Problem to display Formular,letter and label Report

Hi all,
I use formular, letter and label reports.When i run them in paper layout, they display fine but not in web layout.
I would like to know, how can i fix this problem.

hello,
there is a significant difference between desformat=html and the web layout in 9i. where desformat=html (or htmlcss for that matter) generates the paper layout to HTML, the web layout is a complete different layout model and needs to be created separate from the paper layout. the wizard will not show you things like label, form and letter when you create a web layout, since those layout types don't make sense in a web layout, where we are talking about pure HTML generation.
what i am still not clear about is what you mean by "at runtime" your labels don't show. do you mean, when you run the report, it does not produce any output ?

I have a problem while displaying values for 0profit_ctr.
In Development box report working fine. In production it giving problem.
ISSUE:
I want to display the 0Profit_ctr as key and text format. In development box it showing correct. I cross verified the properties of 0proft_ctr charcaterstic in report of development and production box. In both it is defined as dispaly key and text.
Also cross verified the infoobject (0Profit_ctr) details, In both Business Explorer general settings defined as Display as Key and Text.
Everything is same in production and development box for this. Even though in production it showing as text and key. we need to display it as key and text.
any suggestion on this.

It could be that the infoObject has been disturbed, have you tried just re-activating the object in Production.

Problem in display of text in ALV report

Dear experts,
I am working on a MM Report in which I need to display Material Basic data text maintained in MM01,02 Tcodes through ALV report.
I have declared a string type variable for the Basic data text in the Final Internal Table.
For reading the Standard text I am using Read_Text FM, from which I am looping the Text internal table and concatenating it into
String variable.
What I notice is all the content beyond 255 chars is not getting displayed, Even when the ALV report is downloaded to Excel file.
Can you suggest some approach to over come this issue.

Basic problem in displaying the pdf and images in Application express

Hi,
I have oracle 10g and application express.
I have already stored the images and pdfs using PLSQL in table with following columns
TableA(vessel number, cruise number, image blob, pdf blob)
now for every vessel, cruise combination there is a particular image and pdf.
so in my htmldb page.
I have created 2 select list for vessel and cruise respectively.
now on selecting these lists i want to diaplay their corresponding image and pdf.
How can i do this? I just somehow miss the basic knowledge of how to do this.
Should i create a html region or a report region for the image and pdf.
under what region the image and pdf goes. and on sleecting the vessel, cruise can i show hyperlinks and upon selecting the hyperlinks a image and pdf opens in a new window.
or can i create 2 regions and display the image and pdf right in the region itself.
Can someone please guid eme please.

Photoshop problems with displaying white text (and glitching in general)

Hi there,
My Photoshop seems to be having some serious issues with displaying certain things, namely white text (which shows up as black), and a mix of other random elements. I've tried searching for symptoms that I've been having, but I can't seem to find anything relevant. Here is what is going on:
White text shows up as black. However, sometimes if I use blending options to give it a white Color Overlay, it will become white. Sometimes it doesn't matter, it will show up as black regardless. Other colors are not affected. I have tried changing colors back and forth. the moment I switch the color back to white, it shows up as black.
Smart objects are broken. I can still find a smart object in the Layers window, but it will just display as one of two things: nothing/transparent (but the layer inside still contains everything it used to), or the way it is supposed to look but with a huge black bar over it (or a glitch tv-error fuzz bar). I've tried taking all of the elements in the Smart Object and bringing it into the original file, but then the image looks super fuzzy-glitchy.
I've attached a screenshot of what I mean by this fuzz-glitch thing below. This example is black and white, but it can be literally any color and/or any rainbow of colors. This is what happened when I created a new 1000px x 1000px document with a white background. Notice how it isn't ENTIRELY glitchy fuzz. Only certain parts of it are covered.
Please help! Does anyone know how to solve this? I've tried restarting Photoshop, restarting my computer, changing the Advanced Graphics Processor Settings Drawing Mode from Normal to Basic, changing the amount of memory usage that I let Photoshop use (down AND up), and nothing gets fixed. The problem occurs in the middle of working on Photoshop
My computer information is as follows:
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013) running OSX Yosemite
3 GHz Intel Core i7
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB

A logical next step would be to reset your Preferences.
To reset Preferences:
If Photoshop is already open on your screen, close it (Quit). Then hold down Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and start Photoshop.
A dialog box will pop up asking if you want to delete the existing Preferences file (the "Settings"). Click Yes in the dialog box. The existing Preferences file will be scrapped and a new one will be created.

