Na was für'n Computer? Hast du den Neustart auch wirklich gemacht? Warum CS4? Klingt einfach so, als ob du das Ganze mit unzureichenden Benutzerrechten gemacht hast und somit die Installation nie richtig fertig wird...

Problem with installing adobe illustrator cs6?

I am having trouble installing adobe illustrator cs6.When it gets to 2% it says "the setup encountered an error (37) during install. Please restart the machine and try again." I tried restarting my computer but it still shows that message.
Also at the beginning it said "Installer has detected that a machine restart may be pending.It is recommended that you quit the installer, restart and try again" and i clicked ignore and continue.
When i installed adobe photoshop cs6 last year it was successful.

Problems with playback in premiere cs6

I downloaded the trial version of premiere onto my imac two days ago. The problem is that when I try to playback the material I have on my timeline, it just plays a few frames then stops. If I hit play again, the same thing happens.

I just purchased Adobe premiere elements 12. when I tried to install it on my Mac, when the installer requested to enter serial number I was surprised that it requires 24 digits serial number while on the back of the DVD I bought there is 24 digits only in the serial number ???

Did you purchase Premiere Elements 12 in the box packaging so that you have an installation disc?
If so, there should be a medium size portrait oriented rectangular box with Adobe graphics. Inside that box is
a white box with the same shape as the outside box with the Adobe graphics. On the bottom of this second
white box, you should see a label with the Premiere Elements Serial number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
Right now I am not seeing anywhere that you could detoured to get an 18 digit code. It is my under standing that
even a Redemption Code has 24 digits.

I have once installed Premiere on my machine and a few days later I have uninstall it. Now I am trying to install and at the end of the initialization of the installation when it is at the end I get a message saying that there is another adobe´s installation going on at the moment and I should finish it first but there is no other installation. I have looked at the programs I have installed on my computer and there it is one instance of adobe premiere. If I click it to uninstall it doesnt do anything.
I have try to go to regedit and delete it from /microsoft/windows/currentverion/uninstall but I still cant install it.
What should I do ?

Codec Problem Import Videodateien avi Premiere CS6

Guten Tag,
obwohl ich viel im Internet dazu gefunden habe, konnte ich folgendes Problem bisher nicht lösen: Premiere weigert sich, 2 von 5 Dateien auf einer Übungsdvd (für CS6!) zu importieren. Diese sind in avi. wie die akzeptierten files. Ein codec ist nich zulässig . Was kann ich da tun?
Hilft mir der Media Encoder dabei? (Habs versucht, aber der konvertiert bisher auch nicht. Selbe Fehlermeldung). Verschiedene Player habe ich auch versucht, dadurch importiert Premiere aber die Datei trotzdem nicht. Weiss jemand, was ich tun kann? Das wäre prima! P.S. Ich bin absoluter Neuling in Sachen Premiere.

Hallo,
die Endung avi sagt noch lange nichts über den verwendeten Codec aus. AVI ist nur ein sogenanntes Containerformat.
Es gibt Tools, mit denen du das Material analysieren und den Codec ermitteln kannst. Schau mal hier: http://jkdigital.de/videoanalyse-mit-videospec/.
Unter Umständen sind die Dateien einfach auch nur kaputt, bzw. es kommt zu Lesefehlern im Bereich der DVD.

I have been trying to install adobe photshop CS3 trial version on my MAC. I have the adobe air installed. When I get to adobes webpage to download the trial version i get this message:
This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance.
I have uninstalled it and installed it again but this message keeps popping up.

Delete the copy of the Adobe Download Assistant in your Applications folder. You will then be able to install the updated version. Hello, I solved my problem. Don't change the extraction path and keep the default path. My log message was Source Path not found.

Under the Macintosh HD sharing and permissions settings I have customized the settings so that (Me) has read and write permission followed by the system with read and write permission, wheel and everyone have Read permissions.

1. Restart the computer in safe mode. Certain caches maintained by the system will be rebuilt.
Safe mode is much slower to start up than normal. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
