I'm paying for unlimited broadband but not getting it because it cuts off every time the phone rings, and often it's just too slow to use!
So basically there is no insensitive for them to fix the fault

they'll probably give you a credit on the account for the months that you had bad service for once they've fixed it.