Problems with display of preview - and Adobe's tech support.

Hello, all.
After quite a bit of struggle I am still experiencing problems with the way Bridge CS5 displays previews. Previews are displayed with rather low quality. By that I mean low resolution that causes images to appear pixelated and out of focus. I've tried every possible setting in Bridge (or at least I think I have) but nothing seems to work. The setting that forces Previews to be built to the specific monitor size of the computer used doesn't work for me as I spend equal amounts of time working between my Macbook Pro 17" and my Apple 30" cinema display that have different resolutions. I've tried this setting and the preview images created on the notebook would not display at all on the 30" display.
I have contacted support only to find it is nearly non-existent. A voice obviously from someone located in India answered and kept asking what I considered to be basic questions and must have used the word "apologize" at least 20 to 30 times (no exageration) during the 1 hour and 43 minutes we were on the phone to accomplish nothing other than to "register" my complaint.
What is happening to Adobe ? This is not a joke, a rumor or an angry comment but rather a serious question from a user who has built a professional workflow based on the use of Adobe's products. I have been an user of the Adobe Creative Suite since its very first version and of the individual applications even before then. Bridge is one of the applications I use the most in my workflow that involves the organization of my large database of medical images I keep from my treatments and research. So this is very serious to me. I am now on the phone with Adobe waiting again to speak with someone in technical support. I was told the average waiting time would take between 35 and 50 minutes and I didn't think it would be possible but so far I have been on hold waiting for 1 hour and 7 minutes and someone has yet to answer the phone. What is happening with Adobe ? Is the company about to go out of business ? The last time I remember experiencing such a lack of support from a company I did so when contacting Polaroid and we all know what happened to it.
To make matters worse I have twice contacted Adobe and asked their technical support agent to remove a phone number that they seem to have mistakenly written as a contact number in my files. More than one month after I registered my support request I finally received an e-mail stating that had tried to contact me at the phone that isn't mine and shouldn't be a part of my records despite the fact I have instructed them twice to remove. There are serious legal implications here as I am bound to confidentiality when it comes to the medical information I manage with my Adobe applications and the idea that someone in technical support may accidentally share this information with a stranger while calling the wrong number is a serious problem.
What is going on ?
Outside of this forum I have no idea who to contact and if it is even worthwhile doing so as it may prove to be a huge waste of time.
Bridge has been a problem application since its inception. In fact the only version of Bridge that seemed to have worked (somewhat) right out of the box was the first one. I have experienced problems with Bridge with every single new version. Previews that don't display properly, crashes, folder hierarchy indicators not displaying properly, and others. The same images display fine if I open them in Apple's OS X Preview or Photoshop CS5. The problem is restricted to Bridge. All images are RAW high-quality images from a professional Canon EOS 1Ds MK II camera with a 17 megapixel full size sensor, and they always look stunning on everything else.
What is one to do ???

I've tried both choices for both options. My usual default options are 'Software Rendering' unchecked as I have a new Macbook Pro (only a few months old) and the graphics card is powerful enough to handle the previews and 'Monitor Previews' also unchecked.

No. I have this option checked for both Battery and Power Adapter.
On Bridge's interface upper right hand corner I have also selected using one of its pull down menus the following options:

Problem in Display Dunning Letter - F150

Dear Experts,
While I run F150, for example for Customer XXXX.
The Customer have 3 open item/ document number with different arrears (14, 60 and 180)
which is the customer shoud be have 3 reminder letter (1, 2 and 3).
But when I check the sample letters and display dunning notice, the dunning letter displayed
only reminder 1 with detail list of his line items.
Why reminder 2 and 3 not display in each document to be done?
Fyi in FBMP the setting is:
Days in arrears 14 60   180
always dunn
print all item
Dunning interval in days : 1 ( my user want dunning run in everyday)

It means: for 1 Customer, he will only have 1 reminder letter, depends on his previous dunning level;
even the customer have 3 documents/open items which have fullfill for 3 arrears? Therefore, 1 Customer will not have 3 reminder letter for 1 dunning run?

there is build in transaction in sap (MCTA) for SIS: CUSTOMER ANALYSIS SELECTION.
THE DETIALS OF THIS TRANCTION ARE AS FOLLOWS.
T-CODE:- MCTA
Pacakage:- MCV
Transaction text: SIS: Customer Analysis - Selection
Program : RMCV0100
Selection Screen: 1000
i want to build a similar report as this one but in my report i want to enter more than one currency values in currency field (for ex: i want the report o/p for USD,INR & EURO on the same output screen with all the currencies which i have entered. there should be seperate column for each currency value)
in the report (mcta) it accepts only one currency and gives the o/p for that currency.
now i know how to enter multiple currency values in the selection screen (thanx to one of our friend)
SL_WAERS is the parameter for currency (see line 42 of your standard report).
Line 42: SELECT-OPTIONS: SL_WAERS FOR RMCS0-AWAER1.
now i am having the problme of displaying the output.
i want the logic for displaying the report with all the currency (seperate column for each one of them) if possible the code also( as iam still a learner)
i think i need to do some changes in the logic which displays the data on the screen but in which part of the program to do and what logic to be implement iam unable to get that.

Problem in display of char. and key figure for yearly query

I got a query in which i have to do restriction on
Calendar Day/Month in Rows under Material which is a Characteristics
So it should be
                                                           PACKAGE QUANTITY
                                        JAN FEB MAR   APRIL.......DEC
PACK1
PACK2
PACK3
PACK4 for current year
PACK4 for prior YEar
Now the months display is not pre decided, it can be anything as per the input of user.
So i have to restrict it on Calendar month for Material twice
In current year , just introducing the Interval range variable
In previous year, same restricition with offset -12
Now the problem is while displaying it shows
                                       JAN'06 JAN'07 FEB'06 FEB'07 MAR'06 MAR'07........
PACK1
PACK2
PACK3
PACK4 for current year
PACK4 for prior YEar
Which is not desirable.
I only want value for Jan in one column
and for previous year and current year in different rows thats it.
If i remove Calendar year/month from columns there is no way I CAN DISPLAY MONTHS .
How to achieve this.
Please suggest.

Rusty's suggestion wont work - using two characteristics for year and month will have the same effect as the position you are in at the moment.
ie..
2007     Jan.07     Feb.07    Mar.07   Apr.07
2006 -
Jan 06 Feb 06 Mar 06
If you have the posting period of 01 - 02 - 03 (just the period number only, no year) then your query will display
2007-01-02-03-04
2006-01-02-03-04

Problem writing Serial Number programatically and printing report

I modified the my PreUUT sequnece to call a VI which enters a new Serial Number via a string control. This works fine.
The problem is this new SerialNumber does not seem to be accepted by TestStand and therefore does not print the reports for any executions.
(I get a "<no path>" error on the report header)
I'm using the same variables used in the standard PreUUT step.
I read a post about using RunState.Root.Locals.UUT.SerialNumber but this always causes a runtime error.
Any help is appreciated.

check out in your PreUut Sequence that "Paramters.Uut.Serialnumber" is set to your desired s-number.

Integration problem between oracle forms 10g and oracle report 10g

Hi!
I've got any error message "Unable to connect to the report server "server name"" when a oracle report is run using run_report_object in the oracle form under oracle form developer 10g. Please advise any settings are required in order to run the report. Thank you very much.

The report server is running as the report can be run via URL in the brower. However, it prompts out the error when it is called by oracle form using the run_report_object.

Label report doesn't produce output

Hi all,
I have a problem with formular and label report.Exactly when i run label report in the browser using desformat(htmlcss or pdf), it does not produce any output.But in report builder it produces an output.I don't think that it's a problem of parameter because i use the same parameter in report builder and browser.

Increase width for Excel and CSV reports

I am having problem with data in Excel and CSV reports , since the data is large and the width of the column is fixed its is displaying ###### ,
can u suggest me how to make the wodth of the columns variable depending upon the data passed.
I want to know how to increase the width of column in Excel and csv reports dynamically.

What has this to do with JSF?
It is obvious that it is a setting/bahaviour of Excel. Just doubleclick at the right column border, then it will be widen according to the largest cell contents.

Can I get from iConnect financijal and statistic report for single Newsstand application ?

I have problem to get full financial and statistic report for one single application?
Is there a posibilty thay kind of report doesn/t exist?
